What happened:: Toshi.bet failed to honor a permanent self-exclusion request sent on December 2nd due to gambling addiction. Their official support and self-exclusion emails listed in their T&C are non-functional (confirmed by their own staff). Furthermore, they exhibited predatory behavior by reopening my account without any limits on Jan 9th after I had already disclosed my addiction, leading to a total loss of 7,276 USDC.

Additional Notes: The negligence of Toshi.bet is not just a technical failure; it is predatory.

1. Lying about technical limits: On Jan 9th, after I contacted chat, they closed my account but I had open bets. I asked for a "Withdraw Only" or betting limit. They explicitly lied, saying it was impossible to restrict betting without a total closure. They then reopened my account with zero limits, allowing an addict to continue gambling.

2. The Proof of Deception: After contacting some members from Bitcointalk related with Toshi I had my account fully closed on Jan 13rd. Today (Jan 15th), they reopened my account in "Withdraw Only" mode. This proves they lied on Jan 9th; they always had the tools to protect me, but chose to leave my account open so I would lose more money.

3. Non-functional Infrastructure: Their staff confirmed their support emails don't work. Advertising a "Responsible Gaming Policy" with fake contact info is a trap for vulnerable players. I demand a full refund of all deposits (7,276 USDC) made since my ignored request on December 2nd.

So sorry about what happ to you, but it is better you battle and win gambling addiction because there are many other gambling sites that you  can use to continue gambling. Try to fight the the addiction yourself or you go for maybe medical help which I know is very effective if you give it a try, but this should be when you are unable to stop gambling. To lose in gambling is more than to win.

The amount placed on your title is misleading, you stated that you loses 7267 USD, which is about 72$ but your title says $7000.( Correct me if I'm not getting it right). Aside that, I know you do have a right to complain about the casinos technical failure to restrict you from continuing your gambling activities. But don't you think it's all on you to control your gambling urges? Weather they close it or not, there's still a chance that you will sign up on another casino so you can continue playing. I'm not siding the casino here because they as well played a part in your loss, but it was all on you to have stopped gambling.

My advice, since you simply cannot control your addiction get a good medical help like the user above already said. They will guide you on better ways to control your gambling activities and abstain completely..

Regarding the "personal responsibility" argument: I took full responsibility on December 2nd by following the casino's own legal procedure for permanent self-exclusion due to addiction. This is a Breach of Contract case. A casino cannot:

• Advertise a "Responsible Gaming Policy" with fake/non-functional contact emails.
• Knowingly reopen an addict's account after a direct intervention.
• Lie about their technical ability to restrict an account (claiming "Withdraw Only" mode was impossible on Jan 9th, then magically enabling it today, Jan 15th)

I am seeking medical help, but that does not excuse a platform that operates with a broken infrastructure and lies to its users to profit from their condition. I expect professional accountability from Toshi.bet.

For some people, gambling addiction does mean they need urgent help and may need to stop gambling entirely. In serious cases, professional or medical support is necessary. But gambling addiction does not look the same for everyone, and it does not automatically mean a person must never gamble again.

I finally got a reply from live support, but they are still avoiding the main questions. You can see the evidence here:

What happened in the chat:

The agent lied: At 10:44 PM, the agent "Coco" said it was impossible to limit an account without a ban. I told her that my account is currently in "Withdraw Only" mode right now, so I proved she was lying. After that, she deleted her message and stopped talking.

Fake Terms of Service: The agent said they don't accept emails for self-exclusion anymore. But their website and official "User Agreement" still tell players to use that email. This is a trap for people who want to stop gambling.

Predatory behavior: They lied to me on Jan 9th saying a block was "impossible". Because of this lie, I kept gambling and lost 7,276 USDC.

It is not about willpower, it is about the casino following its own rules. @act this thread is about a casino that lies to its players. UPDATE: Management finally replied on their ANN thread, but only to spread more lies

I am updating this thread to document that I had to respond to @senorcrypteroni on the casino's ANN thread today, as that was the only place he chose to surface. His response is full of fabrications:

• The "Amicable Resolution" Lie: Management claims the matter was "resolved amicably" on January 13th via Telegram. This is false. I was assisted by a third party on Bitcointalk just to withdraw my remaining balance, and I was immediately blocked afterward on telegram. Accessing my own funds is a right, not a "resolution" for the 7,276 USDC lost due to their technical misinformation on Jan 9th.
• Technical Deception: MJ states they do not offer "withdraw-only" restrictions. However, my account is currently in that exact mode right now. Furthermore, the expression "Withdraw Only" was explicitly used by the contact on Telegram to describe my account status. Why lie about a tool that is currently active on my account?
• Pending Rewards: They claim all rewards were paid. This is another lie; I still have rewards pending in my account that I cannot claim due to their restrictions.
• The "Full Ban" Trap: They offered a full ban only because they lied about being able to block bets. A full ban would have forced me to forfeit my open bets and rewards, which is exactly what they wanted.

Management is clearly trying to save face on their ANN thread while ignoring the 43 days of silence following my initial self-exclusion request on December 2nd. I will not let them mislead the community.

Unfortunately, I am losing hope for a fair resolution. As everyone can see, management finally surfaced on their ANN thread only to post a series of blatant lies without providing a single fact to back them up.

The facts remain:

My priority has always been the critical failure of my self-exclusion request sent on December 2nd. As you can see in our chat logs, I explicitly confronted the situation as soon as my account was limited:

"what is going on? and why couldn't i have this kind of lock since the moment i requested on 2nd December?" (January 15, 02:03)

When I mentioned the balance, my exact words were:

"can you just add the fact I have over 280$ in balance?" (January 12, 16:38)

My intention with "add the fact" was to highlight that, on top of the $7,000 lost due to the 43-day delay, there was also an additional issue of a remaining balance that I couldn't even access at the time. Recovering my own $280 was a basic step of fund retrieval; it was never intended to be an "amicable resolution" for a $7,276 claim caused by the casino's negligence.

Furthermore, I must address the technical contradiction from management (MJ), who claimed publicly that the casino does not have "withdraw-only" tools. You personally confirmed this tool was active:

I respected their terms and followed every rule by contacting selfexclusion@toshi.bet on December 2nd and then the live support on January 9th. As I've demonstrated, there was a massive gap in their support system, and I just wish they would take responsibility for that failure instead of pretending everything is fine and lying about technical limitations.

I'm updating this report with evidence from a live chat session today with a Toshi.bet representative named MJToshi. This conversation confirms that the casino’s failure to protect me was not just an "email delay", but a deliberate choice to prioritize profit over player safety.

1. They identified my identity but refused to block me-> After being ignored via email for 43 days, I created a secondary account specifically to get answers through live chat, as it was impossible to reach them otherwise. I transferred funds directly from my main account and used the exact same IP and device to ensure they would see the link.

To those asking why I deposited on this second account: as an addict ignored by support for over 40 days, I was in a state of desperation. I made a deposit purely to trigger a reaction and force a conversation via live chat. Once the casino identified me but chose NOT to block me (only to deny my bonus), my addiction took over.

2. The Evidence of Malice

• On January 15th, they denied the First Deposit Bonus on my new account specifically because their system linked it to my main, self-excluded account.
• Despite identifying me as the same player who had already requested permanent self-exclusion for addiction, they did not ban the account at that moment.
• They allowed me to continue depositing and gambling on a flagged account, only acting to protect their own money (denying the bonus) while ignoring their duty to protect the player.

3. Admission of "Withdraw-Only" tools In this chat, MJToshi admitted they provide "withdraw-only" modes and other tools to ensure users can stop. This directly contradicts their previous public statements where they claimed such tools were not active.
