Arsenal did very well last season in the champions League I was not even expecting that level of performance from them but they showed the world that they are the best team in England and one of the best team in the world they would have actually lifted the champions League if not for the mistake that led to the penalty scored by PSG to make it 1:1, they have a very good defense I think what they should be working on right now is on their attacking players they need to sign more better attacking players to strengthen their team.

Arsenal did their jobs well in Champions League in two latest seasons, one season to the semi finals, and another one to the final match. They have a very good squad, stable tactics from Arteta and will continue to improve themselves. In next seasons, Arsenal will be able to go to quarter finals in Champions League quite often but semi final and final will require kind of luckiness too.

They are strong but it's not easy to appear in semi final and final matches in UEFA Champions League season by season and maintain it in several consecutive seasons. Arteta and Arsenal players will have to defend their crown in Premier League, while try to win a first title in UEFA Champions League for their club history.

Those two seasons were actually their lucky seasons for them to at least lift that trophy but they failed in both tries, now do you think they will be that lucky again in the future? Because with my observations next season is definitely gonna be a one heck of a season for all the top 5 leagues, so I don't think Arsenal is going to be that lucky again, because this time teams like Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Paris Saint Germain, and even Manchester United are definitely gonna come with fire, so I won't be an easy one, but if they still put in more hard work they might still go further than expected.

No, I don't see it that way bro because arsenal are more balanced than PSG, so if they had came out and attack, just as they did before their goal, they would have added more goals which would have kept the scoreline out of the reach of PSG. I watched the game and I can tell you for free that the main reason arsenal lost that final to PSG was because of the defensive game they decided to play after they got the goal, because if they had maintained the high intensity football they played before they got their goal and later switched to defensive mode, they wouldn't have lost that game because they were very sound at the back more than PSG that is not as solid defensively like arsenal.

Michael Carrick is still in very early years of his coach career and it's too early for any conclusion like whether he is a right man for Manchester United and will be able to bring the club to a new successful era. At least with performances in the last season as a temporarily appointed head coach, Carrick did his good management, and achieved good results for the club.

Moving onward to a new season, there will be naturally more expectation on Carrick but it also creates more pressure on him. If Arteta is a right man for Arsenal, and after seasons of criticisms he already won Premier League title with Arsenal last season, let's hope that Carrick can be the same right man for Manchester United. Yeah, they've been doing very well and knocking of the door of UCL title without access, maybe their premier league luck would lead the to a Championship league titile for the first time, but that would be hard. I think they would really have a busy season defending their premier league title. Arsenal did their job in the finals well enough, at least that how you play when the strongest part of your team is your defense and you don't have the attacking strength to create very many see pieces against a club as intimidating and PSG.

As long as Arsenal keep learning from the mistakes that have cost them each season, I believe they can eventually win the Champions League. They finally won the EPL after such a long time, and it wasn't down to luck. Arteta's build up system worked exactly the way he wanted it to.

I agree with you. They really need to build up a very solid team that people can entrust again. If their is need to sign up new players to fit in where that's lacking, the coach shouldn't hesitate to do so if really it's a positive result that they want. However, no team at the champions league are playing as we speak, they're pretty working on themselves making every necessary arrangements of doing better. Arsenal shouldn't be exempted, they should do all that is humanly possible to ensure of getting positive result, because magic can't just happen on it own, they really need to put in some level of hard work to make things work.

Those who say Arsenal made mistakes that allowed PSG to equalize or that Arsenal played poorly in the final do not fully understand the beauty of football. Although Arsenal ultimately had to admit PSG superiority, Arteta determination and tactics forced PSG to a penalty shootout. In my opinion, Arsenal performance in that game deserves a lot of praise. Arsenal were able to play solidly, disciplined, and managed to score an early goal through Kai Havertz. Arsenal tried their best but the plan that they brought to the game is a poor game mentality, Arsenal score the opening goal and they started defending till they conceded goal through unnecessary penalty, i supported Arsenal in the final because i want them to win the trophy that many of their legends can not win for the team but Arteta failed them by using a tactic that no any coach will use it in the final, defending against PSG that has a good attackers and midfielders is a bad idea.

This doesn't matter where there is increase in competition the following season. There are times you wonder if a team that is doing well suddenly become a flop in middle of the league or towards the end. Many team acted that way which pave way for many of the underdog to have a good matches, it was that moment they had good time when Carrick was appointed as the new man for the club and he delivered but that shouldn't be the only thing to judge his future.

It was already decided even before he was appointed as the new man for the league, there is no way the management would have bring another peesn as his replacement when he already secured good place for the team but all am saying is that this club you are seeing can do well but at the same time if the competition become tougher, he will be seen as the new Amorim because even Amorim did well for Manchester united before things fell apart.
