I believe everyone knows that investing in both is the best option. But the problem is financial capability, especially when it comes to real estate, since it requires a fairly large amount of upfront capital and not many people can afford it. That is also why most people here start with Bitcoin

I guess the plan is to start with Bitcoin first, and once they have built up enough capital, diversify into other asset such as real estate. That is actually not a bad strategy.

Yes Bitcoin will be my investment option because of its high importance, low risk features and consistency when it has to do creating a room for financial stability to those willing to gain that.
Because of the unavailability of employment opportunities,  the rate of poverty has increased and many that made it did it because of the help of bitcoin and its still ready and willing to do more to those ready.  Among all the investment options available now, to me i think bitcoin is the best and most reliable one, although it is not that others are not good but it all depends on choice and likeness because what is good for me may not be good for the other person.

Bitcoin is the right choice for most people in terms of investment, but even so, of course, by making investments that are not bitcoin, it doesn't matter while we do research, it's not a problem, especially since we all have our own views and ideas that are free to prepare our future with one of them in terms of investment.
And actually with any business it can be said as an investment because this also has the opportunity to get a profit. But this risk may be greater than that of bitcoin investments.

The most attractive and smartest way of making through landed properties could be when a mineral resource are being discovered over there they may pay some heavy amounts of money to the owner as a compensation or when you rented the landed properties out to the organisation company for them to drill the mineral resources over there and definitely there is always a return for the landlords and those who directly have the landed properties. But this is rare and it doesn’t often come that way as we may know.

There may be profit potential in both cases. But when you said that there is no risk in Bitcoin now, it was exaggerated. Because the risks in Bitcoin cannot be completely denied. Rather, we can continue saving by managing these risks as much as possible. Suppose you have made a long-term plan but have invested with the money that you need. The best is bitcion investment,  land investment is a very good option but it's not something I have interest in,  in land investment there're so many processes and its not easy to sell if you need an emergency, infact you may even sell the land lesser the price in case of emergency, plus third-party services that will need cut in the sales.

But in bitcion investment,  all you need is to hold for long and wait for your profit,  no third-party,  no agent just psp sale and you get your money within a second,  that's the real investment,  in case of emergency you will sell without looking for a buyer. It's very fast to sell then land.

Both investment are good and long term investment and it's possible to do both at thesame time and that is diversification which is also a great investment decisions often describe as not putting all your eggs in one basket. You can invest in bitcoin and real estate at thesame time are still give both the right amount of concentration that they deserve for example if you spend your day sourcing or doing deals on real estate you can spend some of the night checking and managing your digital asset.

Indeed. We shouldn't force anyone, let them choose their own investment! Each person must know their own capability and their propensity in which asset to be suitable for them. I do not think real estate will be profitable in just one or two year.

Real estate is a good investment, but it usually take years to appreciate. Some properties even lose value or become difficult to sell if they are in less desirable location.

Correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know, Bitcoin typically moves in roughly 4 year cycles, the stock market tends to follow 7 to 10 year cycles, and real estate cycles can last well over a decade.

How can you start with real estate if you dont have enough capital?

Real estate does not just require capital, it requires a substantial amount of it. Meanwhile, Bitcoin has virtually no capital barriers, and you can start with any amount of money. Also, is it really true that real estate generates profits faster? I do not think so, and in fact, the opposite is true.

So my suggestion is to start with Bitcoin first, and that is what many people are already doing, as I mentioned earlier.

The popularity of digital currencies has not yet reached the general level, so the common people prefer to invest in real estate instead of Bitcoin. I'm not a fan when the story is to deliberately mislabel something for hype or dramatic effect, alot of the time its to amplify and make things more interesting.  So its usual to exaggerate and over sell the possibilities because many markets are quite boring and take years but it also leads to false conclusion and logic if we start acting like its all true.  

  I do dislike when people refer to holding Bitcoin as investment when its speculative and far closer to a commodity market.  We can and do use commodities as currency so it can be both and yet still not an investment just speculative activity.  I can buy Yen with no use for it at all, I'd be speculating but I could try to get a yield on it and argue I made an investment which is fair; though yen has barely any yield so I say speculative personally.  
  As there is no yield no equity only the commodity ownership of the work done by the original BTC miners its not an ongoing return or yielding asset hence we can group in the same way as speculative assets which should be volatile and so on.

  Housing does have utility and you can gain a yield from it, land by itself might be a commodity type asset but depends if it can yield a crop or serve a herd of cattle, that makes its investment to me and alters the market dynamics imo.  The detail matters but I've seen the word investment expanded to included absolutely anything from Lego to baseball cards, anything at all; nothing wrong with any of those but I classify it different.

Few weeks back I was in an argument with some people saying that they value landed properties than investing in digital currencies, but however, both of them are so much important to invest on, now investing in bitcoin doesn't give you any risk provided that you are holding for a long duration, same thing applicable with landed properties when you hold for long term especially the area that has been developed you would see your landed property appreciating so quickly than that of the digital currencies.

Based on the argument, I have believed that bitcoin investment is much worthy than landed properties, although this depends on the area of the landed that could make it to boost so faster than as we may think of. Undeveloped areas does not appreciates as we think so easily and even if you must sell when the profits might added it wouldn't the same as someone who invested on bitcoin because as we know is cyclic and also doubled with the halving has been concluded.

Both investments are very profitable if you invest patiently. If real estate can be bought here and if it is bought in a good position, then there will be no loss. Investing in real estate will also be very profitable. A big difference can be made within a few years. On the other hand, there is no need to tell you anything new about Bitcoin investment. We already know about Bitcoin investment and we have enough knowledge about it. If Bitcoin investment can be kept for five years, it will grow much more, which can be more than our real estate. But if I am given the opportunity to invest for five years, then I will definitely invest in Bitcoin and keep it for a few years.

If the context is investment, there is no better investment instrument because Bitcoin and Property have different risk and return profiles. Property is a “tangible” asset with low liquidity and stable growth, while Bitcoin is an “intangible” digital asset with high volatility and the potential for exponential returns. If you are looking for a safe investment medium, passive income and a hedge against inflation, property is a good choice. But if you have a high risk tolerance and want scalability and liquidity, Bitcoin is superior to property. If I'm talking about Bitcoin to anyone, I'm offering Bitcoin as an option without trying to convince anyone, not even a close family relation to take on an investment that is highly volatile. There are many ways to grow wealth and remains financially stable like it investing in Bitcoins and also run the business of real estate because both are most profitable business startups and at a time making investment in both businesses is better than investing money in single business because if a single businesses collapsed then you have a other way to flow of cash but among them the most trusted way is real estate because in Bitcoin if you invest and the market crashed then you lose almost everything but in real estate you buy a property and if market facing ups and downs then property at least remains on it's original price and if you purchase a land on good location then gives you a better pay back than the investing in Bitcoins. Doing the both at the same time depends on your cash flow,  before you think of investing in bitcoin and real estate you have to strengthen your cash flow so that it will be much easier for you, because without that you might be finding it difficult to invest in both at the same time. But there are other ways in which one can diversify into other investment/ business without stress, for example; if Bitcoin investment is your first choice of investment then you should focus on buying Bitcoin until you reach your target or your status of overaccumulation before looking into diversifying in other investment/ business.
