SCORAS Migration Update — Balances, New User IDs, Domains & Platform QuestionsHey everyone,
I want to give you a proper update and answer the questions that have come up today following our migration to the new SCORAS platform.
First of all, thank you for your patience. This was a
complete platform migration, not simply a normal website update, so naturally there have been a few things that needed to be handled manually during the transition.
The good news is that we have made a lot of progress today.
1. OLD BALANCES — UPDATEWe have now gone through the requests received today and
moved over the verified remaining balances for all accounts that contacted us by email today. If you contacted us regarding a missing balance, please check your account on the new platform.
Tomorrow morning we will do another full check for any additional accounts that may still require a manual balance transfer.
If you had a legitimate remaining balance on the old SCORAS platform, there is no reason to worry. We still have the necessary records available to verify what was remaining on the account.
If you have not contacted us yet and believe you are missing a balance, please provide support with:
• Your old User ID
• Your new User ID
• Your registered email address
• The approximate balance remaining on the old platformWe will verify it against our records.
If the funds were legitimately remaining on your account, you will receive them.
2. WHY HAS MY USER ID CHANGED?I followed the instructions you provided to all Scoras current users, but my ID was changed from 896378107 to 471813179.
Same my ID before:
User ID: 601206970
Now, got a different ID: 471778213
This is
completely normal and nothing to worry about.
The new SCORAS platform uses a different internal account and UID structure. Because of this, your User ID on the new platform will not necessarily be the same as the User ID you had on the previous platform.
A different User ID does NOT mean your account has been lost or that you accidentally created another account. It is simply the identification number assigned to your account within the new system.
3. DO I HAVE TO DELETE MY ENTIRE BROWSER HISTORY?But is there somehow you make update without needing to clear cookies & cache? I mean, everyone are using their main site mostly and they have history don't want to be erased. I think would be very nice, for further update without needed clear cookies & cache.
No.
I want to clarify this because perhaps our previous post made it sound more complicated than it actually is.
You do NOT need to delete your entire browser history. The reason we recommended clearing cache/site data was because this was an exceptional situation. We migrated the entire platform and changed the infrastructure behind SCORAS, and some browsers continued loading cached information or redirects belonging to the old platform.
If you are still experiencing this, you can:
• Clear only the cached/site data specifically for SCORAS
• Open SCORAS in an incognito/private window
• Temporarily use another browser
• Access SCORAS.io directlyThere is no reason to delete unrelated browsing history, saved information or data belonging to other websites.
This was caused by the
full platform migration and is not something we expect users to have to do whenever we release normal updates in the future.
4. SCORAS296.IO / OLD DOMAINSIs scoras296.io normal?
my old scoras link was save on my browser bookmark can i still use that because i notice there was a change in the links
Yes,
scoras296.io was one of our old domains associated with the previous platform.
However,
we are not using that domain for the new platform going forward. The whole purpose of this update is also to simplify how players access SCORAS.
Going forward, please use:
SCORAS.IOThat's the domain we want everybody using.
If you still have one of our previous platform domains saved as a bookmark, please remove it and replace it with
SCORAS.IO.
5. WEBSITE PERFORMANCEThere were also comments regarding the new website loading slower immediately following the migration.
Performance should already be significantly better now.Our technical team has been continuously working on optimization since the new platform went live, and we will continue improving it.
If anyone is still experiencing unusual loading times or specific performance problems, please contact support and preferably tell us:
• Device
• Browser
• Page where the problem occursThat makes it much easier for our technical team to reproduce and fix the issue.
6. REGARDING THE CLAIM OF A MISSING ~$4,000 BALANCEI submitted the request via both email and the site's support channel; it's been nearly 24 hours, and they still haven't transferred my balance.
This is despite the fact that I had a balance of around 4,000 dollars.

I need to respond to this separately because I do not want the community to misunderstand this post and believe that somebody simply had approximately $4,000 legitimately sitting on SCORAS and that we lost or refused to migrate it.
That is not what happened here. You and I already discussed your case at the
beginning of August, weeks before this platform migration.
Your account was one of the accounts involved in the bonus-abuse case that we identified at the time and also discussed publicly with the community.
Our investigation identified
five accounts connected to the same abuse pattern, including connections through Brazilian IP activity. We found that multiple accounts were being used to exploit a loophole in our bonus system.
We detected the activity and managed to restrict the relevant accounts before the disputed bonus-derived balance could be withdrawn.
You were already informed about this at the beginning of August. Therefore, coming forward now during the migration and presenting approximately $4,000 as though it is simply a legitimate old balance that SCORAS has failed to transfer creates the wrong impression.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the migration.Your case was investigated, discussed with you and concluded weeks ago.
To make our position completely transparent:
The disputed ~$4,000 balance will not be paid, and the decision is final. This is not a new decision.
This is the same decision communicated following the original investigation at the beginning of August.
You have known our position regarding those funds since then, and we are not going to reopen an already concluded bonus-abuse case simply because we have now migrated platforms.
I also want to make something extremely clear for everybody else reading this:
THIS CASE SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH THE LEGITIMATE MIGRATION BALANCE REQUESTS WE ARE CURRENTLY PROCESSING.Players who played normally and had legitimate balances remaining on the previous platform
will receive their money. We have already transferred the verified balances for the accounts that emailed us today, and tomorrow morning we will check again for any remaining cases.
We will always respect legitimate player balances.
But a balance that was previously rejected following an investigation into multi-accounting and bonus abuse does not suddenly become payable because SCORAS moved to a new platform.
I wish you all the best going forward, but your particular case was already investigated and concluded at the beginning of August.
The decision remains final.
THANK YOU EVERYONEAgain, thank you to everyone who has been patient with us throughout this migration.
This has been a major technical transition for SCORAS, and we're already getting through the remaining individual account cases.
All verified balance requests received by email today have now been handled.Tomorrow morning we will go through everything again and check for any accounts we may still have missed.
If something genuinely doesn't look right on your account,
please contact support instead of worrying. Give us your old ID, new ID, registered email and approximate balance, and we will investigate it.
We're listening to all the feedback — good and bad — and we'll continue improving the new platform.
Thank you for sticking with us.
