Hello community, we are still working on how to properly post and engage with the community from this official account. Please have patience with us.
We have seen several cases when a casino claimed to be NoKYC but later started demanding personal documents from players.
It does not make any sense when a casino especially a new platform trying to lie to the public of not accepting KYC verification when they are going to ask people for that. Reputation is not built in a day and gamblers need to observe casinos very well before trusting them.
On your first case, if the casino is actually old and they don’t ask for KYC but something comes up and happens in the future, either due to a regulatory issue or they inform all players that they will be asking for KYC, like some centralised exchange does, it will be understandable for them to parade themselves as no-KYC from the beginning as a new startup only for you to want to request your first withdrawal and be slammed with KYC; that's their new pattern of fraud.
It is best for casinos to have a stand on KYC. If they have intentions of demanding for KYC later then it is best not to lure gamblers who don't intend to give out their information. To many privacy is as important as their deposit and games. The frustrating part about this deceptive moves is the difficulty in spotting them early enough.
Regarding the issues with No KYC, my personal observations is that most casinos wish to have no kyc but regulatory demands can make that dream not reality, I mean is understandable for casinos not to ask for kyc at the point of account opening, deposit, wagering and withdrawal without KYC.
But have it at the back of your mind that the casino can ask for kyc verification at anytime the demand arises,.
It could be from the government side through regulatory demands, because no kyc casinos without regulatory compliance can get shutdown anytime by the government, so such a demand can force the casino to suddenly ask for KYC from gamblers.
I mentioned in an earlier reply, the main reason for the some of the more established casinos going from No KYC to asking for Casino is due to regulatory changes or the owner longer terms exit plans. Different juridications and regulator bodies have different requirements around KYC policies.

Left for me I have no problem with a casino asking for kyc or any of my personal details, as long as it is stated in their terms and conditions that they might ask for it if they deemed it necessary in the future, but what I don't like is when a casino says that they are a complete no kyc casino, that they wouldn't ask for it for any reason, but along the line they start asking for it.
That's what I hate because they are not being sincere from the very beginning, because in most cases it's because of that most gamblers prefer using the casino, so if they can't keep to their word, their customers will feel really disappointed because what brought them to the casino is not being practiced.
Do you think we've been clear enough in our terms and on this thread on our no-kyc approach?
Unless the Costa Rica government change their stand on KYC we have no reason to change our policy. If we were to change change our approach on this we would communicate it and the reasons for it as clearly as possible with as much not to players as possible.
Welcome to Bitcointalk Luckiest casino, you have made a professional announcement thread and a lot of things looks clean and clear. However, most casinos that claim to be no KYC end of using KYC to deny players their winning when it becomes regular. Hope yours will not be like that, else you have to add the clause that will allow you ask for KYC when necessary. Secondly, is there any promotion for Bitcointalk like bonus that will enable users of the forum to try your platform before actually making deposits?
It's not a matter of still hoping; these days the word "No KYC" is very common among new casinos trying to market their brand out there. It appears in their heading and most of their information, but when you look at their policies, that's where you see the real thing, and they hide behind "We have the right to ask for KYC anytime our system considers your deposit or playing risky."
Yes, you are absolutely right. Currently, almost all casinos seem to have a clause in their terms and conditions that even though KYC is not mandatory, they can ask for KYC if they feel the need.
So, in my opinion, it is difficult to call a casino completely without KYC at the moment. Suppose, you find a casino that does not require KYC at the beginning. But if they detect any unusual activity in your account, they can block your withdrawal. Then, you will see that various additional documents or information are being asked for verification.
My personal opinion is that as long as the KYC issue does not become too serious, that is, it is not being asked from everyone in a mandatory or unreasonable manner, I do not see much of a problem with playing in casinos. However, if the issue goes to an excessive level, then it is definitely better to avoid it.
Now, let's see what decision or what kind of measures they finally bring for us.
What do you think of our approach to No-KYC? Do you think we've been clear enough on our position on this.
The real proof will be when someone from this forum makes a large crypto withdrawal and can confirm they were not asked for KYC.
hey OP, I found a medium severity security bug, but I couldn't find any way to report it. I tried sending you a PM, but I'm still newbie rank, so I can't send PMs.
Thanks. If you contact the customer support team they will pass your details onto the necessary person to connect with you and discuss this in more detail.
Live Support should have been accessible, we have real people handling all queries.
It does not work for me, click the live support button but nothing happened. Do people need to have an account in order to contact the live support? I tried it without login to an account, that's why I think that it is accessible while login only. If it is like this, how if in a case like players lose an access to the account but unable to contact live support?
We had a small issue on certain browser version for players who were logged, this should be fixed now. Our live chat function is available to players without an account, this gives them the chance to ask questions before they sign up or deposit.

