Almost every single one of his posts in his post history has been FUD and screaming scam, sell, etc.

Maybe you're interested in the size of my penis? You should not worry about my posts - it's my business. I have a position. Watch yourself nerd.

I stepped out for a few hours and just got back.  Looks like a lot of good things happened while I was gone. Great to see VC is on Bittrex.  Difficulty is at new record levels.  Congrats fellow VC'ers. We honestly need a block explorer now. Hopefully it happens soon.   Grin

Difficulty just crossed 220 now.

At this rate in 2-3 days will go past 1000. Crazy users selling so cheap. Bitcoin total is 21M, where as this is 3M, 1/7th of BTC. it does worth more... time will tell. I still remember guy buying 1 pizza for 15,000 BTC?

Read this before you decide to sell your VC cheaply.

the old standard for altcoin worth used to be total BTC ÷total altcoin supply ÷ 5000 or 10000. that seems to have changed to be slightly lower. But even divided by 20000 it gives 35k sat

virus (Trojan.Win32.Bazon.a) in the wallet?
The main symptoms of a Trojan win32 infection are:

constant pop-ups;
changed default homepage;
excessively slow Internet connection;
disabled firewall (provided that it has been turned on prior the infection);
crashes of the system.

None of these happen for me.

Well nothing new, most bitcoin related software are sometimes listed as false positive.

If you are paranoid, just build your own windows wallet from github source.

How long do transfers take from wallet to Bittrex?
I sent some VC to Bittrex about 30 minutes ago, and still no confirmations at all.
Without block explorer I cannot see what is going on!

Sorry, don't know since I haven't transferred any to Bittrex.  Did you use the 11.3.1 wallet to make the transfer?  Try opening a support ticket on Bittrex to see if they have an answer.  Good luck.

I just installed new 11.3.1 wallet fresh, and the thing will just not sync, no matter what I try.
Keeps saying "no block source available"...and debug log shows constant connection timeout errors:

2014-07-21 01:26:45 connection timeout

2014-07-21 01:27:07 connection timeout
2014-07-21 01:27:08 trying connection 1.1.1.4:2095 lastseen=3.3days
2014-07-21 01:27:13 connection timeout
2014-07-21 01:27:13 trying connection 66.66.90.18:2095 lastseen=3.7days

2014-07-21 01:27:24 trying connection 1.1.1.6:2095 lastseen=3.5days

I tried DEV's instructions earlier in thread, and that not helping whatsoever.

How do I get this working???
