Why do you need creative and abstract ideas? Why not simple? Pay them well and dont be a nightmare to work for. People work for a paycheck, not your "vision." If you want them to care about your company as much as you do, give them something in return.
Paying staff well is not enough despite it is a necessity to keep them in the job. Making them have an understanding of the organisation vision and making the vision to match up with those of their personal dreams, it will make achieving great height for the organisation much simpler and exciting for the workers. The best way to retain you employees is just , been nice to them, pay them fairly and on time , don’t be a tore on their flash, make your work place s safe place and not a hell , many don’t want to be work with toxic and unappreciated bosses , your employees are also human and should be treated as one , you cannot constantly disrespect, disregard then and still want them in your organization so right approaches matters alot .

Keeping an employee is very simple for the employer, i know every organization have their rules and regulation on how to do things and sometimes most of employee always fail to follow the rules and regulation, that is when some of them don't speak out exactly what is happening rather they will go ahead spreading rumor about their employer. It is very difficult for a real employer who really want growth for his company or organization to treat his own employee badly, because they all depend on them and once you treat them well that is when you will have a positive result.

Creating a conducive, comfortable abd friendly environment amongst workers would foster the effectiveness of activities in the company. No matter how much money the owner of a business could have, the company can never function without workers, they play a crucial role in the functioning of the company.
Also, paying salaries on time builds trust and excitement in the workplace to put more effort into the work activities. In some occasions, after achieving a milestone it would be reasonable to give each worker a bonus for a work well done. No stingy owner would succeed in a financial business for long, there would be multiple failures and recurring mistakes.

The right way to retain employees is to tell them their rights and their salary on time. Treat them well and do not look down on any employee. If the boss is friendly, no employee will leave the company.
As long as you are being fair with them in terms of salary and benefits, I believe, they won't just leave for no reason. Because they will only think of leaving if they are seeing another opportunity outside their job. But if they are happy and contented, I don't think they will leave their jobs. Let them grow as an employee and don't be stingy with training and other opportunities that will equip them as better employee.

You treat the employee fairly by given everyone equal rights, freedom of speech and listening ears to all the staffs , do not discriminate among the junior ones over the top authority, that is the managers because in a given organization the Junior ones are always the key to success in an organization. Also set a rules and regulations that works on every employees. Pay them their dues of labour when it's time.
In conclusion, create a chance for them to further there studies so as to grow there interpersonal skills, and that would be a added advantage to the company and economy at large.

Only employees know what they want from their organisation and you can not study that as an employer because they varies by individual. But we can confirm that most of the employees are after good pays and does not hesitate to leave organisation to another that offer more pays regardless of welfare. If you really want to keep them, payment is the first aspect you look into before any other things and I bet they would think twice before attempting to leave.

I have enough examples when employees left for a less paid job because of bosses horrible attitude and amount of duties and tasks they where to do. It is sometimes better earn less but work in piece than get shouted at because you did all wrong, work slow, havent done something in time, even though it was all impossible to do. I would quit if the boss has such attitude as "I pay you, I have rights to behave like I want to". Shutting up employees with high payment this is not work, that is patience because of money.

Not always, I think there are other things that make them willing to stay working in a company even though salary is indeed the most important thing, but it does not automatically become a benchmark because work comfort is not just a matter of money. So we must admit that retaining employees is not an easy thing, therefore we must first be able to make clear rules and implement them very well without anything that burdens the employees in them.

There are other factor that might make them want to stay with the company, but salary remain the main factor. Because most people go to work for money, not for passion, respect, comfort...Therefore, even if a company has a good culture and a comfortable working environment, if the salary is not right, employees will still leave The workplace is simply an exchange of interest between two parties: the employer and the employee. The company need work done, and employees need money. That's it. As for retention, is it even necessary? That only applies to employees who are highly competent and bring significant benefit to the company, not to everyone. Therefore, instead of thinking that the company should focus on retaining employees, employees should also do their jobs well before demanding additional benefits. Finding a replacement is not as difficult as you might think.