I tried to click those buttons when not I didn't log in and also tried when I already log in my account in their casino, but result shows the same and their live support is not clickable. I also click their Contact us section and nothing shows.
This actually means that there's an issue with this area and they better fix it. Because people might get more angry to them if they cannot reach their support to possible solving their issues.
And also it will be more better if they follow your suggestion which is those support button is clickable even if the user didn't log in in their casino, since this is much helpful with those issue you mentioned and the other ones.
Are you still experience the same issue. The tech team have looked at this and applied a fix. If it's still not working, could you let me know which device and browser your using so we can investigate further.
Hello
I don't know if I'm the only one that is experiencing this issue but the site is taking a hell of a time to load up and I don't want to conclude it's the side yet , maybe is my network but I think you should also check it out if it's from your end as well and I also noticed that you mentioned $20 minimum deposit to earn a bonus, so I was curious to know if someone who deposits below that amount wouldn't receive any bonus because I was hoping to deposit $10 to try out the site, so I have to be certain before hopping on it.
We've not had any other reports of this so thanks for letting us know. Could you PM us with a bit more info on which country you located in, which device and browser your using so we can investigate.
The minimum deposit has been raised, we've taken it onboard and we're working on an offer just for this forum. We should have something to share next week.

I think the site is working perfectly from my end. Maybe it's network issue from your end or it's also possible that the site was temporary experiencing some issues the time you tired to login. So maybe you should check it out now and see if it's working.
And as for the customer support not answering you, that can be really frustrating. Probably, they are just busy or you happened to get an inexperienced agent. Maybe they will reply you here on the thread.
Agreed, Customer Support not replying isn't good enough. We'll look into when we have the email address that Crazygaming used and find out what's happened.

You need to take things easy
Don't you think it's too early to draw conclusions?
The team might busy or not active over here which doesn't mean that, they wouldn't respond, so we should give them some more time so they can response to all questions asked.

I am checking right now on their page about the deposit bonuses and promos that they have. If you haven't seen it yet, this is it(
https://www.luckiest.com/promotions/luckiest-welcome-offer).
And maybe last night they're on maintenance but right now, the website is smooth and loads fast. I just found it that the live support button isn't working, hopefully they fix that.
I retried tonight and it's working just fine, I haven't had the time to check the customer support service but I will hopefully tomorrow.
N/B:. It would be better for the team to run a review campaign so as to help them figure out some errors and bugs because the gambling industry and market is already a very competitive one and having a very active community and support system along with a flawless site service would give them more edge.
Thanks for suggestion the review campaign. We discuss this with our campaign manager and their suggesting with to go with an ANN and Signature campaign first. We'll discuss this with them in more detail and see whats involved.

You won't receive the deposit bonus by making a deposit of $10 only since the minimum deposit requirement is $20 for the bonus. Moreover, users have the option of whether they want to take the deposit bonus or not.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for an answer from OP about the 1% fee on deposited funds. Luckiest looks like an incomplete casino to me. I doubt that it will be able to survive in the competitive gambling world with its current features. All the features of Luckiest don't work in the mobile version.
Hello! I've replied to your PM with an explanation, what we're doing about it and what we've done to make up for it. I'm happy to share it publicly on this thread.
Be careful when taking the welcome bonus
I deposited $755.80 and received $1,511.60
After I lost about $300 I started to win and got to $2,924.60 ($657.20 in the profit)
I checked the wagering progress and saw only 3% was completed and decided to cancel the bonus even if I give up my winnings. I expected to have $755.80 back to play with
When i clicked cancel they took entire $2,924.60. My balance is $0. Mind you I was in profit.Support: "Please note that each casino has its own bonus mechanics and Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, this is how our Welcome Offer is designed and implemented."
This is what their bonus terms say at
https://luckiest.com/bonus-termsWithdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses
Players cannot withdraw while an active bonus with a wagering requirement is in progress. Withdrawals become available once wagering requirements are fully completed or the player chooses to forfeit the bonus.
Forfeiting an active bonus removes all bonus funds and all winnings accumulated from bonus play from the account immediately.
Bonus funds is $1,511.60, Winnings is $657.20 - Forfeit amount is $1,511.60 + $657.20 = $2,168.8They took $2,924.60 including my deposit
My real money balance shouldn't be forfeited. But they did that. I couldn't check how the balance stood when i was cancelling, the balances were not updated in the page, there is some loading bug. If entire amount was bonus, again they are doing something the terms don't say, use real money bets but wins go to bonus money and loses go to real money. This is crazy anti player way to implement it especially when the bonus terms don't mention this. One way or the other, they are in the wrong.
I have asked to reverse the cancelled bonus.
Regarding your request to reinstate the cancelled bonus, I have already escalated your case to our relevant team for further review. We appreciate your decision to pause your gameplay while the review is ongoing. At this time, we kindly ask for your patience, as we are unable to guarantee that the bonus can be reinstated. We will notify you as soon as we receive an update from the team.
I have played in many casinos. This isn't how it is supposed to work.
Hopefully they correct this
I will update here if this is resolved

