I haven't seen such a high percentage anywhere else—not on any service that charges 4% or more for converting Monero to USDT. I usually choose the “Swap Floating Rate” option, but if you choose
“Fixed Rate,” the fee will be even higher.
What you're saying about the network being overloaded seems like total nonsense to me—no offense meant. If it really is overloaded, then fix it so everyone can easily trade crypto through you.

Did you contact support for amounts between 3000 and 5000? How many times did you contact support, and what reason did they give? Can you provide the IDs for those transactions?
Network overloaded? If our systems are overloaded, we don’t tell you to contact support; rather, your transaction takes longer to process and is in the “WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION” status.
You mentioned that FIXED RATE has an even higher fee, and based on that statement, I can tell you have no idea what you're talking about.
As for USDT>XMR, the fee for swap 10000 USDT TRC20 for Monero is currently 1.5% in Standard mode.
