Toshi.bet claims that multi-accounts are "banned as soon as they were identified". However, they identified me on Jan 15th to deny a bonus, yet left the account active and allowed me to deposit thousands of euros for the next 10 days until Jan 25th.

Also, to show you how fallacious Toshi's system is: I had to create those extra accounts because their support only responds if you provide a username. Ridiculously, since self-exclusion is only handled via chat, I even tested the system by logging into one account to request the closure of a third, different account. This proves they have no real verification or serious protection protocols in place.

As for the need for extra accounts just to contact their support, do they? I just contacted them completely logged out, they're answering me just fine. I have my own evidence in my device.

Those step taken, we're one step away from the verdict: I am waiting for the proper video recording, that'll help me conclude the "side A" of the case.

Knowing that I am a self-identified addict with a blocked primary account, how can they justify accepting thousands of euros in a duplicate account? Holydarkness, I’ve been reflecting on these "32 accounts" and trying to find any logic in that claim. Usually, people create multiple accounts to exploit deposit bonuses.
​However, look at the facts of my secondary account (Jorgeptpt): I didn't even receive the deposit bonus there. I questioned them about it after my first small deposits (under 300 USD). If I were a "bonus abuser" or looking for an "exploit," I would have stopped right there. Instead, I went on to deposit over €6,300 with zero bonuses or incentives. Where is the "malice" or "exploit" in losing thousands of euros of my own money while receiving nothing in return?
​The casino admitted they knew this account was a duplicate. They knew exactly which one was my original account, where I had already admitted my gambling addiction. Despite this, they knowingly allowed a self-identified addict to keep pouring money into a linked account.
​To make this process faster and clearer for everyone, I suggest we focus strictly on this secondary account. The evidence of their negligence here is undeniable, regardless of any technical errors regarding other IPs or "ghost accounts".

Rest assured that I too feel reluctant to acccess your account as it'll leave my own digital footprint on your account and so far, I'd like to think I am one of the most anonymous [aside from satoshi, of course] person on the forum where literally no one knows my nationality and on what country I stay. OK. Is there anyone from your trust that could do it? Watching a stream for 5 minutes. The person can send me an email and I can reply or wtf to show it isn't manipulated anyway. I'm desperate as I told I have no 2nd device neither second person rn. I'm ready even to share my email credentials. Please, is there no other way to move on with this?