Many organizations look for reasons after employees leave, but smart organizations try to understand the mind of the employee in advance. Why employees leave: The main reason for employees to leave is the mistreatment of the owner. And there are some other reason - low salary, pressure from the owner. Why employees stay: First of all, let's say the opposite reason for employees to leave is the presence of employees. When you treat an employee well, reduce the workload and complete only the work you need, if he does a good job and increases his salary, then an employee will focus on his work and he will not want to leave. Now let's come to the main point: You can never retain employees by just increasing their salary, and it is never possible. As an alternative, what you can do: Suppose you are the owner, you can encourage your employees to work competitively, suppose you have a few employees who can do the best work and give the best feedback, you can arrange a small prize for them and they will be very motivated by receiving that prize and those who did not get it will also try to get that prize later. On the other hand, stop mistreating them, do as much work as you are told. Give them their salary within the normal time. And listen to your employees, know about their needs, maybe if you can fulfill their small needs, they will be more tolerant towards you, their interest in working will increase and they will work from their heart and whenever they work from their heart, you will get the best results from them. Finally, one thing has to be said, the organization that prioritizes its employees is always ahead. Do you agree with my words?

Every employer must have to fine-tune ways to put all of this in place in his organisation to excel.
This means that a company should adopt such methods in which its employees remain happy and do not leave their jobs and do their work properly. For this, it is important to pay them good salaries, keep the company's environment friendly so that the employees work happily due to the good environment, and also give them leave when they need it and provide them with facilities so that they can feel good about working in the company. This will make them do good work and the company will also progress and move forward. It should be affected by this so that they will not be able to leave their jobs. If a company listens to its employees and treats them well, then the employees remain happy and continue their work.

I would like to ask a personal question about when an entrepreneur should look for employees. What is the right way to retain them and keep them interested in your company? I appreciate creative and abstract ideas.
Hire employees when you need help with specific technical need or some tasks are preventing you from focusing on high level growth. Give them clear career trajectories with good salaries give them the opportunity for the personal growth. Give them the space so they can give their real feedback about the product services that companies providing. Try to keep them invested by aligning their professional success with the companies growth. Involve your employees in decision making tasks and take care opinions that might help you for the betterment of your business Recruiting employees is not easy, as it requires significant costs, including recruitment, training and other aspects. Therefore, as a boss or manager, you must employ a gentle approach to ensure they feel at home in your company, especially in today era where high quality talent has many options for other employment. Treating employees with respect is no longer an option but a must. The most important approach is fair and timely salaries. Late or low salaries will lead employees to leave and seek other employment. Furthermore, create a safe work environment, especially as the current generation is increasingly uncomfortable with drama, bullying and toxic bosses in the office. They would prefer a slightly lower salary but a good night's sleep and good mental health.

Pleasing your workers by providing decent amount in terms of salaries and have a haelthy environment will surely gives the owner a benefits, especially if the employees are all thankful, they will keep their job to superb performances and at the end of the day both sides will be productive it's important to understand well how to treat your employee, though there's limitation but by showing them that you are making them as your family then they will treasure that treatment and become loyal, but only applicable to those who knows how to pay respect but to those who are not then it will be a different perspectives and opinions.
I still believe that even employees are compensated well, there will be the times that they think it won't be enough. As for them, lifestyle inflation will hit them and that will make them feel that the salary is no longer enough. And when that time comes, some good offers they think will be there for them and when that comes. It will be the time for themselves to convince to leave and take the better offer.

And when that time comes, some good offers they think will be there for them and when that comes. It will be the time for themselves to convince to leave and take the better offer. Inflationary pressures are only a minor reason why employees will never feel satisfied, even with high salaries. Greed and constant comparison with others are the bigger reason Humans are inherently greedy and alway looking up, rarely looking down and being content with what they have. That is why employees will continue to complain and demand more even when the company has already met their previous request. And for that reason, many companies are no longer trying too hard to satisfy every employee. Instead, they are choosing to look for more suitable replacement.

I learned that getting fired "to nowhere" is turning into a new norm in the global labor market. For as long as I can remember, quitting was considered one of the most serious and stressful decisions in my life. I personally did this once when I left the campaign. However, I already had my own production at that time, I imagined what orders I would have, and I could say I went into private business. Although it's scary to do this after decades of working "for a salary." However, this problem does not seem to be so acute for younger generations. While I was employed, I often came across the fact that young people quit simply because they start to feel disharmony in the work-life balance, they don't have enough time for yoga and almond latte.

This is a problem for employers; they try their best to identify these types of people and not hire them: it seems to me that they clearly lack responsibility for the overall project. On the other hand, I watch with interest as the vanguard of these people approaches 40, and they themselves begin to feel overwhelmed by the realization that time is passing, and they remain positive hipsters. And it's obvious that parents won't always provide for their children, and I wouldn't want my future child to be a slacker who spends his entire life unable to build a proper career and instead spends his time listening to his own tender feelings. This is not a serious approach to business.
