I have been following this thread for a while and I noticed something strange: I dont see the license logo on the website anymore and also the company name has been changed to a different one.
Can you tell us what happened there, Betmoco?

Some enlightenment on the certification situation would be great. As per VIP Telegram, the CGA license was revoked and they are now applying for an Anjuan license. That Telegram account is now deleted.
Also, the company operating the site mentioned in the license certificate was NewGenX N.V. and now the "About us" says it is Innova Hub B.V.
That being said, my withdrawal of $500 was processed 7 hours ago after only 3 hours of processing.

Also, the company operating the site mentioned in the license certificate was NewGenX N.V. and now the "About us" says it is Innova Hub B.V.
That being said, my withdrawal of $500 was processed 7 hours ago after only 3 hours of processing.
Uh-oh. Bad feeling. I wonder what happened. I've seen crypto casinos jump from one offshore license to another, but I am not sure about changing companies. I checked my telegram as well, and the VIP account is deleted indeed. Although it is tagged as frozen, so this makes me think it was frozen by telegram.  On-site chat says the team is away which TBH is a bad combo right now lol. But I did leave a message asking them to take a look at the ANN thread. Then after some minutes, I got an email asking me to verify my email because betmoco has replied. Unfortunately, I will not be clicking that link lol. I would assume they have seen the message though. Welp. I hope there is just an issue, and everyone will get their money.

Well I don't want to jump into any conclusions yet..I've contacted the team on telegram and awaiting their response.. hopefully they reply on time.. Yeah, of course, we'll wait for their response first. BTW, on-site support is back when I checked again so I tried to let them know as well. I think they will post a statement soon.  Telegram account is tagged as frozen so I think telegram deleted the account, and not Betmoco? but I'm not 100% sure. Update us too when you get a reply.

Withdrawals & abuse review We are happy to confirm that close to 85% of the withdrawals that were pending due to the abuse review have now been fully checked and processed. The remaining cases are being finalized carefully to ensure everything is handled correctly and securely. As can be seen in this thread, users are actively confirming that they are receiving their payments.
We want to be very clear: this process is not about avoiding payouts, but about protecting both the platform and legitimate players.
License clarification Regarding our license, nothing has been removed or revoked. We are currently applying for a new and different license in Anjouan, as it is better aligned with the market and regions we aim to serve. This is a strategic move, not a downgrade, and the Curaçao license situation has been widely misunderstood.
VIP Telegram situation As for the VIP Telegram group, it appears that our account was temporarily frozen by Telegram after we contacted a large number of users yesterday regarding the abuse situation. This seems to be an automated restriction on Telegram’s side due to messaging limits, not something initiated by us. We are already working on resolving this.

Trust is an important thing in business and until you have substantial evidence, it is not good to assume. I was never perturbed by the various complaints because I know that such complaints are normal for a new casino. From the way Betmoco started, I knew they will do well in the market so I gave them that trust until they break it( I hope they don't). It is good that they have cleared the air and gave good reasons for what has happened. @Betmoco, please respond on the VIP Telegram handle issue so we can all rest with the issue. Edit: I have now seen your response on that.

i got scammed by this site for 200€
I deposited 200€, placed a bet, got refunded because the event didn't happen, they change the whole site and deleted my account after telling me to create a new one, without adding me the money i deposited.
It's been around 15 days and they didn't fix the problem.

Only words, yet again. Mentioning that 85% of withdrawals are processed is ofcourse easy to say. But other than some very small amounts we do not see anyone here reporting payment. If most of your traffic comes from Bitcointalk it should have been a much larger number of people reporting payment and should also include largers amounts. I have been waiting now 5 days on a $5133 withdrawal (again, this is not purely winnings but mostly my own previous deposits) when: - you claimed you have more than enough funds available - you emailed me that I have been cleared completely from your supposed bonus abuse research and that my account is perfectly fine - you promised me day after day that it would be sent, and even said 3 days ago that you would do it manually - you asked me 2 times to double-confirm my withdrawal receiving address which looks very much like stalling Please send me my funds. Once you do I will confirm it here and you will have no problems with me anymore. If I do not receive them before Sunday, which marks the moment of a full week of waiting, then I will open an official scam accusation. I have screenshots of all my bets, deposits, emails and Telegram conversations.

Have a withdrawal that's been pending now for just over 12 hours, made a couple of withdrawals in the past week that have been completed within 3 hours from when requested. Hopped on the live chat to enquire and was told that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be processed. Not sure if that's a new stipulation from betmoco but the 'instant withdrawals' tag line shouldn't be paet of their vernacular going forward. Will update if I receive my withdrawal within the 24 hour timeframe

It's obvious the casino turned out to be a scam, and no one will ever receive payments again. Just look at how cheap and unprofessional their ridiculous website looks. It looks like it was run by a kid in their parents' basement; this isn't a serious company. Then see that they're only on Bitcointalk... what serious casino advertises only on Bitcointalk? After all, Bitcointalk doesn't count in the gambling world, and you can't get much traffic from that forum, at the beginning they could have processed the withdrawal to gain trust and propose Ultra Hight roller promotion hahaha, to make a deposit above $5000 to such a primitive and new casino, you have to be as stupid as a brick. They built a little trust and hoped that they might be able to accept a few large deposits. In fact, this casino currently has practically no players, their only players are a few people from Bitcointalk, so if they talk about withdrawal queues and account verification, it's nonsense, there's no point in checking there because they have almost no customers, 85% of withdrawals are processed. Has anyone heard anything more stupid? It's very easy to check that the casino has virtually no traffic or active players. For several days now, their tournament rankings have been dead, there's no progress, no one is playing, no one is earning points.
