I come from a country that completely bans gambling, but when I look at most casinos, my country isn't on the list of countries they discourage registration with. I figured that if I signed up with that platform, if there were any issues, I'd be the one to blame, as regulations here prohibit gambling, and casinos might use this as an excuse to justify their actions. But as others have said, it's best to ask customer service for more accurate information.

I don't see anything wrong with playing on such casino if your country isn't on a restricted country, what would be more good to play on such casino is when they accept crypto payments where deposit and withdraw will be done to and fro.

If gambling is completely banned in a person’s country they shouldn’t try to bypass it and gamble because if shit hits the fan, they have no defense. In fact there is no case at all.
Having said this, I do believe that gambling is not completely banned even in countries where they are . There are other types of gambling that are still permitted even if they aren’t online.

To me, the solution is actually quite simple: contact customer support first and ask if you can gamble normally at the casino and if you’ll be able to deposit and withdraw your funds as usual whenever you want
With the company’s official response, you won’t have any unpleasant surprises like being banned, blocked, or having your balance frozen without warning

Sometimes support provides inconsistent message and they intentionally don’t give an exact information rather they will point out to you their ToS which leave you on how you will analyze it.

This is just my opinion, but I don’t govern any opportunity for the casino to have a reason to confiscate my funds like this one if they use the law of my country against me while they don’t clearly listed it on their ToS while they usually have a general ToS that can be use as a loophole to create a case for me.

You don't have to arrive at this situation if you interact with support, and let's ask them what their take is on this situation. If anything is unclear, you have to address this with support, so you'll know what you are signing for.
The casino might even accuse you of cheating because of this.
So many issues could have been resolved if only the player had asked for support on things that were unclear to him, which would have prevented him from violating the casino's terms.

Like in our government, they have banned a lot of international casinos but there's a catch. They have licensed the local casinos so that the customers and gamblers will only get into the registered and licensed ones. There's a need for them to eliminate those who are operating illegally in the country. I am brazilian and here slot games (casinos online) are prohibited. Here we only have regulations for sports betting and even then, it is quite strict to the point that websites need to have national domain, administrative representation within the country and follow other security protocols.

I think this type of regulation are very good because gives to us players more security, but on the other hand it greatly limits the diversity of bets. They are so dumb if they abide the law, because they are making things so complicated on their side if they won't follow the law.

I think it was like accessing an exchange even though it's banned fully in our country but it could still be working especially using their app. The risk comes when in fact you are fully required to provide it but if don't I guess it's not that bad. I think if you've been busted there's nothing that could be worst than that. I think it has been done in the past by some casinos and you won't be able to do anything once that happen.

When gambling is banned in the country, you don't expect them to have a local casino around because gambling is seen as illegal activity there, so what every gambler in such country will be using is an offshore casino that doesn't put the country on the list of restricted countries. Also, there are casinos that allows the use of VPN.

Not all casinos will ban gamblers from restricted countries. Some still allow it, and sometimes gamblers are already smart enough to bypass those restrictions.

The word illegal doesn’t apply only to the gamblers but also to the casinos themselves. Even if they are licensed, if they don’t have the authority to operate in a certain country, then they are also technically operating illegally in that place. So in a way, both sides have their own lapses.

Yes, that's true, and this is the main reason for most of the problems that both users and casinos experience. They all start after the user wins a large sum.

In my estimation, this is the reason for more than 50% of the problems I have read about in the accusations section here in the forum, where in most cases users do not read the terms of use carefully or the casino changes its terms without notifying users, and this is where the mutual accusations begin.

If casino is banned in a country but the casino accepts players from the country, players will still have an access to the casino with few ways.
First way is that the casino provide mirrors link so players can access it because a country ban casino is usually through ISP only.
Second way is by changing DNS or using VPN in order to bypass the block implemented by the government through ISPs.
