We’re still in the process of upgrading our systems. We were initially planning to have everything completed within the next few hours, but it looks like the update may take a little longer than expected.

With this i would expect your website to have some notification informing users on what is going on or that the website is undergoing an upgrade but I am seeing nothing.
Let me guess, despite all the on going upgrades, you are still accepting deposits aren't you?

normally for a "Major System & Payment Upgrade" the website goes into maintenance, which did not happen as far as i know.

Pretty sure they have just been saying whatever to keep the tags from coming. This smells alot like the chilistakes team IMO.

They had all the time to handle this maintanance, why are they hastily doing maintenance now that most customers are here with complaints? It's either they have plans to disappear, or something already smells fishy.

The tags can be reversed/revised if they did the right thing and also communicated with the concerned victims in a timely manner, but if they continue down the route of negligence, then I am afraid it will be hard for them to revive people's trust.

To be fair, my tag is meant as precaution for the others. I saw they still offer deposit bonus on October 4th while few couples of withdrawal request are not being processed, thats pretty weird if you ask me

Even in the red tags they received, it is stated that these tags can be reviewed/revised once they provided a solution to all the withdrawal issues. There also seems to have an updated regarding the requested information on their bankroll, which can be seen in scoras last post mentioned that he needs to ask first the management before providing it to yahoo.
They also follow the advice to at least stop accepting new deposits until they finish the system upgrade. I think it's a good move, they can prevent to have more withdrawal requests from piling up while they still have many pending withdrawal requests.

Unfortunately for me especially who has money here and am waiting to get the all clear to withdraw all the signs are bad.

Only small withdrawls are sent out to build reputation ($100-300 stuff) while they try and entice "high rollers" with crazy bonuses hoping they lose. I expect there will some kind of excuse as to why they won't pay anyone who successfully rolls over their bonus as seen in one scam thread already.

Stopping deposits is definitely a good move on their part. By putting a pause on new deposits, they can stop more withdrawal issues from piling up and prevent the whole situation from blowing up any further. This way, the team can just focus 100% on clearing out the current pending requests and getting the system upgrade done.

Let's wait for their next update and hopefully, they'll show up with some good news that the system is updated and the payment delays are finally over. This would definitely be the best solution for everyone.

Got a 900$ withdrawal few weeks ago but I wait 2-3 days for that to be approved and regular updates on telegram and this thread.

It’s a waste if Scoras will just run away after all the bonus given to many players in the past. I hope for their comeback so that you and other affected players will get money back.

Honestly I feel very frustrated with my withdrawal, now their livechat is not active, we can't talk to them directly, 3 days of small withdrawals without being processed, no deadline, they always say it's almost finished there is no certainty when it will be finished, however I agree with the sign against them to warn others to wait for everything to return to normal as we expect, there are no signs of updates at all I don't know what is going on

Perhaps they wanted to quickly promote themselves with their negativity. Because I have seen for quite some time that the problems of those who reported here have been resolved. But all of them were small amounts. They failed to pay the large amounts. The op is not responding much now. And the fraud they are committing by failing to pay the money has already been proven and the op has already been tagged negatively. It seems that they cannot continue their business smoothly anymore.

The most important aspect of a casino site is to make withdrawals fast and to solve problems quickly from customer support. But they always have problems in these two areas. And they are continuing their business with various excuses. But the things that are being observed by them now prove that they will not be able to continue their service for long. They are constantly offering big deposit bonuses, these are quite suspicious

One day they promote the new "deposit 100$ get 30" promo, not even 24 hours they come up with yet another update which prevents them from processing withdrawals, how does that make any sense?
Then why would you take off your customer support at that time. Nicks telegram also normally showed the last time he was online, which is now deactivated so that people can't see if he has been online yet or not.
Also, the 10k sports betting tournament is a sham also. I have told them I have made some bets, yet I am not on the leader board, which makes 0 sense. Solution or even acknowledgement for that? Of course nothing. You wanna tell me that 39 people opted in but only 7 are on the leaderboard? Yeah right.

Anyway, I have raised concerns before, even before the notorious Hampuz post, now I am convinced there is something wrong here.
I mean they said in a scam accusation thread that the supposed affiliatescoras telegram handle does not belong to them, yet google proved otherwise.

you are not alone, and i'm also getting betmanor vibes from all the "updates" and "enabling withdrawals soon" and "team working hard" posts they have been making.

i'm not sure if this was brought up on here before, but isn't scoras.io being operated by some white label provider (Belincore Limitada)?
so how exactly "the team" is working on upgrading their system when normally the white label provider is the one who takes care of the tech stuff?

I hope that won't happen, considering they are in the early stages of the forum building a reputation and making amends for the past there is still hope for Scoras

Just like me, it's still not been processed for 3 days. Besides the pending transaction, I also still have a balance in my account.

After I contacted live chat, they asked for an additional 24-48 hours to complete the process and would notify us when it was complete.
If it's not completed in 24-48 hours, it means they want to leave.
The good news is that they now appear to have updated their website.

If anything, I think this is the longest I have seen where a site was given this kind of benefit of the doubt; I mean, a lot of complaints and yet no flags. I can't really tell how long the whole issue started, I read 30 days, and also saw one with 2 weeks (doggywin's thread) of complaints, and trust me, if I had any money in the site, I would have created a flag to warn others.

I just hope they don't take the trust of this community for granted and later pull an exit scam. Their last response stated "hours", but since there was a mishap, hopefully in a couple of days we will get to see if it was really worth trusting them or not.
