You have contacted them already?
More than 1 block explorer will not hurt and that's not badly priced to get started.
Wanna go halves on lifetime? PM me your BTC addy if so.

Well it wasn't a BTC addy was it? And what I said was much politer than what it really was (a declaration that this coins not worth $10 to you).

Any further news on a block explorer from anyone or is the above purchase looking like the current option?
Some folk think that they should not be the ones chipping in to find ~$20 - $30 and that it must fall to the dev.

Looks like I am the only one open to paying for anything right now. Anyone else here actually have a founded interest in this coin?

we can setup BTC donation address for shopping module, so it can used for buying/selling like bitcoin. Block explorer for me would be a lower priority (nice to have but not must).

#1 Shopping Module
#2 ATM Support
#3 Android/iphone Support
#4 Block explorer
#5 Mac wallet
...

This is what I personally thinks Wink

Iffy, I'll go half with you (or anyone else interested).  I was slow to respond because I've been trying to get my own Abe up and running but I haven't had the time.  Have you talked to the block explorer dev about it?

While I agree with apple_talk that it is probably not #1 priority we might as well set it up if people are asking for it and that is all it costs.  Let me know if interested.

Yes I have contacted them, that would be very good of you Haberdas, thank you. I will shoot you a BTC addy as soon as I hear back from them, unless they are happy with a VC bounty.

It is not the money that actually concerns me but the "willing" of the community. Just trying to work out those who are happy to help a little where they can. Personally I find it easier to spend $10 than to code new features for a wallet, will let the devs get on with that stuff. And no Trademark, I am not having a pop at you. You took the time out to find the block explorer folk after all. Smiley

Here's another option for a block explorer.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=695891.0

Paid for, will be up some time tomorrow. TX ID: bc92ee95d7b3747b3e9ee86afd20b967e31d2398e5207a79066485f5fef45bc4

Went for the 6 month one as Trademark pointed out they have a clause to be able to close the "lifetime" one, lets see how it goes.

So that's one of them down anyway. Without any firm idea of costs for the work you have mentioned it is hard to gauge what the response will be. Any figures to work with? Any of it able to be done by you and/or vcoins?
Get another exchange or two and the website back in action, it could be worth trying to get listed on coinpayments.net as a short term shopping solution.

Anybody know this error: ?
I tried to chmod the build_detect_platform and "make libleveldb.a libmemenv.a" but no luck.
I also tried to replace the leveldb with darkcoin's leveldb.

Never mind, I copied over from another coin that had a Makefile.
