That’s really up to their discretion, but at least we’re starting to see some good news here, since withdrawals that were slow are now being processed. It’s also good that those who had complaints are posting updates about their status, because some people just go quiet once their problem is solved but are very loud when something goes wrong.

That's correct, especially if anyone has put up a complaint against them here on bitcointalk, it is their responsibility to update that the issue is resolved so the other gamblers know it and they can trust the site. Speaking only when there is an issue and not telling if that issue is resolved is not what we expect from the gamblers too. It's good to here that all the complains are beginning to fade off. The casino ones again proves themselves trust worthy and this is something that would push them in the business for long.

I simply like the way their representative on the forum response fast to these queries. I saw many just yesterday and I was wondering what was actually going on and why the delays were becoming too much.

They just need to continue in the long run because this is a rough start that normally new casino can’t handle but on their case they professional handling it.

One thing I noticed here is that they didn't stop updating the thread after the issue, but rather slowly processed withdrawals, provided status updates, and representatives responded publicly.And as you Know, it's not uncommon for new or relatively small casinos to have technical or operational issues. But this post problem behavior can make or break a reputation.
You make a very good point elsewhere, many people only speak out when there's a problem, but don't update again once they've found a solution. Those who come back later to say their case has been cleared are actually doing the community a favor. This will give future new users a more balanced perspective.
Of course,it's not Perfect after all this, but if they can consistently maintain the open communication and transparency they've shown under so much pressure, it will be a huge asset for them in the long run.Trust in a gambling platform doesn't build overnight,but this kind of response shows that they're at least trying.

My withdrawal is nearing the 24h mark (in some minutes now) and I still haven't received it and  the agent is not telling me anything besides "we are experiencing some issues ,please be patient".
Don't panic, be patient. If they have checked your withdrawal and your betting history, your withdrawal will be processed. I contacted them via Telegram and they immediately processed it. Betmoco is working on a lot so be patient, especially since they will report any promotional abuse.

It is usually poor and desperate or stupid people who feel entitled to ask any entity for a handout. This casino does in no way need to give out any bonuses for anything at all related to delays, and neither does any business. They could, but users should not be asking for stuff like that in any case. From what we observe here, there are only 2 main possibilities. Either the issues are genuine and perhaps come from inexperienced operators as this could be a new venture for them, or the issues are not genuine and it is going to end badly for those that have issues with withdrawing. We will find out soon.

What do you mean with reputable? Unless you are talking about very unique and trusted individuals, then it is all the same thing. There are many people who own an army of accounts that have high ranks, hero, legendary and the such. Any kind of bonus system is going to be abused with by bad people. Designing any kind of bonus system is very risky because of this, there are countless attack vectors to consider and most often those that are making these systems do not have any experience in system design. It sounds simpler than it is, and just because someone thinks that they can do it that does not mean that they actually can create anymore more than a deeply flawed rudimentary system. It is similar to 3rd world mongrels that are offering "management" services on this forum, when they are in fact mentally retarded scammers that are unable to "manage" anything. Just because you call yourself something, that doesn't mean that you are that.

What do you mean with reputable? Unless you are talking about very unique and trusted individuals, then it is all the same thing. Right now anyone can create 20 accounts and get a big bonus and this can be abused

They can say the bonus is only for bitcointalk members and you need 100 merits and an account older than 1 year to receive the bonus. This makes abusing hard because I can only activate the bonus on one account and you need 20 accounts to abuse thus the number of abusers is lower

The bonus is good for marketing and getting more players but can be abused easily
