Does anyone else feel unlucky every time they lose?

Even after placing numerous bets over the years, I can't take losses too seriously. I want to win every time, and of course, I understand that winning too often is impossible. Nevertheless, I'm working on myself and seeing improvements. I've also started lowering my stakes to become less emotionally dependent on the game, which has a direct correlation. In any case, I understand that it's simply impossible to completely rid yourself of the bitterness of losses. I see this even in professionals who have been playing for over ten years, and they're still sometimes torn apart by the pain of losses, but not completely; it can't break them.

Funny enough, in terms of statistical concept of luck, being unlucky is real thing. Feeling unlucky however is another concept.

I don't think that people feel "unlucky", they are using just the word to describe their self doubt and guilt.

They just mix it up to this layer of magical thinking, in which they believe that luck is some sort of magical concept, where they see themselves as a center of the reason for them losing, hence feeling guilty. In reality, results have no correlation with with their ability to choose.

Yes, there are casinos that do incur losses. After all, they run a business that is not only profitable. But there is also a lot of competition. When they lose in the competition to gain customer trust, what happens is the high operational costs that have to be borne. As long you are wary into the actions that you are doing and not making yourself that being impulsive because this is where gamblers would be messing up their lives just because they've been hoping that they can become rich with gambling and this is something that you do need to look upon. Being unlucky is normal because gambling is heavily relying on luck and its important that you should be only spending into the amount that you can afford to lose so that you would be able to stop if you wanted to at the time that you had busted up the bankroll you had set. There are just that those times that you dont care that much as long you do have the money. I entirely understand what you all are talking. It is easy to feel unlucky when you lose however it is worth keeping in mind that gambling is never a sure way of winning money-lucky has got two sides. The after-loss breaks are also a good idea since you do not make rash decisions; and since you can afford to lose a certain amount; the act will not turn out to be stressful. We cannot win all the time, and when we lose it does not mean we are being doomed but it is all part of the game. Gambling is not a source of income but rather entertainment and you will have a better time doing it without the burden of luck that is ever present.

But for some reason, if, for example, I am destined to lose three times in a casino and win twice, then this will be perceived by me in different ways. It all depends on whether there were defeats first and then victories, go the other way around. If I win twice and then lose three times, then my mood will be spoiled, I will consider myself a loser and there will be a residue of negative emotions inside me about how the last moments of the game were spent. But if I lose twice and then win, I'll think, "my lucky streak has begun, now everything is fine." And after that, I'll get up from my computer desk with a smile.

You will regret not betting even when someone else wins the matches you overlooked. It is not unusual to feel unlucky when you lose a bet, if I am not mistaken most people feel this way. But this is definitely overthinking, when your wins are more than your losses, you should not worry too much. You should enjoy the wins. When the number of losses is more, worry about luck.

Do you really think in gambling someone wins can be more than their losses? I mean it might be a possibility though, but that would be on high extremes luck.. For me I don’t stand 100% on having higher wins in gambling.. But I will just say the reasons for the over thinking is basically because people obviously got too much hopes in the potential win..

The feeling dont last long. This moment they are feeling unlucky because they lost the next moment they are feeling happy because they won. It is normal in gambling since gambling has to do with both win and loss. No problem how they feel, there will only be problem if they react wrongly due to the outcome.

It is better to quit gambling when the losses are much. With one loss, it is not wrong to continue gambling, because you can be lucky in the next game or more. Not every time you get unlucky.

To give simple answer, it should be yes. Nobody is happy when he loses when gambling. But you should not be sober when you loss because it is the ultimate price to pay at all time unless you win. And always gamble what you can loss. And what pains gamblers most is  when he used multiple odds to win big amount and in the waiting process, one of the game/Match cut the ticket and he loss everything. It might make him to cry. But if you mean that all individuals feel unlucky after losses in gambling I do have to disagree with that.
I personally don't feel unlucky, I just feel that it's a game and anything can happen. Yes I know that gambling is a game of luck, but with that understanding at the back of your mind you should be ready to face loss as well, because your not the one controling the game, so the feeling of being unlucky is not something one has to be bothered about in gambling.
