Pretty wild he got a double broken jaw. I didnt know that was really possible man that must have been some knockout. Ill definitely be going back to watch it ive only just seen it all over social media. Funny thing is that even a double broken jaw wont be enough to keep Jake Paul's mouth shut hahaha

That last shot that KO’d him was really strong, but even before that he was already getting knocked down a few times. You could clearly see he couldn’t handle Joshua’s power punches. As expected, it turned into a one-sided fight in favor of the heavyweight champion. The size and height difference was obvious from the start.

I honestly don’t know what got into Jake Paul to take that kind of fight, it was almost suicidal. But with all the money he’s earned, he can get treated and he’ll be fine. I just doubt he’ll ever challenge another heavyweight champ again.

It wasn’t fixed. Obviously Jake Paul was hurt, and he sounded like a sore loser when he posted that he was paid to lose. That alone shows he really felt the loss, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

That fight might’ve even ended his career. His jaw is now very prone to getting injured again if he ever decides to fight another time.

Now the real question, did anyone on this thread make some money betting on the fight?

For sure there are a few, since from the previous replies it looks like most of them were rooting for AJ to win.

The fight went exactly as I predicted, AJ tried REALLY hard not to hurt Jake in the first few rounds and pulled the trigger in round 6, when Jake was so gassed out anyway that there was no point in dragging it any further.
AJ didn't even break a sweat, it wasn't even light sparring for him. We all know he could've finished the fight in the first round with a little effort. Maybe it's better though, at least they gave people something to watch and we still had the KO.

I reckon there might be a large group of people betting on AJ winning within first 1 or 2 rounds, they are definitely not happy with AJ right now, but it is what it is: show business first, sport comes second.

I don't know what kind of damage Paul suffered exactly. I've seen some reports of broken jaw and/or broken teeth, but I guess he deserves some credit for stepping up to a much bigger and better guy and for taking it on the chin.

One thing i love about boxing is that the losser also goes home with some huge big money, fans are blaming Paul for fighting AJ that he already knew he can't win AJ people don't usually believe they will loss a match or fight when nothing has been done besides i have also watch where AJ was knocked out in a boxing fight without the winner stressing much probably Paul believe he can win.

Some professions are not something you would just switch into from no where and even if you do, try to know where you belong. Anyways, it's all entertaining and that's the goal but Anthony Joshua denied fans the privilege of streaming on Netflix which was supposed to stream the fight had it reached round 8. But Anthony said No, and ended it in the 6th round. Jake would come for a rematch anyway, I know he is fearless, maybe we will wait to see his next move after recovery.

I think the reason why many thinks that it was a fixed match was how Antony Joshua beat Jake Paul in that match and as a long time fan of Joshua, I perfectly understood the rate of aggression at which he approached that fight. That was never a fixed match, AJ needed to make a statement and remind everyone who's probably forgotten about his abilities of what he can do and I love the fact that he achieved his aim right before everyone that watched the game.
It wasn't all about the money nor was it a fixed fight, AJ has received so much criticism and mockery for losing games in the past so he came into that fight to redeem his image. A fixed fight and Jake Paul left the ring with a broken jaw?

AJ didn't force the fight, it would have been too boring if it had ended like that in the first round. Yesterday, I saw a comparison of this fight with Jake's fight with Tyson, where they showed Tyson holding back from landing the finishing blow. Maybe now Jake will wake up a bit and realize it's better not to mess around with professional fighters. On the other hand, he's all about the hype, so I think he'll soon be looking for a new opponent, but I suspect it will be someone older and simpler. )

This match was so interesting, it was something that I was expecting Anthony Joshua to win, i usually don't like people that talk too much jack Paul was thinking he will win Anthony Joshua I really don't know why he was feeling that, Anthony Joshua really beat him and I believe that Anthony Joshua prepared well for this match because he really wanted to beat jack Paul very well and he did.
I really don't think he will come back for a rematch because he knows very well he cannot with stand Anthony Joshua however if he decided to come back for rematch Anthony Joshua we still beat him.

On one side is former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, and on the other is Jake Paul, a YouTuber turned boxer. The level that boxing has sunk to is truly painful. When Mike Tyson did this, I was happy for him, but I didn't enjoy this show. In fact, it made me think that boxing has taken a ridiculous turn

Honestly, even I would prefer to watch MMA games and stick to mixed martial arts then boxing anyday, anytime. Big shame, insult and disrespect to big names in the game, the Louisville Lip. When Mike turned on to get that paycheck, I just knew the game has lost its credibility.

Meanwhile, Anthony Joshua knocked Jake Paul out with his first punch. In my opinion, this was because he hadn't been hitting very hard up until that point. It was as if he wanted the match to go on a bit longer. He won the match and the money without breaking a sweat...

Also, for the entire match, Jake wasn't even able to deliver one punch to keep AJ away; just kept clutching his hands under his drawers, which the match was still on. He should have gotten more severe punches if not for the smart-ass ref.
