This speculation can be valid, especially now that there are worrying signs, you should not say without evidence that if it cannot be resolved quickly, users will react and continue to accuse you.

When people as a business's customers have problems with money, withdrawals are pending a long time in days and don't know will they receive their money after all, they have many valid reasons to accuse a casino. They have rights to not only make posts but create scam accusation threads against Scoras.io.

The Scoras rep account already received three negative trust feedback recent days and even there is no active flag against Scoras yet, I am not surprised if in coming days, if they don't actually resume the site operation and proceed withdrawals for users, there will be active flags.

People talk about fraud cases before, so we assume the casino will be the next Betmoco/Betmanor.

Betmoco/ Betmanor promised but they did not come back to resolve issues for users.

The last post and promise from Betmoco, then they completely disappeared.

Even if they come back, who would trust a site that promotes some bs deposit offer just to peace out 1 day later and disappear without further update. They knew before hand they would do this, yet they wanted people to deposit despite knowing this money will be stuck for an extended time.
I mean how many red flags do people need? All the deposit this and you get that posts. Even talking to the guy on telegram it mostly was about "when are you gonna deposit and how much". That was the first thing he kinda pressured me about when trying to apply for the VIP transfer, still at version one of the page. When I heard that and the kind of desperation about getting deposits quick I made up my mind already, can't trust this site with anything higher than maybe 100$.

And here we are, after countless complaints, countless delays and excuses. They don't even bother to make a real update, just 2 or 3 sentences and off he is again. Great customer support, very trustworthy.

At least they didn't really make a lot of money from this. Don't think that many people put considerable amounts into a half baked site that looked and felt like some 12 year old made it at a school computer.

At this particular point, with the way everything is going about, i think all those who had withdrawals issue on the casino can simply just get their minds off because the only thing you can hold onto is just the words of the Op here saying that they would be back which to an extent is just mere words, I mean why not do all this maintenance a long time ago before making the site public? I think it was even better when they were operating with the old platform provider before switching to the new one because, instead of the bugs to minimize, it got worse with more issues and complaints.

Let's just hope Op and the casino will keep to their words.

It has been more than 3 days after you guys start the 'update', weird. I wonder how many days hours you guys need to delay this again. Instead of processing all the withdrawal, you offered deposit bonus on 4th October and after that you used your favourite word (update) to keep delaying the withdrawal.

All of these speculations wouldnt have happened if you guys did process the withdrawal

so how exactly "the team" is working on upgrading their system when normally the white label provider is the one who takes care of the tech stuff?

There are multiple casinos under Belincore Limitada, but I doubt that 'Belincore Limitada' is working as a white label provider here. I had previously seen numerous casinos under the same company which were operating and upgrading their system independently. However, all other casinos under 'Belincore Limitada' are identical. The UI of Scoras was same in the past. Maybe they have broken the barrier of the similar UI to scam the users.

the similar UI and having so many casinos under their license is why i thought they were a white label, since that's typically how some of them operate. but it looks like more than one campany is involved with scoras.

It’s funny how I’ve seen this same phrase on the forum several times.

The first brand I wore their signature then, I think it was Betmoco or something like that, followed the same pattern.

They delayed withdrawals, kept upgrading their website from time to time, and then suddenly disappeared after scamming players. They didn’t even pay anyone for the promotions they had received.

I don’t know if you still think you’re dealing with morons on this forum, but you either need to come forward and pay the withdrawals you’ve been withholding or risk ruining the little reputation you’ve tried to build.

This is a strategy that can put victims of this casino waiting for so many days with they hope that they are going to resolve their pending issues. Since the team does not know when their upgrading is going to end, this is a clear sign that they are not serious about their business and this will make real players to look for a better and reliable options.

Btw, personally was thinking these are Betmoco guys and probably if all these 3 were compared something would stictch everything together.. if they are saying they are non of these guys , they better start by addressing their former customers asap!! We understand that you are upgrading but forum members are outrage by the irresponsibility that you showed by leaving your customers hanging on their withdrawal. Those withdrawal issues comes even before your upgrade and it is irresponsible that you are using the upgrading as a response for not paying them.

If somehow you are in good faith of returning the money you owe from your gamblers and managed to returned it, I doubt that you will have the same trust you have in this forum before these issues began. It's hard to recover from this honestly since your reputation is basically ruined here. I think even on the players outside this forum since you took an upgrade without even giving out email to your gamblers.

Betmoco use the exact same interface which AI tells me is only from zeil the company this Fares guy owns. So 100% it is the same and likely exit scam.

At least the guy's name is there and available. I wonder if this is worth the reputation loss having his name attached. Seems short sighted if so.

Noticed a red flag initially when @AceTesting didn't receive his withdrawal promptly which was a small amount btw right when this site launched its operations within this forum though they rectified his issue and provided some extra compensation.

This along with the generous deposit promotion for forum members reminded me of Betmoco who employed similar tactics in the past. These are creative scammers regardless of whether they are linked or not. Annoying pests!

Oh, I don't know, with the issues that have happened, I think even if you do that, you will have a hard time regaining the trust of the gambling community here on this forum.

More than 48 hours have passed and the website is still down. Although, you have mentioned that the upgrade would take a little longer than expected, which I think that this is something that you should have been anticipated and communicated to all players before you proceed with the system upgrade.

These are the few things I think you should have done before you implement the system upgrade.

• You should have processed all the pending withdrawals first. Which helps to ensure your players can receive their money before the website becomes unavailable.
• You should also suspend all deposits at the very beginning and notify all players in advance. Sending out announcements about the scheduled system upgrade and giving a timeframe to withdraw their funds before you start the maintenance.
• You shouldn't announce a new deposit promo which happens days before the maintenance.

Imagine, you announced a promotion only for the website to be under maintenance afterward, it will really make the players frustrated and make assumptions.

They gave these rewards to gain people's trust. When they kept offering such attractive offers like ($20 then 30 then 40 then 100 even $500) I became suspicious of them but since they had not scammed anyone at that time I could not report them because there was no proof. But my initial hunch was right.

Since they have completely closed their website I don't think they will come back but those who have lost money can still keep hope. I want to know how much money in total is still being held by Scoras?

Here are some of the players who are not able to process their withdrawals by scoras before the system upgrade.
Below lists total is more than 12k$ already. There are still others who I might have missed to include since there are really a lot of them.

The new trick is to first offer money in the form of bonus codes for forum members, paid review campaigns, signature campaigns,, etc. Once they gain the community trust, then they pull off an exit scam, and I think it's the same group of scammers doing it over and over again.

Members should just start being paranoid at every new casino that launches here. The number of scam casinos launching seems to be higher than the number of genuine ones lately.
