It's my first withdrawal after 4 deposits so I don't have any standards as to what to expect really.
It's also a small amount (500usd) and I have a 4digit balance left.
It doesn't matter to me if its "instant" or it takes A FEW hours to get paid out as long as it DOES get paid out without having to wait 10days or "begging" in the live chat when I used own funds with 0 bonuses so  I can't be treated as a "potential abuser".

Based on the experience you shared, their system doesn’t seem very efficient, that’s all I can really say. But since they already gave you an estimated time for the process, you might as well wait for it, because you don’t really have a choice, they’re the ones handling it.

There was a player who wrote that he deposited 10,000 USD, played, and then withdraw 10,000 USD (Betcomo  still not pay), and he has a larger amount in his account, and it hasn't been processed yet, unless I missed something, but I haven't seen the user confirm that these funds were withdrawn. Besides, it's impossible because this casino is obviously a 100% scam, the signature campaign on BitCoiTalk is cheap and useless, it doesn't mean that the casino is honest.

I believe that both parties have valid arguments. On the one hand, it is understandable not to trust such withdrawals when they are delayed, and crypto casinos also experience an exit scam, and a reason can be presented to gain time. Bitcointalk history provides individuals with many reasons to be suspicious. Conversely, referring to it as a blatant scam prior to the specified withdrawal date is not much good either. Betmoco stated that it would happen in a certain period of time, the best step would be to wait until the time elapses and to evaluate them after they do so rather than speculators. Nobody is to be depositing additional money at this point of time, and being able to declare it confirmed scam without substantiated evidence would also be premature. We shall see whether they are going through on the withdrawals as they promised.

I believe this is just one of those technical issues, cos I know when I made my own withdrawals, it didn’t take that long before it got processed, it did take a couple of hours but definitely not up to 24 hours. I suggest you speak to the customer support again and see how that goes.

We want to respond to the most recent withdrawal updates and concerns in a clear and concrete way.

First, we acknowledge the situation:
Yes — some non-bonus withdrawals have exceeded the expected 24-hour window. This is not how our system normally operates, and we fully understand the frustration this is causing, especially for users playing strictly with their own funds.

Here is what is happening, without excuses or buzzwords:

• During the recent abuse review, all withdrawals were temporarily routed through a manual queue to prevent bypasses while accounts were being checked.
• This affected both bonus and non-bonus withdrawals, even though they are normally handled separately.
• The volume was underestimated, and this created delays beyond our intended timeframe.

That part is on us.

What is being done right now:

  Several of the withdrawals mentioned in the last hours are already in the final payment stage.
• The remaining abuse-review cases are limited and near completion.
  Over 85% of those have already been processed, and the remaining ones are being finalized individually.
• No new deposits are being encouraged or requested.
  We have no interest in attracting funds while withdrawals are being normalized. That would make no sense for us and goes directly against what we’re trying to fix.
• Funds are not missing, frozen, or “gone.”

You are correct to expect better. If your withdrawal is not marked as balanced/sent by February 7th, 12:00 (CET), please contact us via live chat and reference this post. Your case will be escalated directly to the payments team.

We are asking to be judged by what happens next, not speculation.