Doggywin, I've replied to your PM. Let me look into this in detail with the casino and get back to you. If your ok with it, I'll share the response on this thread.
"No KYC" seems like a marketing gimmick to your as well but it won't work for the people here, so i'd suggest to remove when you will ask it later.
I have been reading through some of the replies from OP, maybe this (below) will explain their KYC drama/story!
In short:
Fiat = KYC
Crypto = No KYC
if you deposit with Crypto, your gameplay is normal, you win and withdraw funds then no KYC is required. You see we also have FIAT payment methods (more in the pipeline) if you deposit with Visa or Mastercard you are required to provide some personal information to the payment provider (name, address, phone, emails) this is their requirement, not ours and we do not store this information.
The only time we might to ask for KYC information is when their is suspicious activity in gameplay or abusing bonuses.
Probably a dumb question, but is it possible to use any methods users want? For example, deposit Crypto and withdraw as fiat? In that case will he still be KYC'ed? And of course vice versa! This is only a curious question. I do not intend to do it, but asking whether there is any possibility.
Nailed it! That’s exaxctly it.
The method you deposit with must the same method you withdraw with. You can’t deposit with Crypto and with FIAT I'm afraid.

At this point, I think that a review campaign is now necessary, because a user was talking about finding a bug that needs to be addressed, which I believe that their will be more if proper vetting is done.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5588606.msg66961636#msg66961636And why it's very important is that through the opinion and experience of other players, they can know where they are failing and needed an improvement.
Even what this user explained here shows some irregularities that needs to be addressed. The competition in the crypto casino industry is very huge, so it would not be good if new users start encountering problems while navigating through the platform, because that first impression alone can automatically make them look elsewhere if nothing is done quickly.
Thanks for the suggestion, we'll look at this with our campaign manager. The main reason for joining this community was to hear the honest feedback from the community. It's great to know you're doing well, but the real value is in knowing what you're not doing well and being able to fix it.
I'm looking int this and will happy to share the finds with on here, if 'Doggywin' is ok with that.

Maybe we'll see one of it in the nearest possible time.
While we wait for that, I think several questions have already been asked and even some issues needs the attention of the team and I don't know if they have anyone who actually represents them over here aside the manager who's duty is just to handle the marketing because for a casino who is still trying to meet up market demands, staying active all round would do them more good and I will suggest they get someone from the team to regularly check up on their thread to answer questions and give clarity always when needed.
This post has gathered pace a little faster than we expected. It's noted that more visibility and faster responses are needed from our side. All feedback and comments shared here go straight back to the key stakeholders and are seriously. Some of feedback requires investigation and internal discussion before a reply can be posted. That's not an excise though and i understand how it might be percieved.
If this was not an error, their bonus terms do not say forfeiting can remove the real balance or that real money bets convert to bonus money.
I am hoping they either reinstate my balances as it was before I cancelled bonus or take only my winnings and refund my deposit. If they don't this is fraud.
You have a strong argument to warrant that much needed review especially that it was never written in black and white, just hope they don't use the we reserve the right to amend card blah blah blah...
But have you engaged their support on site to look into this because this looks clear as day!
I have checked my bet history and it proves:
My highest balance was $3,719.80 and
lowest was $2,120.20
My drawdown was only $755.80 (deposit) + $1,511.60 (bonus) - $2,120.20 (lowest balance point) = $147.20
I only lost $147.20 of my $755.80 before I started winning. If you don't believe me I can allow any trusted member to verify this
As they are a new casino I am thinking this must be a mistake and allowing them time. I have a track record outside the forum (in bitcointalk forum only one
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5577510.0) for taking actions including legal action (very slow but effective) against anti player and fraudulent systems by crypto casinos.
My request is reasonable, either reinstate the balances as it was, like I never cancelled bonus, or keep the winnings and give my deposit back as per the bonus terms.
Good you giving them that benefit of doubt that this could have happened in error, hope they can and will review your bets..
Thanks Woodie. If it's an error or an oversight on our behalf we'll put our hands up. I'm looking into this and will report back asap and share the finding on here if Doggwin is ok with that.
