Not only did support just act like nothing was going on now I can't even click the support tab, my profile shows nothing and I have no screenshot of my winnings, there's no email either. I had requested a 7 sol withdrawal and a 6 sol withdrawal after waiting for 2 days, then my account was blocked and the support played dumb.       

I was mostly playing live casino and some slots, mostly live casino.




Vega is building their image and I have also contacted their support services, and it is handled professionally. so I don't think they would be so careless as to try playing dumb when there are accusations like this.

so my suggestion, you need a proper report to file your complaint.. you can't accuse this of being a scam platform when all you've provided is a screenshot of your blocked account and a claim that you have a balance there that needs to be withdrawn. I'm not trying to defend anyone, but there are rules for everything, even if you want to take this to a higher level, you need to provide well-documented evidence, without that your allegations won't be taken seriously.

Vega has an email on their website, you can try to contact support from there if you don't find live support.

Well, no one apart from you knows exactly what happened that made them block your account, and I have seen no serious complain regarding account blocking and maybe withdrawal problems until now that you laid your complain here, and the reason why most people don’t take you serious is how you about written a lot of negative worlds about list casino platforms.

Perhaps you didn’t read the rules well and you maybe violated some of their rules and get yourself into this position, or you will need to provide tangible evidence to this forum to get backup, if not your case will never be taken serious.

If you are doing nothing against their policy,  then there should be a clear explanation why your account was actually blocked and not giving you a silent treatment. Transparency is going to be important in such cases as this, because if a platform begins to delay withdrawals without good communication with the player,  it is natural that the player will be suspicious.

Secondly many casinos consider martingale strategies to be high risk since players who play the game aggressively may activate or trigger security or risk management systems,  most especially if the user is making profit over and over again.  But still they did not provide evidence or a clear explanation of why your account was actually blocked.

My biggest problem in this situation is not even about the strategy you are using,  but the lack of proper communication and proof from both sides.

If I understand it correctly, when the user said that $2k is a small amount to scam, he was referring to the casino itself. Casinos can spend much more than that on promotions, campaigns, and marketing, so ruining their reputation over just $2k does not really make sense.

You guys are right that $2k is already big money for ordinary people. But for a casino that can make thousands of dollars in profit daily, that amount is not big enough to risk their name and do an exit scam. So I think the point is not that $2k is small for everyone. The point is that it is too small for a casino to destroy its reputation over.
You're correct that $2k is big with many people while it's too small with a company, a casino for destroying their business reputation. Running a casino is very possibly profitable and if a casino has many users, getting $2k from business profit is not a hard task to achieve, so of course $2k is not such a money that is worth with a casino to scam users.

Because maintaining the casino reputation for future operation and get more profit from their business is a smarter choice.

I believe that no serious casino will just wake up and band an account with the player going against the rules of the game, which the Casino has stipulated. You need to come up with enough evidence to show why your account were wrongfully band.while you wait clarification from the Casino.

There is an issue with transparency in my opinion. Casino bans or limitations should be clearly stated as to which rule was breached rather that a vague reason. It is not necessarily an abuse to use a martingale-type strategy exclusively unless it is expressly forbidden in the Terms of Service. Players also have to present appropriate evidence screenshots, emails, chats etc to back up their claims. If there are no clear documented examples, from either side, of unfairness, or even that there was unfairness at all, it is difficult for the community to determine if there was a ban on the offense, or if there were violations that went undisclosed.

Be careful of this casino, as I was accumulating big wins they blocked my account I had about 22 sol.


I can't contact support or anything as they blocked the account, just like every scam casino once you start winning they pull the plug.

Their support is literally playing dumb and is ignoring me, yes I've complained about scam casinos because I'm a high roller and once I win a lot they will find some way to avoid paying.

How's the update on your blocked account?
Not trying to judge, but by seeing your post history, I noticed you have faced this kind of problem many times with different casinos.
Either you are being blocked automatically by the algorithm, like by the game providers, or you did something that needs manual checking.

I had the same kind of issue before with another casino. I got blocked due to a multiple account abuse reason, even though it was my first account on that casino. I couldn't even create a new account at that time. I decided to contact the support through their Telegram, and it resolved my problem.

