I think I will have to agree and disagree with you at the same time.. First, talking about gambling can never be a source of income.. My question is do people even understand what a proper source of income is, because if they do, they would know that gambling can’t be one.. Example of source of income can be seen as: salaries, wages and not gambling. They don't realize what they're doing will ruin their lives, because they're driven by overwhelming emotions to achieve a big win or recoup their previous losses. They don't think realistically about how quickly they should have stopped, as they usually stop when they realize they have nothing left to deposit.

They create a strategy and believe in it, but in my opinion, something that relies on luck can't possibly incorporate a strategy. Some people claim strategies work, but when I ask them to show me directly, they can't prove it.
