Real Madrid need more discipline than a new player, if Mourinho fails to bring discipline back then signing Olise will not bring much change in performance. Bayern Munich have already confirmed that they are not willing to let Olise go, no matter what the cost. Even with the style of play of Real Madrid, I do not think Olise is a good choice, because his finishing has been a problem in the current World Cup. Naturally, his finishing is not perfect, but he is more known as an assister. Real Madrid prefer a goalscorer to an assist player. Yes, it cannot be denied that Arteta is a very great coach, and he is truly a coach who can maintain the team's performance very consistently and very well. Because in the past few seasons, Arsenal's performance has always been good and that is thanks to Arteta who has always been able to maintain it well. Mourinho is an experienced coach who has been coaching several clubs for couple of years ago. He understands when a team is faulty and what could be the challenge as well as the possible solution towards it. What will be left is for him to implement all his thoughtful thinking and skills to the squad he is working with. One aspect is my concern for Mourinho and it is in the hands of the management of the club to decide. They either allow the experienced manager to in person of Mourinho to operate independently without much interferences but involvement or they interfere and obstruct his decision making process like they did with the previous managers. The point is, the club’s management needs to build more trust in their managers and allow them to take charge of the club while their involvement is more of a supervision role than a micromanagement role.

Luis Enrique who was previously part of the PSG project, has become a club legend. Winning 2 consecutive UCL titles is not easy for other coaches to achieve. Even before that, PSG had changed coaches several times, but none of them managed to win the UCL trophy even though at that time PSG was strengthened by Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe. Mourinho came to Real as part of a crisis management move as it became clear that the Real team was in disarray and chaos, and that the players needed discipline.
Whether Mourinho is the right coach for the role is another question.
