Carrick can now breathe easy, even though the second half is still quite long. With the three goals scored in the first half, I think that’s more than enough to secure a win for Man Utd. Besides, I doubt Sabah will be able to score against Man Utd.

Another match that’s just as exciting is Como vs. Leipzig. We know Leipzig has more experience in the UCL. But Como seems to have the upper hand in every aspect of this match, even though this is their UCL debut. And well, this is exactly what I expected from Como. None of the three Serie A teams managed to secure a win. And it looks like Como will be the first Serie A team to claim a victory. The score is now 3-0. Fabregas is really keeping Como’s quality at a high level, and this team is playing like a squad with plenty of UCL experience.

They're currently beating Leipzig, a Bundesliga team by 3:0 and the match is in the early stage of the second half. I was thinking that the Champions League games will be very strange to Como and they will find ot difficult to win their matches but here they are, winning comfortably and are not even playing like a team that came to the Champions League games for the first time. Anyway, I'm not too surprised because they're beating a team who sold their best players, so it means they care less about how they will perform in the Champions League games. I think that Como will likely make it to the playoff round if they don't finish among the top 8 teams.

This is the first time that I am also seeing the club. One thing I noticed about some clubs like this is that they can perform very well in thier last season, but if they play Champions League, it can not be easy because they play more time. Also they may not be performing in their league like the last season. Manchester United will definitely win the club and it is very possible such club will be below the table before the round of 16.

many expected a high-scoring match between Bayern and Bodo but it turned out that including the game against Schalke Bayern had gone three halves without a goal. only at the start of the second half Musiala opened the scoring and Harry Kane made it 2–0 in the 61st minute. I think there’s still a chance to see a couple more goals in the remaining 30 minutes although Bodo really isn't launching any counterattacks. this team is known for good counterattacks.

In the championship they had mixed performances, playing well, bringing home points, apart from the last match which left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth. Instead in the Champions League, with the match against Inter, he gave a bit of a shock to this season.

Did you watch Real Madrid game vs Inter Milan? You probably didn't watch it because there's no way anyone could be proud of that performance, not even Madrid fans themselves. The only thing that saved Real Madrid was the goalkeeper. They should be glad they have such goalkeeper in their team. Courtois was their man of the match because he cover 90% of the game for them. Madrid forward is not competent as expected, they wasted so many opportunities that even a street footballer could easily score. If winning the game at the end was by a team performance, Inter Milan deserve to win by far.

Inter Milan deserve to win by far, but at the end Real Madrid won the game to tell you how competent they are actually, I know they didn't play to your expectations but one thing you ought to know is Inter Milan is not also a small team, they also have ballers in that team, so you should give Real Madrid their credit for winning such a crucial game, and again you don't expect extra ordinary performance from them all the time, football doesn't go like that, sometimes you will play like a pro but still lost or draw, while sometimes you will play nothing and came out victorious, so to me I think you should give them their credit and wait for next game before you judge.

If this is how Madrid decide they will play this season they they just just kiss the Laliga title goodbye, because if barca catches Madrid with this kind of play, then they will tear Madrid into shreds and real madrid should be expecting nothing that is less than 6 goals in that match. Real Madrid should be ashamed of theriself, how will a club come to your home to play and still be balling them inside their own home. Milan had more shot and possession and if they had used those shots that they have in first half, they would have won the match.

I never doubted Manchester United to win against Sabah today. It’s a match which I knew it’s going to be an easy win for Manchester United. As we can see Manchester United performance is not bad this season, so winning against teams like this is not something I think they going to find difficult. We are currently in the second half of the match, and Manchester United are currently leading with 3 goals. I don’t think it’s going to be possible for Sabah to equalize in the match, Manchester United dominated the match, and up till the moment which am writing this post, Sabah have not been able to get any shot on target, so how are they going to score 3 goals when we have just few minutes left.

Bodo Glimt has been a good team in the Champions League since last season; they are not an easy opponent for Bayern Munich, and making reference to how Bayern performed in their last league game, I think they can't score more goals because they are not in form compared to last season, and Bodo Glimt is a good team that will fight for at least a draw in this match. Because of these reasons, I don't expect more than two goals in this match for Bayern Munich.

Manchester United, on the other hand, is winning 4-0 in their Champions League opening match; they are having a good game tonight. I wish they will have a cleansheet tonight or Buruno Fernandez to score a hat trick tonight because he has scored two goals already.

The Bodo/Glimt defensive line was too strong in the first half despite receiving a lot of attacks from Bayern Munich, I do not know later in the second half whether there will be changes or Bayern win? I know Bodo / Glimt are underdogs who often trouble the favourites, this is also not wrong last season they did the same.

Musiala scored just two minutes into the second half with an assist from Kane, it’s actually really good to see him score after his medical issues and speculation about his possible retirement from football.