It is quite not good to be having such issues with the casino platform you are using, but I still believe that there should be something that lead to this which the victim need to made clear.

Most times, we ignore terms and conditions, and because of that, we do make some decisions that are against their terms which lead to account hand and restrictions, that is why clear evidence is needed by the victim in order to get the support of others and allowing the casino platform support to give clear reason of what happen and know how to solve the problem; but complaining with no evidence will always get us confused.

Be careful of this casino, as I was accumulating big wins they blocked my account I had about 22 sol.


I can't contact support or anything as they blocked the account, just like every scam casino once you start winning they pull the plug.
You didn’t provide any proof to back up your claims, this made it suspicious because I have gone through your post history, all casino platforms are shit according to you, they always scam only you that’s why you go to various casino pages or threads in this forum to say that they are not good and they have scammed you, I think you need to work on yourself or be providing proofs to always backup your claim.

Their support is literally playing dumb and is ignoring me, yes I've complained about scam casinos because I'm a high roller and once I win a lot they will find some way to avoid paying.

No one is gonna scam from the guy who makes $0.2 bets. They owe me several thousand in balance, note I did not take ANY deposit offers and I NEVER do.

How's the update on your blocked account?
Not trying to judge, but by seeing your post history, I noticed you have faced this kind of problem many times with different casinos.
Either you are being blocked automatically by the algorithm, like by the game providers, or you did something that needs manual checking.

I had the same kind of issue before with another casino. I got blocked due to a multiple account abuse reason, even though it was my first account on that casino. I couldn't even create a new account at that time. I decided to contact the support through their Telegram, and it resolved my problem.
So try different support channels. Try email first info@vega.bet

I also want his issue to be resolved, if you do not contact the support team as per your instructions, then you will have to contact the manager Kartik team. It is quite not good to be having such issues with the casino platform you are using, but I still believe that there should be something that lead to this which the victim need to made clear.

Most times, we ignore terms and conditions, and because of that, we do make some decisions that are against their terms which lead to account hand and restrictions, that is why clear evidence is needed by the victim in order to get the support of others and allowing the casino platform support to give clear reason of what happen and know how to solve the problem; but complaining with no evidence will always get us confused.

As I see the support team answered him that they didn't block his account. All this looks unexpected. I'd say that there can be a possibility that the access is blocked not because the account is blocked, but because of some problems of technical kind, like using proxy or something like that what is not allowed by the terms of use of Vega Bet. Of course it is interesting how this situation resolves, but there can be so many probabilities, that I want to see what is the final answer, not to guess.

This is a challenge for the casino to show on how reliable they are facing this kind of issues. Its time for them to step up and answer or fix the issue of the said user, if they keep ignoring it this will give negative impression to people following the progress of their casino.

In a case like this, what you suggested should be the best option in seeking for a lasting solution in this matter, the manager is there and I believe that he won't take such matter for granted.
Another thing I want to tell the user is that, things like this may not have happened just like that but it would've easy for everyone to know what actually happened if there's a representative thats attending to questions in this thread nevertheless, the manager will respond to this user if he present the matter to him, we hope all goes well as soon as possible.

I am not only hoping, but there must be a resolution from Vega, I am sure many users will regret the Vega team decision who block account with 2K balance and not give any clarification in this forum. Anyway, team clarification will be very needed so the timeline of the problem become clearer for forum member. Don't let it happen just because blocking account with 2K balance, and not able to give solution to solve that problem make Vega reputation become bad in this forum.

OP has not been online for more than 1 month so that user should be able to contact Vega support via email and explain the problem, which I don't see that he did that.. because we can't just look at one side and conclude that Vega has cheated him, surely from Vega's side there is a strong reason why they did that which I'm curious about what their response will be.. because until now that user has only replied in this thread and has not shown any official message from Vega via email regarding the problem.

No the support acted like nothing was going on then they disabled my access to support. The reason I don't want to bother emailing them is because they will just keep acting and avoiding me, I'd appreciate even knowing WHY I was banned.
