My withdrawal of $5133 is also not received yet, after 6 days of waiting now.
Timeline:
-31 Jan: withdrawal requested
-1 Feb morning: told in Telegram "they will process it today"
-1 Feb evening after I asked why it wasn't processed: "I'll make sure to tell them top priority" and "I left a note now with urgent care"
-2 Feb afternoon: "okay I'll do it manually, give me adress and amount"
-2 Feb evening: "you can expect it today or tomorrow, 21:00 Argentina timezone tomorrow is our absolute deadline"
-3 Feb afternoon: "can you send an email with wallet and amount you wish to withdraw, inlclude the username and send from registered email?"
-3 Feb evening: received an email with the following text: "We would like to inform you that your full balance has now been removed, rounded to the closest dollar, and is currently in the withdrawal queue together with the remaining withdrawals from the time of the abuse review.
We have not found any issues with your account, and everything is in order."
After this: silence, no money.
I hope my fellow Bitcointalk members will not consider Betmoco trustable again just because 2 users reported receiving small payments. There are still people wating, and I am waiting one of the longest for sure. 6 days.
Betmoco promised in this topic yesterday that they will send me the funds before Sunday. So this is their last chance, if I don't have the money Sunday morning I will post my scam accusation topic.
It looks to me as if they just paid some small amounts to calm the waters, but since they claim they have no liquidity problems at all, and cleared my account completely from any possible abuse 3 days ago, there is NO reason to not have paid me yet.
If you don't mind me asking, OP out of that $5,133 you’re trying to withdraw, how much of that was your actual deposit? Second, when you signed up, did you receive a $20 welcome bonus or any other bonus from this casino? I assume that when the Betmoco admin responded to the previous complaints, they explained exactly what caused those issues.
Those previous cases were eventually resolved a few days ago. If I recall correctly, the admin also explained that they are prioritizing withdrawal transactions for those who signed up without receiving a bonus. Can you provide some proof? Right now, these are just stories you’re posting, OP. We need some evidence for this to be credible. If what you're saying is true, they might already be conducting an investigation into your specific issue.

Your withdrawal has not been rejected or canceled. As confirmed by email on February 3rd, your account passed the review and your balance was placed in the withdrawal queue.
Your last session has been approved. However, due to the recent bonus-abuse review, previous sessions within the same period are also being reviewed and therefore processed manually. This has caused delays beyond the normal timeframe.
For clarity, between January 25th and now you received lossback bonuses of $1,500 and $2,606. Because of this, all related sessions from that period are included in the review, even though the final session did not use a bonus.
We are currently finalizing that.