Oh well, Batern just scored again! Kane strikes with an assist from Micheal Olise in the 60th minute giving Bayern a 2 goals lead and seems like they’ll likely score more goals in this half and win this game.


Como are beating Leipzig with three goals to one right now, and that’s a very impressive performance from Como this being their first time in the champions league.

Lens are down 0-1 against SK Slavia even though SK Slavia are currently playing with ten men, they scored just two minutes after getting a red card but Lens might draw the game since it’s just one goal and there’s almost twenty minutes left.

Arsenal got the deserved win but the score was too disappointing,  in yesterday's champions league match they didn't produce either over 1.5 or over 2.5 but just a common goal in the entire match. They created so many scoring chances  but couldn't and  only got lucky goal through Odegard shot. Saka missed a sitter some minutes before half time that was supposed to be the opening goal but he missed from close range. Madueke missed a one on one in the second half.
When that counter attack was progressing and the ball finally passed to Madueke, people were shouting 2:0 only for him to disappoint. What a Costly miss from him but a nice save from the goalkeeper.

Firstly I don't think the goal by Odegaard should be regarded as a lucky goal, because that was well team worked goal,  so calling it lucky takes away such beautiful technique by Odegaard. I also think the scoreline did not tell the true story of the match, because from what I watched, Arsenal dominated the game and they were in full control for the whole 90 minutes. Like you mentioned,  they missed a lot of chances and I also need to remind you that Arsenal created 6 big chances in the match and got a 4.05 XG compared to Napoli's 0.22. That match should have ended a minimum of 4 goals in favor of Arsenal,  but I they missed a lot of chances, and overall I think it's an interesting match, especially for Arsenal fans

I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy win for Bayern Munich but, they were always going to win anyway, it’s just bad they didn’t let my bet on a first half win result go through, Bodo made certain of that with their defensive play but, Kompany’s goalless draw with Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga over the weekend wasn’t going to count for nothing.

I had a different idea about the Galatasaray match, I expected a lot of competition and both teams would give each other a hard fight, but Galatasaray seemed to be giving up the match to Sporting. I expected a good result from the Turkish champions.
The Fenerbahçe match just ended, with the final result being a 1-1 draw. It must be said that Fenerbahçe performed better than Galatasaray. However, they should have won at home, but a draw against a relatively strong team like Roma is not a bad result, at least better than a defeat.

Without Victor Osimhen what can we expect from Galatasaray, there game has always depend on the performance of one person, so anytime he is not with them it becomes difficult to be positive about them on the game, they have four players on injury and funny enough they are all suffering from the same muscle injury but they really need Victor Osimhen to be back but although there next champions League is against the club i wouldn't imagine they would win even if Victor Osimhen has recovered before then. You might be right because if it was Galatasaray opponent that Fenerbahce clash with I'm optimistic Fenerbahce could have won because As Roma was a fierce candidate.

There can be bad performance. but when they fall behind,i can't understand the team giving up. I watched the highlights of the Barcelona match. Barcelona is currently the team in the best form in Europe; they scored five goals against Feyenoord yesterday. We shall see how much of an advantage playing in Istanbul will provide for Galatasaray. Having Osimhen available would be Galatasaray's biggest advantage.

With strikers like Yamal, Olise and Raphinha, you would expect a high-scoring Barcelona. It was a total demolition of Feyenoord because they couldn't curtail the attacking force of Barca.  I am already seeing Raphinha's classic goal where two Feyenoord players were lying on the floor after his dribble. I am not seeing Galatasaray as a club that is ready to compete for the UCL title. They are dominating the Turkish league.  But they become very weak when they play in Europe.  When a club depends on a single player, it might not go far in a competitive tournament like the UCL.

You judged very early, the game ended as a high-scoring match between Bayern and Bodo/Glimt, who were a huge trouble for teams last season in the Champions League. Bodo/Glimt couldn't score a goal today, a very big disaster, as they did get beaten by a huge margin and scored zero goals to entertain their fans who came to watch their opening game.

This is the regular Bayern Munich against an average club, Bodo/Glimt didn't lose by surprise, they knew, but the goals were more than they imagined.

Interesting champions league matches tonight with lots of goals and a massive winning opportunities for those who explore goal scoring matches. Although the odds were miserable, it simply means the bookies perceived that there would be so many goals in those matches. Two of the matches that surprised me were that of Bayern Munic against Bodo/Glimt and Slavia Praha against Lens both of which ended in goalless draws but produced over 4.5 goals. Those were huge winning opportunities for those that play live bets.

Bayern Munich is one hell of a team, I was expecting them to start running riots from the first half but funny enough they didn't, Bodø thought they had held them and even after the first half, they didn't start doing it immediately they patiently waited to do the damage. I checked my score app to see 5 - 0, I just laughed and said this is the Bayern Munich I know, they dismantled Bodø in 45 minutes, imagine they performed like this I'm the first half, probably we would have seen 8 - 10 goals scored today from them.
