Property and digital assets are very good investment that has been proven to be very profitable in the long run. I think investing on it depends on the people and the generation.  It's very hard to convince those of the older generation to invest in digital,  because they have always been loyal to Property invest and they trust it so much. I think those that invest in digital assets are definitely the younger generation,  that are more technologically inclined.  It's not that these two sets of people don't invest in both, but it's very possible that you will see older generations investing more in properties, while younger generations invest more in digital assets.  In conclusion I will.say they are both very good investment and I one of those people that trust the both investment.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

Seeing as we're on a forum that is built for crypto enthusiasts I'd guess that most people here, at least those actively engaged in the community, will have a higher risk appetite than most investors. The traditional advice for an average person "on the street" would be to invest steadily throughout your lifetime in stocks and bonds, as you get closer to retirement then you gradually go from majority shares into majority bonds. Then you can have about 5-10% of your investment funds going into more risky assets which might have a bigger payoff if they take off or get completely wiped out if you choose the wrong thing. That should be considered your fun money and most speculative, but this is the comparatively boring route that most people here will ignore.

Landed properties and digital assets are good investment with different risk level. Digital assets are more risky due to its volatility and invesrment could be lost in no time. Landed properties on the other hand is more stable and productive over time,  its value is seen to increase with time and that is where patience is needed.

For already stable investment,  I would prefer investing in landed properties than digital assets. Consecutively,  I could invest in digital asset after attaining a bit of financial stability and mostly for long term rather than short term profits. Any profits from digital assets could further be used to expand properties on land and more assets.

That is what most people go for when it comes to investing, and people are trying to widen their scope, they want to explore because there is no way that you won't make a profit, but one of the major problems when it comes to property is that it is the most difficult to venture into because of how expensive it might be, unlike when you buy virtual assets were you can buy in fractions and the older generation have there on way of understanding things so they can not be forced into buying without proper explanation that is one thing about them they always want details and things are changing really hard and fast and more reasons for we to even do more research. And now the once that understanding virtual assets love it because there is less drama, less paperwork, and you can have access wherever your destination might be, just using your mobile phone.

Yes i agree with you on properties and digital assets, for the properties I will specifically invest in real estate and not just properties in general because i see real estate as one of the best and most reliable investment programm with high profits generation in response to time. I will say both real estate and digital assets are more of same qualities because its value increases in response to time with 20 percent chances of lost which makes both a good and reliable success of income.

You are right and preparation is what encourages one to start thinking of owning the two assets, and what I mean is the money you have already, so actually the diversification importance especially to real estate might actually not for everybody who are talking about how profiting it is because you most have money to be successful on it, so actually it wasn't like Bitcoin were we would be investing $10 weekly or monthly, although we could also save to raise money for landed properties but it will take a lot years before your money would be enough if actually is possible because landed properties prices are not fixed and the fluctuations is only up without depreciating.

Both investments have been proven to be profitable. It now scales down to what the investor wants. For someone who doesn't trust digital investments, he can purchase a good number of landed properties and after a couple of years, development will come to that land making it more valuable than what he bought it at. Bitcoin is quiet similar in terms of profits making. Just that it's on a digital scale. Another reason why people might go for lands instead of bitcoin would be the fact that land doesn't depreciate. No matter how long it takes for development to occur, it's value only goes up and not down. They might consider this and compare bitcoins volatile nature as a yastic not to invest. For the bases of the argument and the time frame, I would go for land and that is because you had a particular time frame and we already know how volatile bitcoin can be as compared to land.
For land, it is always on a very rare case that we would see a land depreciate and it is mostly in cases of natural disaster which is extremely not possible and regardless of the area you buy the land, you are still expected to sell above the price you bought the land and if you bought the land in highly developed areas, it is also very possible to sell thrice the price in 5 years.
Remember my post is just for the sake of this  discussion and the number of years attached to it.

The world is more advanced now and if anyone fails to follow the trend then he will be easily left behind and that why it's better to go digitally as the world is currently moving to that direction and so many things is getting more attention and focus on that like so I would definitely choose an online business or investment over some of the things that people actually do get their involved right now.

You will only fall behind the world if you lack or do not have money. No one is going to see you as outdated or shun you just because you do not invest in bitcoin or crypto but possess a huge amount of wealth.

When it comes to investing, profit is what matters most. No one really care which asset you make your money from.
So, do not invest or do business online just because you are afraid of being left behind. Instead, invest in thing you believe will yield better returns and are within your financial means.

Though majority of those who invest with digital assets are younger generation but surely there are some old timers who see the opportunities and ride along the way, knowing the mindset of most old-timers they are willing to adjust if it's needed once they see opportunities to earn, it's more on how you deal with your assessment and analysis as you are dealing with investing your hard earned money.

Actually there is no investment is completely free form risk either it physical or online to me each of them haas risk but then so many of us see Bitcoin investment as the best because it has actually shown positive growth over past years, even tho it has it own ups and down or should o rather say disadvantage, but if we should talk about Physical investment many people like it because they can see and touch them, but they also come with their own risks also, so the best choice depends on an what the investor desire and investment strategy.

Well, like you already said, non of those investments are bad but they have their cons and pros, Bitcoin is easily accessible and safer in terms of security but your land could get into issues with land grabbers and before you know it, you are about to lose the land, although it depends on the country you are located, what my girlfriend told me last night was a shocker to me, their chairlady in medical association of my state is currently having an issue with her land property and the worst of it all is that, she and her family have bought the land and built on it for more than 15 years and they have been living there, all of a sudden, some self claimed officials came and asked them to evacuate the property because it's a space of the government and they want to demolish it, the house has been demolished as I wrote this comment, no collateral damage was paid.

So, personally, I'm not only choosing one asset over the other, I am definitely diversifying my investment so that I can be more safe in case one goes bad. Bitcoin can be easily sold in a situation of massive dump, you might not easily see a buyer for your land when issues come up.

According to my opinion investment in property and investment in digital assets both are very reliable. definitely i personally go will both of them. Actually there is a generation gap in both investments as per said old generation feels more reliability because they have more trust and more information about this . But now this generation have a huge information about the digital world and they know all the tactics as well so it is more easy for them to invest their time and money on digital platforms. But I think we cannot forcefully our old generation to this new and advanced investment but investing in property is also a very worthy and reliable way to secure the investment.  Because the prices of property always increased with the passage of time and keep the bright chances for the investor.

Good point, investing in most cryptocurrencies is unsafe and those who start investing in wrong coins will end up losing their investment. Similarly, the ones who invest in wrong land areas when we see real state, they'll also lose their money as the land might not be a good liquid asset.

There're so many coins that new investors don't really know which one to choose for better return on investment, of course those who choose Bitcoin over other coins will make good return in long time than real estate investors but those who invest in wrong coins or meme coins will most probably lose their capital.

If you really understand the fabric business and have enough experience, it is okay to invest in this field. However, if you just start that business, I think the chance for the failure is quite high. There are too many people who do the same way, the competition is very thigh in this business. In my country, we can find out all kinds of fabrics in social media, whether it is branded fabrics or average fabrics. Based on my own experience, only well-known shops who can survive a long time. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to build the shop branding name.
