NO DEPO CODE VEGAR7, NO KYC Casino

But not all casinos that advertise this no KYC live up to their words, although I don't know if the actions that follow after a big win in some of these casinos are actually normal, because there are some casinos that would ask for your KYC once they found out you won some certain amount of which some actually use this technique to cut down their losses and then offer the customer a certain percentage of the money
If a casino does this, what will you've to say about such casino? What does any gambler winning has to do with casino cutting down their losses, I understand that they can agree with a gambler to pay him or her in trenches,  in all they benefit more because they'll decide the percentage to pay in those intervals, that's by the way cause I wouldn't want to deviate from the discussion, what I'm more focused on, is this NoKYC non adherence by most casinos, it more like a statement of deceit by some of them, just as you have said, KYC are mostly asked for when there is winning which makes it more suspicious.

It is only kind of offer if a casino detected cheating and ToS broken activities from that user. Then they can refund the user deposit money, and confiscate all won money.

In such situations, users did actually broke terms and they are not innocent users so if there is deposit refund, I think it's good. It's not an offer from the casino, they won't ask the user agrees that offer or not, they simply refund users and close those cases by themselves, very proactively.

If users actually cheated, broke ToS, even if they opened scam accusations, they would not win and get won money after all.

Yeah jumping on one casino to the other and releasing and giving out sensitive informations on every casino you visit is not good and safe just like you said you can't exactly tell where your informations can be leaked from
It is mostly left with the customers deciding which to play in, either a no KYC casino or one that demands KYC. Most casinos launching in the forum may not be fully proven as no KYC casinos, though by standard terms with new casinos, these casinos do not demand personal information before being able to deposit, play, or withdraw from the casino once they make profits.
Most of them use it as a way to promote their site, it’s very rare to see a casino that dont bother his costumers by asking them for kyc, it only could be a trusted casino cuz we’ve seen scenarios were gamblers were played by this tricks to froze  their funds
That's right. There are casinos that use no KYC for marketing purposes in order to draw in new gamblers before they ask for KYC. However, Spin.io does not fall into this category, and you can create an account using your Metamask wallet or Steam account if you'd like.
Having said that, I think we should be prepared for the possibility that, once 70% of institutional banks adopt cryptocurrency, we may not see no KYC casinos.

Any casino that's saying one thing and doing another is fraud as long as you don't state it in your policy that KYC is required if by any chance, something changes, you need to inform your customers of the change in the policy and not to use it as an avenue to cut down their losses, casinos are making enough money which they don't even need to play dirty before they can be in profit.

There are levels to what a casino can refund to a user when they broke their TOS. There are casinos that may refund your initial deposit when you break their TOS while others might choose to freeze your deposit and you will not get anything in return.
Using a generous casino is what can make a user get pardoned when they mistakenly break the rule.

The terms and conditions are stated very clearly, so if the casino is doing otherwise, they are clearly fraudulent as you have already proclaimed. When a casino changed it policy or any of it terms and they did create an awareness of the change made to their users, that is a display of professionalism, but if they did not make any formal announcements to make their users aware of what has been done, the end product will be scam accusations against the casino because they did not act in a professional manner that would have divert such thing from happening.

So many casinos have implemented different changes in their policies without informing their customers sometimes it happens that their customers discover the new rules when they are about to make withdrawals which is totally bad. Casinos do those things to steal the money of the customers if not they would have been given their customers pre information before they implement anything so i think despite the amount they make they have no plans for their customers to make a penny that's why you see them trying to make things so hard.

Their ToS contains the broad wording:

“You are a resident in a jurisdiction which allows gambling.”

So you may check the restricted-country wording, see no specific mention of your country, register and deposit normally, and still later find out that Spin considers you ineligible under this broader clause.

That is something I think every player should know before depositing here.
I think you should move forward now since your funds are essentially gone and you basically made separate statements about VPN usage which provided the perfect ammunition for the site to counter your claims. Their customer support definitely misguided you.

This is why it's best not to completely rely on what customer support agents say. Odd that they went with the arbing angle though instead of focusing on the VPN usage stuff.

Its their responsibility to know if their government is so strict with online gambling. For sure they have an idea if their jurisdiction is strict and implementing a total ban on gambling or not.

So by with this those people should if its good to proceed or not. Maybe the casino don't know on the regulations happening in some parts of the world and that's the reason maybe they write those information he raised here.

Aside asking information from their support. Much better to know the current status in their country, since it will help them a lot to know if they continue to gamble or not.

Just signed up on Spin.io, and I can say that the casino is pretty good. The interface looks modern, and you can get a variety of crypto deposit options. The only thing is that for withdrawals, there’s still a minimum amount required to withdraw, though luckily there isn’t one for Bitcoin. There are also a lot of games and a sportsbook feature.

So far, it’s pretty good, and hopefully I can get some wins from my bonus.

Very impressive. This what as gamblers we should be hearing about a casino and not always about some negatives feedback experience from the platform. As for withdrawal I think almost every casino has a withdrawal limit which is also based on your KYC and VIP level as a high roller. I can agree with you on the variety of games in their platform I think it's something any gambler would definitely talk about upon visiting the site. And personally, I think their welcome bonus wagering requirements isn't what am really happy about, tbh.

