Just to be transparent with everyone: AskGamblers closed my complaint today because they are a private site and don't have the regulatory power to investigate these types of account blocks, advising me to go directly to the Gambling Authority.
that's weird, are you sure you submitted the complaint correctly details wise? i don't see why they would reject it when they accepted similar cases before.

[...]
i don't think discussing this any further is gonna get us anywhere, it's just words vs words, and you already submitted a complaint with askgamblers, so we should just wait and see what the result of that gonna be. whatever their judgment is, we go with that.

A better wording will be to wait for OP's case to be online on AG and for OP to share the link with us. On ADR, it's not words vs. words, it's evidence vs. counterevidence, both parties send their smoking gun to the mediator to pull a verdict.
better wording indeed, and that's what i was saying. here on the forum, unless the casino shares private details to backup their words (which i understand why they wouldn't share publicly), or OP shares concrete evidence that he got scammed. it becomes OP words vs the casino words, which doesn't go anywhere, same as what's happening right now in this case.

I have all my screenshots and evidence fully prepared. However, I have made a firm decision: I will ONLY provide these screenshots privately to a trusted forum moderator, a neutral mediator, or the official gambling authority.
...
Is there any trusted forum moderator or established mediator here who would be interested in reviewing this case and representing it? I will gladly provide you with the complete evidence in private.
we don't do that here, if you have any thing you want to share which doesn't include personal info, post it publicly for all of us to review and make up our minds.
don't concern yourself with what betcoin.ag would say, or what any other member would say to "manipulate it", that can't change anything in front of evidence, so if you indeed have any evidence that shows that betcoin.ag is in the wrong, please post it publicly.

To zwei:
@Zwei Thank you for the advice, I appreciate your neutral perspective. You are completely right, evidence cannot be manipulated when it is clear.

As per your recommendation, here is the first major piece of evidence that does not contain any sensitive personal info. This is the direct email I just received from AskGamblers support regarding my case:

https://ibb.co/Xr5ZpjFN

Please look closely at what AskGamblers officially states: "The casino was not informed about it."

Betcoin spent the whole day today confidently claiming in this thread that AskGamblers rejected my case based on their "scammer detection" and findings. Now that I posted the actual email screenshot proving they never even informed them, Betcoin is suddenly backpedaling and changing their story to "oh, they probably detected it themselves." You completely fabricated a story about an AskGamblers rejection just to protect your reputation here.

Regarding the 17 rejected bets: You just admitted that your system rejected 17 of my live bets in a row. That is exactly what I described in my technical breakdown! You let me hit "Max Bet", your system spinning-wheeled it, rejected it, and dropped my limits to 0.1 USDT on the fly while the odds changed. You literally proved my point for me in your own post.

And regarding your statement: "We have tons of proof. Why would we share proof with you...?"
You refuse to show proof to me, and you refuse to show proof to the community. You just got caught in a flat-out lie about the AskGamblers situation today, and now you are trying to write "/thread" and run away.

Your empty words, your own admission of rejecting 17 of my bets, and your complete refusal to show any evidence to a neutral third party speak volumes to everyone reading this.

We offered to share the proof with CasinoGuru. They weren't interested. We offered to share it with AskGamblers. They weren't interested.

You just got caught in a flat-out lie about the AskGamblers situation today

Where did we lie? Show me where we lied and we will pay you double your balance.
If you are referring to this sentence, you should Google the word probably.
They were probably easily able to detect the fact that you have created additional complaints under different names, as well, and they don't want to waste any time on a known scammer.
Maybe that is why they rejected it. Maybe it isn't. If it is why, they aren't going to come out and tell you they rejected your complaint because they don't want to waste time on you. That wouldn't look good for them. What they would do, is reject your claim and refer you to someone else. Kind of like they did. Hmmm...

I don't care about getting "double my balance." I am not here to play games, and I am not looking for a handout or free money. All I want is my own 1,210 USDT—the exact amount that I rightfully won through fair play and which you are unlawfully holding.

To be honest, this entire situation is exhausting, and I would much rather have this resolved and finished than spend my time arguing with you on a public forum. However, make no mistake: now that I have started this process, I am absolutely going to see it through to the very end.

The fact remains that you claimed you offered proof to AskGamblers, while AskGamblers officially stated you weren't even informed about the case. No amount of wordplay or diversion tactics will change what everyone can see in black and white.

