I don't know why you mentioned Rodrygo, but since you did, let me just tell you that he is not good enough.
Another overrated player. He is one of those players that people rate for what he can do instead of what he really is. Rodrygo has been in Madrid since 2019, yet he has not been able to make a name for himself. If after 7 years of staying at a club, you are still not a household name, then you're not good enough. People would say he was injured, but even when he is fit, Velverde is preferred at Right wing over him. That goes on to show how little the coaches trust him.
He is inconsistent and only shows moments of magic that make people think he is good, but he has never been able to maintain that level.
He is a player who will do well in a smaller club, not a club like Real Madrid. In his 7 seasons in Madrid, he has scored only 33 goals. This wouldn't have been too ridiculous if he offered more like playmaking or chance creation to the team, but he doesn't. He is simply not good enough.

You sound biased. Currently, I believe if PSG clash with Manchester City, PSG will defeat them. I could remember when people call PSG weak and said they're playing in farmers league just because with all the quality PSG had, they couldn't win the Champions League. So you can now see that even before real madrid were able to win the title three consecutive time, club like Ajax and Bayern munich have done it many years ago before. PSG's team management should have made several changes to their squad because it would be foolish for them to be complacent about winning the Champions League in the last two seasons. They will have the team to do it, that's for sure. I don't think that they lost anyone in transfers, so if they manage to keep the team together, they are big, big favourites. I would also like to see if Arsenal have what it takes and manage to secure the final two years in a row. But with the signings so far, I'm not so sure.
