My thoughts on this is that I am not confident in the Joshua winning despite being one of his top fans. His previous matches have ended in less than what I expected and it may be time to for him to hang his gloves. But one thing I know about this type of matches if it ever happens is that, it is now all about the money and not as much as the championship title anymore. I don't follow boxing well enough to know how bad that stoppage was.  I do know that boxers can definitely have a loss and never be the same...  Still, I think Jake Paul may have bitten off more than he can chew.  Dana White seems to agree, saying in an interview over the weekend that the fans were finally going to see what they've been waiting for.  Insinuating that Jake Paul was going to get knocked out by Anthony Joshua when they fight next month.

Jake is not a YouTube. He has been training and fighting as a professional for 5 years. Still a lot to do, train and achieve to be a real professional with chances to become a champion. But he isnt a random dude in boxing who has put gloves just to show off. Anyway, I agree that AJ reputation is at stake. For a fight of his level, there is only one option - to win by knockout. Any other fight outcome will be a minus for his reputation. If this was an exhibition fight, then no questions for AJ performance and match result. Since its a professional* fight, AJ needs to KO Jake or he will be a disgrace for boxing world.

This is sports, anyone can do whatever they want specially in boxing. Did you know that even the GOAT in Muhammad Ali did once have a exhibition match and it's a way for thim to entertain his fans. The only difference is that in this era, even exhibition match involves a lot of money like in this one. So I don't know if we can call it exhibition match or just money grab for both. If you are not entertain like the rest of us here, then better to skip and not watch the fight. But still though, there will be fans that are going to watch this game live, just like in the Paul vs Tyson fight.

I knew Jake would try to handicap Joshua in some way, but this does not seem too bad. There is still a whole month left to prepare and it is Jake who will have to make the biggest adjustments. Previously he was supposed to fight a 5’5 lightweight in an exhibition and now he’s fighting a 6’5 heavyweight in a professional match.

Everything already favors Joshua. He is the bigger, stronger, more experienced and naturally talented fighter. If he loses, it will be because of other factors besides the weight limit.

It wont be a surprise that everyone would place on AJ winning by KO, but it wont be a big surprise if the fight will end with a draw, no-contest, non-scored bout, or something will happen to make the fight cancelled after the start. I can also see that this fight will be Jakes last fight, he will try to earn as much as possible and end with boxing. That is why he has accepted such challenge.

Well, we will see the real caliber of Paul when it comes to real boxing. Let us see if Joshua will give Paul the beating of a pro boxer. Of course, the protocols will be different here. On this one, I would go for Joshua. Hope he won't fail boxing fans. Because if Paul will win on this one, he will surely get more money and can challenge top boxers. And that will be a disappointment to most boxing fans because we all know that Joshua is the real boxer here and not Paul. Of course, the money involved will be bigger than most real boxing events. Because Paul knows how to market himself and so his promoters. But once he got defeated, for sure, his marketability will decrease to some extent.
