Just to keep all players informed: my issue is still NOT resolved, and at this point it seems obvious that SCORAS either has absolutely no control over this situation, or they are simply lying to me and this is the first step toward a scam — just dragging the situation out indefinitely.
For the past 10 days, I have been receiving nothing but EMPTY ANSWERS. I keep being told that the sportsbook provider is carrying out some kind of checks, but nobody can provide any timeframe whatsoever.
SCORAS said on the forum that there would be an update on Monday or Tuesday. We are now three days past that, and there is STILL no information, while my funds remain frozen.
THE QUESTION IS: Does anyone really want to deposit money with a sportsbook where the sportsbook itself apparently has no control over your funds?
And if SCORAS does have control, then they should explain exactly what that control looks like. Because I have been unable to withdraw my own funds for 15 days, and all I keep getting are EMPTY ANSWERS with no timeframe and no actual information.
What amount is involved?
Scoras's explanation is completely idiotic; it doesn't take bookmakers that long to investigate such issues—you should file a formal complaint against Scoras.
