Honestly I cant choose which investment you mentioned is the best because both are brilliant investment ideas can be very profitable. If I have the money I'll definitely be doing the two investment since I have knowledge on both investment and for sure I wont make much mistake due to my experience.

Bitcoin remains one of the best investments in the next five years, and I believe that beyond all expectations, Bitcoin remains the choice for most people.
The reason is simple: anyone can invest in Bitcoin, even with small capital, unlike investing in property, which requires large supporting funds. Bitcoin also excels in many ways, both in terms of how someone can invest with small capital and in terms of maximizing long-term returns, even though this asset is considered quite speculative.
Given the choice, I'm sure most people would choose Bitcoin, especially those who understand its history, because investing in Bitcoin requires proper knowledge.

Both investments are fundamentally sound, but we must also consider realistically how to choose one over the other given our limited capital.

In the crypto world there's only one option on which to invest in and that's Bitcoin. But on a general ground, Bitcoin investment using strategy like DCA can happen quietly. At a point in life or in one situation or the other, somethings remains or becomes a necessity, investing in other assets can become a necessity and even when carrying on such necessities Bitcoin investment can still be on going, need assessment as part of financial management will help decide what expenses comes first or later and at what amount.

Good point, investing in most cryptocurrencies is unsafe and those who start investing in wrong coins will end up losing their investment. Similarly, the ones who invest in wrong land areas when we see real state, they'll also lose their money as the land might not be a good liquid asset.

There're so many coins that new investors don't really know which one to choose for better return on investment, of course those who choose Bitcoin over other coins will make good return in long time than real estate investors but those who invest in wrong coins or meme coins will most probably lose their capital.

Google the subject and you'll see for yourself that there's a lot of cases when despite seemingly beautiful location, real estate went down in price dramatically in 20 years, even with heavy advertisement on TV and elsewhere. Of course, I would choose Bitcoin because I already understand Bitcoin assets. While both investments you mentioned have their place for the next five years I believe Bitcoin has the potential for higher returns, albeit with significantly greater risks. Meanwhile, investing in property is generally more stable, especially since this also depends on strategic location.

If you ask in this forum people will certainly answer that they would choose Bitcoin for long term investment over property because we already understand Bitcoin's uniqueness. However, if you ask the same question in a property forum, they will likely choose property. What I mean is, people naturally choose which assets they want to invest in based on their knowledge of the assets they control. Because most people invest in assets they control, many wealthy individuals choose to invest in property because they fundamentally lack adequate knowledge of Bitcoin. Likewise with me, I chose to invest in bitcoin for the long term because I don't have experience investing in property, especially since property investment usually requires large capital. This is different from bitcoin, where we can make purchases in small amounts gradually.

Real investment can often be hard work with plenty of research and windows to get the best value can be small. You might say that Bitcoin is at a good place right now for investment because it has halved in price over the last year or so, which follows a pattern of consolidation and it might start trending up again soon. There are differing opinions on this matter but I like to diversify and spread risk although it can lead to lower returns. One thing that is necessary is having capital ready to go when buying opportunities present themselves and the guts to commit to it, while understanding the time frame you expect and not being afraid to back out if the facts change or you accept that you made a mistake (aka cutting your losses).

I agree because I think investment aside from thinking about profit in the end from the beginning we also have to look at our financial condition first because consciously or not the investment follows the initial capital and not all investments will match the capital we have.

However the initial capital is important and we will not be able to cover it when our initial capital does not match the investment we make.

On the other hand this also goes back to their respective beliefs because for me smart investments are those who are ready with all forms of risk that we will face when we are in an investment that we believe in. When we just jump on the bandwagon of fomo just because we see other people investing in the field in the end this will not work either.

Of course, both of them are good investment. But not all people can get good profits from all the investment due to the difference of ability or skills of each individual. People who have no experience and knowledge about landed properties, they shouldn't invest in that field because landed properties also can lead to losses if we do it in careless ways. For example, they buy the landed properties in the wrong places. It can be quite difficult to sell the landed properties because of the lack of interest from the buyers. Meanwhile for digital currency like crypto coins, it has high volatility. If we buy the digital currency in the wrong time, we may only end up with losses because we have no ability to deal with a strong pressure during the huge dumps/corrections. However, investing in both of them require strong mentality to deal with any challenges. By the way, I personally must choose digital currency (crypto coins) because I know more the digital assets over landed property business.

I actually agree with this 100%. A very strong mindset is very very important as having capital because every investment comes with the positive and nagative mindset for example yes it’s a good investment but what if it doesn’t work out for you and whether it is crypto experiencing a sharp price swings or maybe it is real estate taking your time, patience, and emotional control are what help investors make better decisions instead of acting out of fear or greed. Actually, I also believe that real estate is a better and safer option. However, as we all know, unlike crypto or stock, real estate requires a fairly large initial capital investment, and not everyone has the financial means to invest. I think that is also why many people choose crypto or stock as a stepping stone before moving on to higher value assets.

If my financial situation allows, I would also choose to invest in real estate instead of crypto and stocks.

Good words. I agree absolutely. Compared to gold or even to real estate, which I was criticizing earlier in this thread, crypto is a nightmare for those who can't control their emotions and greed. Definitely not for everyone. For some people, investing in crypto is not advisable. Invest in silver or chip manufacturing and your life will be easier is my advise to those people.

There are a lot of investments that you could choose to invest on, but one of the major challenge is that a lot of people doesn't make the right decision when he comes to investments. Is knowing the right investments for your self so that you can be successful.  but when you make the wrong decision your brain will not be able to function well the investments will suffer and collapse in a short period of time that is why some are investing into Bitcoin and real estate etc.

Bitcoin has for sure outperformed many traditional assets since the past decade.. But real estate and Bitcoin serve different purposes, one offers more stable and a tangible value, while the other one has been delivering exceptional growth with higher volatility..
Whether it is Bitcoin or property, the important thing is doing proper research, to know which one you prefer, avoiding unrealistic promises, and investing with a very long term mindset than chasing quick profits..

Both investments are actually valuable and can be productive, you can actually start out by investing in Bitcoin for sometime and when you take out your profit you can use it to buy the lands and then you it to appreciate for some time.