Valid points. It was definitely his fault for playing with a proxy and depending on what their customer support agents stated completely, but the site going with the arbing angle instead of focusing on the VPN angle shows how they took advantage of their TOS in this case.

Honestly, they could have still returned his deposit and just banned him outright improving their reputation, but they went the opposite direction here. It is what it is.

After so many discussions here it is good to see different people who has tested the casino to know how it  works and how well their games are organized. Next thing is for withdrawals if they have good withdraw options and the process is fast and smooth more people will keep trying their luck to see if they will win. I hope you win too because it will make you to play more cause that is the joy of every gambler.

A lot of casinos usually put limits in their BTC withdra.wal option so for Spin.io not to include a limit on BTC withdrawals, that's a big plus especially for low gamblers who'll always want to clear out their small balances without being forced to play more. It's good that they decided to spare BTC while putting limits on other coins.
Your review is very inviting especially for people who are very curious to try new casinos Grin Hopefully, I'll try it out myself.

Spin.io gave a plus to players with BTC because they have more opportunities to gamble and withdraw their winning without much troubles unlike some casinos that will give limits to BTC withdrawals, small and high stakers will not be afraid to try their luck with this news but if it's possible they could also do same to other coins so that they will have different players having different options of currency to use because once every player knows that they can withdraw any amount they have they will be moved to gamble because even when they make small amount as profit they will withdraw it without waiting for the money to get to a certain amount.

I did not know about that, could you share more information about such troubles on other casinos with withdrawals through bitcoin, please?

Honestly, this information is quite new and surprising with me, as if an online casino accepts cryptocurrency, Bitcoin must be the first choice and any policy will be easiest for bitcoin, not hardest with it.

Bitcoin with highest trading volume gives most advantage for both business and users to receive bitcoin, cash out bitcoin, convert it to stablecoin or fiat currency if they want very easily without considerable loss from price slippage.

I honestly have never known any casino that has lower withdrawal limits for bitcoin than altcoins.

Fair enough, I understand your interpretation of points 2 and 9.

My issue is that Spin knew my IP/location from the start. There was no geoblock or warning, yet they accepted two separate deposits totaling $710 and allowed me to place bets from that location.

They also completed my KYC. Only after the bets were settled did jurisdiction/residency become the reason for confiscating the entire balance.

That is exactly why I see this as a freeroll.

I’m continuing to post and reply here because not many gamblers check the Scam Accusations section, and I want more people to be aware of how Spin.io handles cases involving confiscation of player deposits.
From this whole conversation, I can see that playing games on the Spin.io does not gave you a warning at all and that could have made you to shift your attention from the casino to a different casino that supported your location.

Sorry for your lose but casino TOS can be interpreted in different ways which might not be that clear to a player that is curious to okay games and starts seeing results. If you had gotten a restriction warning, perhaps you might not be in this kind of condition and also if you had interpreted their term in a comprehensive manner could safe you the headache of seeking for resolution which had be settled.
I've been in this kind of situation before and I understand your lamentation which ti think they could have returned your deposit even though it will be the last one.

All these rules are supposed to be be in there terms and conditions but then a lot times people don't don't have the luxury of time to go through all those bulky rules to be able to get the information they really want.
I feel like the casino should have done it in such a way that if it's not supported in a particular location then the registration processes and deposits shouldn't have gone through in the first place so the casino should have done better than accept the deposit process your bet and confiscate your funds at the end of the day.

It is even better that the limit for withdrawal is stated at least for gamblers who are not okay with it so they can make their decisions, and there won't be any arguments between the casino and any player. Most casinos always have withdrawal limits.

To me, I think there is nothing wrong with their withdrawal limits, and the fact that they made it known to the public is a credit to them. I really want to know how fast their withdrawals are because the speed of withdrawal is what I'm most concerned about in the casinos I find interesting.

All casinos have a limit to the amount a gambler can withdraw at a time and this also apply to the amount they can deposit in one transaction. This limits is to reduce the possiblity of money laundry so the government does not start to suspect the casino of harbouring money launders on their platform. There is also limit to how much you can win in a single game and this is to protect the casino from going bankrupt due to players targeting big wagering to make big profits.

I feel like the casino should have done it in such a way that if it's not supported in a particular location then the registration processes and deposits shouldn't have gone through in the first place so the casino should have done better than accept the deposit process your bet and confiscate your funds at the end of the day.
If your time is too valuable to spend a few minutes reading the Terms of Service, then you probably don't care much about losing your deposit. The casino gave you a warning, and you agreed to it – so whose fault is that? You want the casino to pay developers to block registrations from certain countries, but why should they spend money on that when you can't even spare a couple of minutes to read the rules?

Everything works as it should. Registration is easy, the interface is nice (in my opinion), and I haven't had any issues so far. Maybe that'll change if I hit a big win – who knows? But for now, everything is fine.
