I don't think small crypto users and small business owners, or the grandma you mentioned, are quite similar tbh. I'm not sure how using an instant swap service will help them, unless they need to swap crypto in the first place.

I agree with you as I think that the crypto swap service is usually used by big wallets that have a lot of crypto with them and they need to do conversions without using any centralised body to keep themselves hidden. That is where these non-KYC services come in handy, as one can swap crypto anytime without any risk of being exposed to identity.

Yeah they have to pay a bit extra fee but that is acceptable keeping in mind, the service they are getting.

My examples were general and related to obligations to pay any taxes in my country, and I think that was clear from my post.
Of course, grandma will not use crypto services.
As for this service, SageSwap, in my opinion, anyone who wants to preserve their privacy and not share their personal information with the authorities will use it, not just users with a lot of funds in crypto wallets.

Yes anyone can use it, in fact I don’t understand why the quoted post even emphasizes on people with big funds, I have swapped as little as $20 to bitcoin on SageSwap, imagine using this centralized entities where you would have to pay erroneous fee to get this bitcoin to my personal wallet, I think I will actually advice or call for non KYC platforms like this than those centralized entities for small funds too

Non KYC platforms has being some of the reasons why many cryptocurrency users have had an easy go with the network. Having to swap coins and not have links or ties while getting the coin of interest.

The number of coins available for swaps on Sage Swap covers a wide range and it’s definitely something to consider while using this service. It ensures you don’t need to go about swapping to several coins before executing that of interest.

Yes, people with small amounts can also use such swaps and they won't face any issues and at the same time they're doing those swaps with full privacy because they don't have to submit their personal details to the swap platforms. Well, such swaps work pretty well on centralized exchanges as well but they'll spoil the privacy part and you'll have to submit your personal details for trading at centralized exchanges.

Have you already come under the hackers' radar? You must be doing something very good if you have become interesting to them so quickly.
I'm glad to see that you are successfully resisting DDoS attacks and that you are prepared for such attacks.
This only increases the confidence of users in your service.
Thank you for your quality service, which is important to all of us who value privacy and anonymity.

Most likely, the service came under the attention of competitors, not hackers Smiley
You can order a DDoS attack for money without being a hacker.

That's interesting. Do you think they're coming from the same group of attackers? Feels weird if they haven't noticed that their attacks are ineffective. I'm not familiar with how someone demands a website to be DDoS-ed. I guess there's no guarantee that the target must be down for longer than 2 hours or so. I wonder how much money is involved in this type of attack.

Hopefully the attack traffic just stays at that. Sometimes people pay money to force their competitors offline so that they can get a larger market share, or maybe when business is bad, they just turn to exit scamming.

It kinda sucks but you have to just deal with it.

I think it is a fair concern.

But you should always check the AML score of your coins before sending to a CEX. You can use free AML checkers like blockchair.

Coins exchanged in AML Swap mode are never added to our reserve pool.

The coins you receive from us should never have an AML score higher than 25%. If you happen to receive coins with, for example, a 60% AML score, please contact support.

We're attacked practically every day, they use some old exploits or tricks and think they haven't been patched

I wonder how much money is involved in this type of attack.

Since we do not collect a large amount of information about our customers or about people who visit our website or attack us, we are unable to determine with 100% certainty whether a given attack is related to any other

We're attacked practically every day, they use some old exploits or tricks and think they haven't been patched

We will definitely never pay anyone, we would rather invest that money in better DDoS protection than pay a ransom.

The AML swap is designed to receive and swap coins with high AML score to Monero, for users which such coins, with no KYC or identification. It should be very obvious to know that Sageswap wouldn't include those coins in their reserves, so it does not end up in the addresses of customers who make use of the standard swap option.

That said, it is never bad to ask, so to be sure. You should go ahead and use sageswap for your trade, it is fast and the fee is also low. Goodluck mate.

Do you know if using the centralized exchange to convert your crypto will be much cheaper than using the swap services?

However, people want to use a decentralized swapping service to remain anonymous, and services like SageSwap are the best for this, as they do not require KYC. That is another reason people don't mind paying a little extra, but getting the anonymity.

One of the reason why that is usually the case is due to the fact that, the coin often stays on the exchange. It’s an internal transaction. They even have options that enables you to send coins via usernames with everything being done right there on the exchange, keeping your ties to the activities very much in place.

However, when it’s No KYC swapping service such as you have on Sageswap, it’s an internal swap followed by an outward transfer of this coin and interaction with several chains and network fees. These are reflects in the fees while you remain anonymous.