Let's end this drama. Release my 1,210 USDT, and we can close this thread.

betcoin.ag never said that tho, this is what they said:

They likely just rejected your case because you are not credible. They were probably easily able to detect the fact that you have created additional complaints under different names, as well, and they don't want to waste any time on a known scammer.

that was just a speculative comment from their part, and they already clarified that for you:

You claimed earlier that they rejected my case because you "detected I am a known scammer using different names." That was a flat-out lie to manipulate this forum. They closed it due to jurisdictional limitations, not because of your imaginary "scammer detection." You can check the link to their official response myself below, so everyone can see the real text.
We didn't claim that. We said we know that you have been banned elsewhere and filed other complaints. They are probably able to detect this, which could be the reason for their rejection.  Or maybe they can just tell that you are not a credible person. Either way, obviously, they were not interested.

so i'm not sure how is this considered evidence of anything.
and like i said before, askgamblers rejecting your complaint is weird... maybe see if you can resubmit another complaint with them, as from what i see, betcoin.ag is more than willing to share proof with them.

To back up what I have been saying from the very beginning, here is the full history of my personal crypto wallet:

https://ibb.co/dwX76sNV

Please note that the redacted (red-out) part is my personal wallet address, which I have blurred to protect my privacy, as it is a piece of personal data that I do not wish to share publicly.

As anyone can see, I created this wallet back in August 2025. Since then, it was completely inactive until just recently, when I bought cryptocurrency for the very first time specifically to register and play on Betcoin.ag.

You can clearly see the exact transaction flow: first, I bought and deposited 100 USDT just to test out the platform and see how it works. Once that went through, I purchased the rest of the funds to play with.

So yes, this is literally my very first experience with a crypto casino, and it immediately turned into this nightmare. After seeing how you operate and how you treat honest players, I can safely say I will never open a crypto casino website ever again in my life.

To zwei:
@Zwei Thanks for your reply, but look at the very first sentence of Betcoin's latest post:
"We offered to share the proof with AskGamblers. They weren't interested."

They stated this as a hard fact. However, since the first email from AskGamblers explicitly confirmed that "The casino was not informed about it," this claim makes no sense.

I have actually just contacted AskGamblers support again to ask them directly for official clarification on whether Betcoin has ever reached out to them at any point regarding my account or offered them any evidence.

Let's wait for their official response.

I would also like to point out another massive contradiction in Betcoin's accusations.

They have been confidently claiming that I am a "multi-account scammer" who has created multiple different complaints and accounts under different names.

However, look closely at the screenshot of my full wallet history that I just posted. Since this wallet was created back in August 2025, there are only two outbound crypto transactions in existence. Both of them went directly to Betcoin.ag (the 100 USDT test deposit and then the rest of the funds).

I simply do not have the transaction history, nor any other funds moving anywhere else, to support the creation or funding of any other accounts. The math and the blockchain ledger simply do not add up for their wild accusations.

We didn't offer it to them, we offered it to you.

If you decide to go to a 3rd party mediator, that courtesy will be removed and we will abide by their decision

As you chose to go with a 3rd party mediation, we will accept their result, however when they rule against you, we will use the full scope of the ToS, and withhold the full balance.

If one of the accredited mediation companies OP has contacted wants to take the case, we are happy to share.

All of that was us agreeing to work with AskGamblers, as we have many times. They didn't want to take your case. Take some time, think about why. This is a great opportunity for you to start making better choices.

@betSerb Exactly, it is incredibly frustrating. Their high ratings on some review sites give players a false sense of security, and then situations like this happen. I'm sorry to hear you lost your money there too.

@Betcoin.AG Why do you completely ignore the actual facts and evidence I presented?

You spent days confidently calling me a "multi-account scammer" who operates under different names. But the moment I post a screenshot of my entire crypto wallet history—proving it is mathematically impossible for me to have funded or created any other accounts because there are only two outbound transactions in existence—you suddenly have absolutely nothing to say about it. You completely dodged it.

Instead of addressing the blockchain proof that completely debunks your accusations, you prefer to spin your words and argue about old quotes. Stop avoiding the facts and address the wallet history.

You are on a Bitcoin Forum. No one is falling for that wallet screenshot nonsense.

This isn't a back and forth. We have stated our case and people can believe who they want. You have been caught lying multiple times. We are 100% reputable. If someone thinks we aren't they can play somewhere else. There is a reason we have great reviews everywhere. We are the one of the oldest and most trusted sportsbooks in the space or anywhere, really. There's just one thing you researched poorly. WE DON'T TOLERATER CHEATERS. Stop scamming. Get a job.

