For me, I would rather invest in both if I have the opportunity, but if I must choose only one, I would go for Bitcoin. In the last few years, Bitcoin has shown stronger growth than most traditional investments, especially for people who can hold for the long term. Land also has its advantages. You can see it physically and in a good location its value can increase a lot over time. The problem is that not every area develops quickly, so sometimes you may wait many years before seeing significant returns.

Investing in the both of them is nice but like you said choosing Bitcoin is also a wise choice and the only thing I see in this two investments is that you have to wait for a long time to make profit and that is why it is a long time investment and people that have taking there time to invest in Bitcoin and have waited for long have not regretted anything so far and imagine even investing in Bitcoin when the price was more affordable than now and there are people that actually prefer physical investments so that they can see when ever they want but still does not guarantee anything, and if not for any form of carelessness then Bitcoin investments is also very safe to invest in.

Actually there is no investment is completely free form risk either it physical or online to me each of them haas risk but then so many of us see Bitcoin investment as the best because it has actually shown positive growth over past years, even tho it has it own ups and down or should o rather say disadvantage, but if we should talk about Physical investment many people like it because they can see and touch them, but they also come with their own risks also, so the best choice depends on an what the investor desire and investment strategy.

I think all depend on our financial position and our investment character. If we have limited amount and has high risk pressure tollerance, for 5 year, i think we can choose bitcoin to get big return. But for me my self for investment, i prefer invest on real business that I handle myself, because from my experiences rill business which we well understand it and managege it properly can be create long term wealth.

Me and my wife more focus on stability instead of big return, we bith like asset that can be utilized and controlled so the asset can produce income and stable cashflow. Invest all our asset in Bitcoin the same as hanging all investments on market prices. Both the landed and the Bitcoin investment depend on the one someone has much knowledge of both, which can give maximum profits. I can't have good knowledge of Bitcoin investment and what it can do in the future via profits and I am choosing to invest in landed properties, if not Bitcoin. They will choose land over Bitcoin, which I have seen people who are into real estate do, and they are okay with that.

I find this to be somewhat true. Most of the times, how well one does in a particular area of investment is usually based on how well they know and understand that particular investment. An investor who really understands and have deep knowledge about Bitcoin would definitely regard investing in Bitcoin as the best option, and would most definitely choose Bitcoin over and over again. That is why non of the investment should be regarded small because they are something profit assuring, actually the city you mentioned is the capital city of my country so that's were a person would definitely see the magnitude of what landed property could yield for someone who owns that type of investment on the city because is the fastest place to expect growth, development and expansion and actually in the next four years again your friend would definitely expect more millions because both individuals and government are like competing to acquire lands. Bitcoin could also be very high in few years time but there are a lot of probabilities against investors regarding what there quantity of achievement would be but however if someone is financially fortunate there is no need comparing because you would use your resources to make both of them your investment.

Well if i compare bitcoin with land both investments have pros and cons. Let me explain buying property is a physical asset which can provide stability and rental income and in the long term appreciation but it usually requires a large amount of capital. While on the other hand bitcoin have higher growth potential and is easy to buy and sell but it is also much more volatile and risky. No doubt buying property can be a great investment but its performance depends heavily on location and development  and maintenance costs as well. A plot in an undeveloped area may take many years to give u profits. My personal experience is i buy property in 2020 on EMI in a housing society now 2 yrs ago i have completed the installments but till now the owner of the society does not gives me a possession of a plot.  Bitcoin is also not guaranteed to go up but its fixed supply and growing adoption make it attractive as a long term asset. The biggest advantage is that you can start with a small amount of money  while property usually requires a much larger investment.  So for me if i have to choose asset for 5 years i will choose bitcoin because in the long run bitcoin has potential to outperform many traditional assets in terms of percentage gains  but property is likely to remain more stable.

What crypto coins you will invest with your money? Not all crypto coins are good, many of them are useless or garbage. First of all, you need to understand well crypto investment. You need to specify what coins you want to invest, and how long you will hold it. If you only want to follow the cycle, it means you hold for around 4 years (not 5 years). And the best option is Bitcoin, it is the most recommended one because BTC always increases significantly in each bullrun season (always hits a new ATH). You're right, and I understood everything else you said other than the "we can mine through Blockchain" because we can't mine, mining is done by miners using high-end mining devices and rigs, we can make transactions through the blockchain and then those transactions are added into blocks, which are then mined by the miners and that's how our transactions gets confirmed and the miners get rewarded for doing that by the blockchain.

