Losing in gambling is normal for me, because what is there than to lose more before you win? This is why every wins have to be cherish, don't feel like the amount you won is too much and start feeling like you deserve more.

You are to expect to lose more than you will win, this will make you feel better with yourself and also plan gambling in a more responsible way, protection as the first step than hoping for luck as the next step.

Emotions is why people feel unlucky in gambling, they expected too much and they don't have it their way, gambling is not where you should start hoping to make money, you will ruin your mind.

I understand why people think of being unlucky every time they lose. Perhaps it is true. But complaining is not an option. Rather, acknowledge that luck doesn't always favor us.

That is why we stop thinking that gambling gives us fortune, like how other gamblers think, because it was not the real thing that happened. We often lose rather than win. So if we feel unlucky, we stop. We never say, "I'll be lucky on the next bet," because the chances remain 50/50 no matter what.

You are not the only one thinking about that since everyone would gonna feel the same especially if they lose for many times.

If you are not comfortable to deal with more losses much better quit when you feel unlucky. Because for sure we might end up losing more especially if we are frustrated on more negative situations happen.

So try to relax and better enjoy the game and don't think negatively because sometimes what's on our mind attracts bad luck or maybe lucky situations.

No offense but this could be a first time that I heard a gambler being negative and say that you are expected to lose? I mean for me if you are a gambler, you should at least be positive in the beginning of the game and not think about how unlucky you are, just saying.

Yes, you are overthinking it, and no, there's no such thing lucky or unlucky person. You can be lucky or unlucky during a given period of time, but for how long can it last, no one can tell you, except some charlatans, but we don't listen to them, right? If you ask me, what I do or think after l lose several bets in a row, I definitely don't think I should have played some other games or bet a bit differently because of the butterfly effect, you know. I have a pretty happy life and I don't want to change a thing, and some things would have definitely changed if I played differently.

Gambling is either you win or you lose so there's nothing to worry about the game because you would never get the money back.

However, since we can not afford to get luck every time it's better to accept any outcome in good faith and move on without any regret, although it's a normal thing because winning makes the game more interesting than every other thing but that doesn't mean that we are not lucky anymore because already losing is part of the game.

You are right, winning and losing are both part of the game. A person can easily accept winning. Similarly, he has to accept losing. If he is not able to accept losing, then it can be a very bad situation for him. For example, if he loses and if he starts gambling more aggressively at that time, then it will be a very bad decision for him.

5 games, 2 lose means you win 3 games. I don't know why you assume you are unlucky. Winning 3 games is actually a good result. There are people who end up with 0 win after they play more than 5 games. So, you should be quite satisfied with the result. If you expect to win all the games, it is quite difficult although it isn't totally impossible.

It is just the unsatisfied feeling. You don't know the result if you don't try it. If you get losses, it is normal because it is impossible to always win in the games.
I suggest that you are better to forget it once you get losses. It only wastes time to rethink the bets. You have no chance to change the results even if you try to think again those games.

I'm sure there are also other people to think the same way. It isn't a weird mindset, it is still a normal mindset. However, we should try to avoid the mindset by being busy with other activities.

This is a typical feeling of a gambler especially those who don't see it as a game of luck but a means of sustaining their income or seeing gambling as a means of family support. If you gamble with the mind of anything can happen, you will think less of the losses and move ahead. Also, I believe those gamblers who find it difficult to win after a long time are those locked up in such feeling because a gambler who wins from time to time will see it as normal thing and prepare for another time.

I won't over think myself if I lose and the thought of a wrong choice of a game shouldn't be what to concentrate on.

It is normal as a humans we are to experience unlucky sometimes when we lose, because as far as we all understand on how gambling works we don't need to panic over lossing so it is one those things we should be expecting as a gambler, to be honest with you i don't feel unlucky everytime but most times i do experience being unlucky to win a bet, it is good to look for a way to minimize the rate in which we loses when it comes to gambling and if you see that your losing is too much you to take a break for a while and come back to try your luck again.

You’re right! It’s plain and simple. I don’t consider a neutral bet unless it’s resulted as a draw but most bet are just based on luck which means if you lose then you’re the opposite of luck.

We have a tagalog word for unlucky which is “malas”. I frequently chant this whenever I lose bet as way to release my emotion on that specific bet.

I acknowledge all lose bet as unlucky as way to accept it easily and move on.

Most of the time persistent gets you in more deep shit. Some times when you figure out you’re losing, the best thing to do is to walk away and maybe come back some other time. Gamblers need to understand that losing is an inevitable aspect of gambling and it shouldn’t be something that is unexpected. Losses should be expected at all time, and it makes you make better decisions than even in the midst of losses, plus it won’t make you feel unlucky when you lose and it won’t make you feel entitled to winning.

There is nothing weird about it . Infact it is normal to feel that way,  almost all gambler used to feel same way whenever they lose. Gambling is a game of luck so if luck isn't on our side then we will say for sure that we were unlucky.
Sometimes it is not just about the game we choose because there are times that you may even play multiple slips/ games only to end up still losing all. So it is normal for a gambler to feel that they are unlucky after losing a game.

Perhaps it is normal, but the problem is that despite being unlucky, we continue doing it, hoping the table will change. Instead of just losing $100, we make it double or even triple because of our (wrong) mindset.

Honestly, so many gamblers have this kind of approach. Some may survive, but most of them ruin their lives forever. They are not gambling for fun but rather chasing back their losses. This makes us hear that there is a gambler who commits suicide because they can no longer take the pressure and shameful act.

It's safe to take every lose as "a lose" and not overthink on it because your options does not affect the outcome of the game, it would definitely go the same way even without betting on the game.

With this mindset, it becomes easier to let go of the losses,  betting can go either way because you don't have a direct impact on the game,  the outcome is just predicted based on past performances, so no high hopes.

No, it is actually very normal and reasonable for you to think you are unlucky if you happened to lose money on sport betting. It would be anomalous if you though otherwise and tagged yourself as a lucky person, in spite of their losses, you know.

I would like to recommend you to analyze whether you are actually getting anything positive of your betting sessions or you are just getting bad thoughts and feelings of impotence as a result of your money management.

If you are not enjoying your time on bookies and you are not getting rushes of adrenaline and thrill, then there is no reason to continue to bet in the end. Don't you think?
