We can automate and make payments daily... but the question is: do we want it?
By buying manually, I could see how the market was moving and decide between putting an order and waiting the price to reach it (also serving as support for a while) or buying at the best offer at a given moment.
Also, daily payouts would incur in higher transaction fees.
What I think we need to improve is the amount of information available to anyone, this must be automated so at any time anyone can see how much is already accumulated, being mined, purchased, etc.
This week I will have time to improve this (either information or faster transactions/payouts, whatever is desired by the community).

Also, I think it is possible to write a simple script to detect the low price, u can get average price, and if the price drop like 30%, u can buy in and payout.
It's not hard, and poloniex has an api.
Also, though I trust u, but still, people need the transparency.
They wanna know how you really buy up with their all bitcoins.