I think based on modern times and priorities of most people, the majority would prefer investing in digital assets, especially cryptocurrencies, because it's more difficult to manage other assets, such as Gold, or lands, while managing your cryptocurrencies is relatively easier if you know how you can secure your assets properly so that they are not stolen or locked. When you invest in physical properties, you will need to safeguard them physically, and that in my opinion is more challenging.

Diversification strategy will optimize the chance of getting profits in varied assets. Sure, we need to choose the most reputable assets only such as Gold, Bitcoin, or properties. Each of the assets has their own pattern in raising its value. If we have some assets, we may not need too long time to gain profits because there are assets that can increase faster than others. You mean even though the land property is in the town you will not invest in land property? There are some area you will buy land property within some years you will turn to a millionaires, because you will not be looking for who to ret the apartment if you make the houses or estate standard. I believe you know the disadvantage of crypto, because crypto is not control by the government and your seeds phrase is your keep to your coins, but the day someone gain access to your seed phrases he or she can have access to your coins in your wallet.

I'm not saying investing only on crypto is bad, but you can divide your capital to use amount of money to buy land properties and use some to buy crypto, because you will surely going to make what will make you to enjoy the two in the future. As far as I know, the best time to buy assets are in the downtrend. Since most of the assets are declining significantly now, it is actually the right time to diversify assets. If you are waiting for the uptrend, the prices probably have increased a lot, so we failed to buy at the best prices. If you are a long term holder, you should consider to diversify assets buy buying some top assets now.

There are plenty of reasons why people don't like to invest in Bitcoin today and it's because the risk involved with volatility. There is no investment on this life that doesn't have any risk, even the government bond and other things they say it doesn't have any risk since it's controlled by the government it's all lies. There is a risk in buying bonds, just that the government are good in covering tracks when things goes wrong, this is why many people have confidence in government bond.

You can't make an investment freely and not have a risk. If there is no risk in any of them, I believed everyone will be doing some investment together but it's because there is risk that's why many of them are scared when things go down but one good thing is that if you have patience to embrace, the risk will be reward with good profits, that's how investment are done everywhere around the world, that's what makes your money difference with the rest.

It's a very hard choice. If i were to choose, i would invest in both of assets. You know i see property as an income-focused and Gold/BTC as growth-focused.

The fact that holding property ain't that bad consider it can be rented, and it's giving us yield. However, i know it's so hard to liquidate it.

On other hand, BTC/Gold is good, but this is possessing higher risk than property, but it's easy to liquidate, and have greater chance to growth our money through capital gain.

So it will be very balanced for me to have 50% on property and 50% on growth-focused asset such as Gold/BTC.

Personally I would go for bitcoin or gold, because I love assets there I can kep on buying from time to time at ease regardless of my income level. This kind of investment doesn't require some to have a big  amount before buying. The small and and consistent purchases can add up overtime. Yes both are risky (due to it's volatility ) also for property investment too, especially if it is not in a strategic location. But it Bitcoin investment some can use DCA method which reduces risks of losing all your money.  It's just accessibility that is one of my concerns. Both types of investment comes down to how to view the potential of both in termsof growthin the long run. Doing both together is also a very nice idea.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

To me the both investment are nice but I choose Bitcoin investment over any other investment because it's less stressful and everything is just within your reach , you can check your portfolio at any given time than when you own a land in most places depending on the situation anyway people make issues with landed properties, government can decide to cut some part of the land and you will say anything about it, or fight might comes in at the matter of fact , some times the land wasn't sold legitimately and it will start to course problem, but in Bitcoin you owns it and it's just with you at all time , nobody is coming to drag it away from you , though we still have risk management in Bitcoin because every business has it own risk take. There is no clear cut answer to this question. I have friend who is working in real estate sector and doing fine. While I am doing good by investing in Bitcoin. What matters is how much knowledge you have about a particular sector. If you just jump into bitcoin with no preparation and you think you will only become rich by investing into it then you are deemed to get loss. Likewise capital is secondary thing in real estate investment, primary thing is knowledge to buy right thing at right time and in right price.

I agree with you actually. You have said the most realistic thing. Though you have money and opportunity you cant invest in any sector. . For some people, investing in Bitcoin may seem more profitable, while for others who do not have much idea about Bitcoin, they can invest in gold, land or apartments as you yourself said. Having the right knowledge and comfortability is important for investing in any section. There are many who will invest but do not want to take any big risk, do not want to think too much they just want to enjoy the benefits after investing. In their case, it is not important that the profit is high, they just want stable profit or benefits from the place of investment. They can buy an apartment for them and rent it out. Or they can start a business whose production is used regularly in their area, even if its profit is less from there, it will give regular profits.