@Betcoin.AG For your information, I do have a job, and sports betting is just a hobby for me. But feel free to keep insulting me if it makes you feel better; it only shows your true character and personality to everyone reading this thread.

Also, I have never been caught lying because I don't lie. On the contrary, another player just joined this thread stating that they made a deposit and lost all their money with you too, and that people shouldn't trust your ratings.

Since you cannot explain what is "nonsense" about a clear blockchain transaction history, and you have resorted to personal attacks like "Get a job," it is obvious you have run out of arguments. Calling yourself "100% reputable" means nothing when you refuse to look at the math and facts.

As you previously stated: "If one of the accredited mediation companies OP has contacted wants to take the case, we are happy to share."

Let's put your reputation to the test. The mediation team at LCB (LatestCasinoBonuses) has officially agreed to take my case.

Do you agree to enter into binding arbitration at LCB to resolve this matter?

If you agree and stand behind your words, I will immediately submit the official complaint at lcb.org/complaints. Let's see if you will answer the complaints at LCB as you claim, or if you will just keep throwing insults here.

I don't want to upset you, but you most likely won't get your money back. I've attached a screenshot from Similarweb showing the traffic for betcoin.ag.

With 7,595 visits per month and a bounce rate of nearly 70%, that leaves only about 2,278 non-bounced visits per month. If we look at the daily average, it's roughly 253 total visits per day. Since the average visit duration is just 2 seconds, the total time all users combined spend on their site is around 8.5 minutes a day.

Basically, there were probably only two real users there last month: you and me. I deposited $700 and won about $450. They banned me when I tried to withdraw $600 (which is even less than my initial deposit), and they scammed you out of $1,100.

It's simple math. They always make up disgusting stories claiming you're a fraudster, a part of a betting syndicate, or write some other illogical nonsense. On Trustpilot, they actually replied to me saying I'm a 'known scammer in narrow circles'. Their only goal is to whitewash their reputation so they can trap someone else.

You can analyze their website traffic yourself on any similar service, drop the screenshot into an AI model like Gemini, and describe the situation. It will break everything down for you. These are typical petty scammers. Just analyze the traffic of other real bookmakers, and everything will become clear.

Regarding Casino Guru - I think it's either their own website, or they get paid for promotions. I found betcoin.ag there, saw their 'super reliable' rating, and just made a deposit without double-checking anything.

Good luck, bro. I'm just sorry you didn't see my post on this forum, I wrote it fairly recently.

I am looking for the direct public link on LCB, but it seems that the complaint is currently under private review by the mediation team and not fully published yet on their public list. As soon as LCB updates the status or provides a public link, I will share it here immediately. Thank you for keeping an eye on this!

Quick update for everyone following this thread: I directly contacted Betcoin.ag support and offered them a very fair, amicable compromise. I proposed to drop all complaints and close this matter immediately if they simply refunded my original deposit.

They officially rejected my offer.

Since they refuse to act reasonably or show even a basic level of fairness to a customer, I am withdrawing my compromise. I will now pursue the full amount of 1,210 USDT through the official LCB mediation process, which Betcoin publicly agreed to here. Additionally, I am currently preparing to submit a formal complaint directly to their licensing authority. Let's see how they justify their actions to both the mediators and their regulators.

The complaint on LCB was submitted days ago and the official process is already fully underway. There are no second thoughts at all.

My message to their support was just an attempt at a quick, direct settlement. I offered them a deal that was honestly highly favorable to them, not me—since I won those funds fairly and am rightfully entitled to the full amount. I was simply willing to walk away with just my deposit to end the public dispute immediately and save everyone time.

Since they rejected this generous offer and stated they will abide by the mediator's decision, I am withdrawing the compromise completely. We will now proceed with the official LCB mediation for the full 1,210 USDT.

You arent withdrawing the compromise. You emailed us asking for the deposit back if you dropped the complaint, and we said no. You had your chance for that, before we had to spend days defending ourselves against your baseless accusations.

If you are truly interested in making a deal,  we can do it in public, instead of you secretly contacting us and then lying and making it seem like you withdrew the deal. Here are the terms: Admit that you knowingly violated our ToS and remove all your defamatory reviews. Once you have done that,  we will return your deposit minus 10%, which you will donate to this community. We will match the 10% and offer the 20% as a giveaway to BitcoinTalk.

This offer is good for 48 hours and not open for negotiation. Otherwise, as we told you, we will gladly abide by the mediators decision and you will get nothing.
