A while back I had discussed the UX design with Nick. That it had too many games (more than) 50 in a single screen in different sizes. It seems they are really doing something about it now?

How is this a priority over releasing withdrawals?

I had previously seen numerous casinos under the same company which were operating and upgrading their system independently. However, all other casinos under 'Belincore Limitada' are identical. The UI of Scoras was same in the past. Maybe they have broken the barrier of the similar UI to scam the users.

Supposedly they are doing some sort of update which may or may not be true. Being as it has been going on for 3 days, I would guess it is untrue. You'll have to wait to see if they even return to get any answers but don't be surprised if your money is gone forever.

It looks exactly like Betmoco which unfortunately was also a scam, and Hhampuz indeed tried to raise an alarm, but if someone with such a strong influence and voice in the gambling section should have raised an alarm that turns out to be false about a legitimate casino trying to find their footing here, it would have adversely affected their business, but none of us can actually say the signs weren’t somewhat glaring and starring at us all along, can we ?

This is definitely house cleaning, even when they were moving their entire site to a different one they were never offline or stopped accepting deposits and bets. They are not coming back.

"No valid proof"? Let's go through what is actually documented.

My case has nothing to do with the current upgrade. My balance was voided on 3 Sept, more than a month before this "upgrade", and the only things I have asked for since then are simple:
1. Name the rule I broke and the rounds or bets you rely on. Evolution logs every round independently, so this is easy to check. After more than a month I have heard only "promotional wagering activity".
2. Show the written agreement you say I made. You have claimed publicly, more than once, that I agreed to a settlement. There is nothing like it in the email correspondence, and the Telegram messages you may hold are conditional requests to get my own $505 deposit back immediately. I never agreed to give up the rest of my balance.
3. Explain why a bonus that your own manager gave me, with a x15 wagering requirement that I completed, became "abuse" only after I won.

The proof on my side: the full, unedited Telegram export with the manager, the email thread with your compliance team, and the saved session data. It is already with CasinoGuru, together with my complaint.

So instead of saying that the thread is full of assumptions, please answer the three points above, and tell the members here when withdrawals will actually be reopened. "We will let you know as soon as we're ready" has been repeated for days, and other members here are also waiting for their money.

You didn't start the upgrade without the "approval of higher ups" or did you ?

If the so called higher ups were available to sanction an upgrade of this scale, what's taking so long with approving withdrawals that are almost a month old and please enough of payment provider BS, as it seems to be working alright when you're paying out selective smaller ones ?

First of all, thank you for coming back. Regarding the recent discussion, it's not surprising that there's been a lot of speculation and assumptions about what will happen to Scoras. This isn't your users' intention, but rather yours.
Like what happened to me. I made a deposit on the 4th, and shortly afterward, you said there would be an update that would take 48 hours. Not only that, you also asked for an additional 48 hours. So far, we haven't received any good news. It's understandable that many users are very worried, including me.
I visited Discord, but it seems to have been removed. When I visited the website, I only saw an image showing maintenance. You suddenly made an update, but now you promise it's being fixed without giving a definite time. Please be more professional so we can appreciate it more.

If you ask me, you can't really blame them. With all the withdrawal delays/issues some of your gamblers are experiencing and this maintenance, it's not surprising they'll start making "assumptions" about your casino.

Although I received a good bonus from this casino and manage to withdraw everything successfully but still we can’t deny the fact that there’s still many affected user with pending withdrawal before this “upgrade” happened.

You can always process pending withdrawal manually during the long waiting time so we can’t blame all affected users since I do feel the same frustration for just waiting for 2 to 3 days.

I hope you will truly come back since Nick is already not responsive anymore on telegram.

So far it's not enough to conclude about your business but it's hard to trust your words when there are many problems before the platform upgrades and till now.

I don't judge you're scam but until a time your platform completing its upgrade and all user pending withdrawals are proceeded, it's hard to convince me to exclude "Scoras is scam" accusation.

It's not valid yet but it's still not invalid.

I don't know but it seems Hhampuz saw something before changing his thinking.

I'd like to formally issue an apology to the SCORAS team for my premature warning to the community. I saw red flags and decided to act before looking further into it which I later did and it seems as though things are in order and progress in areas that may have been lacking are being worked on.

I'll always put the community first when it comes to these things and I'd like to be transparent and let you guys in on some of the plans about me working with the SCORAS team on signature campaigns and/or promotions moving forward but I have decided against that for the time being, not due to a lack of trust or anything concerning but because I did indeed jump the gun and don't want them to feel forced into hiring me after such an ordeal. I'm sure whoever they end up working with will push this brand forward and with what I've seen so far and heard from their team about what's coming I'd say that'll be an easy task.

This is his usual diversion only when the casino is going towards exit scam. People talk about fraud cases before, so we assume the casino will be the next Betmoco/Betmanor.

When people as a business's customers have problems with money, withdrawals are pending a long time in days and don't know will they receive their money after all, they have many valid reasons to accuse a casino. They have rights to not only make posts but create scam accusation threads against Scoras.io.

The Scoras rep account already received three negative trust feedback recent days and even there is no active flag against Scoras yet, I am not surprised if in coming days, if they don't actually resume the site operation and proceed withdrawals for users, there will be active flags.

People talk about fraud cases before, so we assume the casino will be the next Betmoco/Betmanor.

Betmoco/ Betmanor promised but they did not come back to resolve issues for users.

The last post and promise from Betmoco, then they completely disappeared.
