If we don't want to make the same mistake we're trying to avoid when reading the casino TOS, the idea of not using AI to analyze it is a good one. However, since AI is a programd machine that depends on how it was designed to function and the data it can access when delivering results to the prompt used to make an inquiry, it is not entirely true that AI will trick people.
As you said, it's better we read the TOS ourselves instead of relying on a machine.
Using AI to analyze ToS of a casino or any platform is too much more than necessary with me. I don't have that need even I know that AI can be helpful because my need is simple like whether my nation is restricted by a casino, am I allowed to join their casino, some other conditions with KYC, deposit and withdrawal. Available cryptocurrencies accepted on the casino for deposit and withdrawal. Lastly but importantly, withdrawal fees on a casino because I will have need of withdrawing my fund back and I never want to pay expensive fee. With such concerns, I simply can search with some keywords and find what I need very quickly, so I honestly don't need AI. Okay, but what you need is much more than what you just said because you also need to understand the casino's TOS regarding bonuses, promotions, and other gamblers benefits. This is something that some casinos have accused their accusers of abusing, forcing them to cancel withdrawals or ban their accounts. In my opinion, this is something we also need to be aware of, and we should just keep doing what we know won't later put us in a situation where the casino won't release our lucky streak winning.

... All these rules are supposed to be be in there terms and conditions but then a lot times people don't don't have the luxury of time to go through all those bulky rules to be able to get the information they really want. I feel like the casino should have done it in such a way that if it's not supported in a particular location then the registration processes and deposits shouldn't have gone through in the first place so the casino should have done better than accept the deposit process your bet and confiscate your funds at the end of the day.
Are you really saying that? So you want the casino to carelessly provide a clear, comprehensive TOS and move to completely prohibit access from restricted regions because you are too lazy to read a few lines about where you plan to deposit your money? This may be a great idea, but it doesn't make it any less important to check TOS before making a deposit and each time you want to move forward with registration. Overlooking the TOS simple means the person in question is not ready to use the site because from the tos the person will have a better understanding about the games and what it takes to be eligible to participate ans also to follow the principle. Like some site will continue to emphasize that it only permit people under 18 and above should register meaning it is for adults alone. Reading the TOS onf a site general helps the know more of the bonuses available and how to use it to get more benefits aside the normal winning, it's very important to always read and understand the TOS before finding the account.

Well if it works for him that's it, each people have their own methods towards knowing the contents of the rules of the casino. If that one works for him then its good. Maybe this is most convenient for him. But for me I'm not comfortable relying on Ai, because I always want to double check the information what I read from them. There are times Ai share confusing or misleading results, this is why we need to double check to avoid picking up wrong info's.

Geographical blocking via IP restriction is not a legal defense for the casino, since users can easily avoid geographical blocks by using a VPN. This makes the terms of use the first line of defense for the company to disclaim liability toward authorities and regulatory bodies. Also, the casino has the right to let itself be visible everywhere for promotional purposes and not to forbid unrestricted users from checking their bets once travelling to a restricted region.
Ethically speaking, the casino shouldn't just rely on rules stipulated in TOS but rather block payments from restricted countries, show clear warnings before registration, or issue automatic refunds of deposits to avoid the problem altogether.
A lot of the casinos I know are against the use of VPN for the reason that VPN can be used to circumvent geographical restrictions. Due to this, even if I know that a casino permits the use of VPN, I will be reluctant to use it to avoid getting into problems because I have seen casinos that allow the use of VPN but did not hesitate to use that against a player when there was issues. Instead of following your suggestion, casino should clearly make their stand clear about VPN and restricted countries in their TOS and it will be wrong if they enforce it without stating it in their TOS. As we are in the Spin casino ANN thread, it is worth clarifying about the use of VPN. Starting from your idea that the casino should clearly make their stand about the VPN use in their TOS. Despite the fact that the TOS in the Spin.io casino doesn't call out VPN use explicitly, users should be aware that accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of the rules in the TOS about restricted countries. If your account is identified as operating from a restricted country, you will have to face account closure and forfeiture of balance. Just my general opinion on the use of vpn on cryptocurrency casino that states that No kyc even though they are centralised. The goal for the flexibility is to drive traffic from the community, so for that reason, I don't think that a gambler account will get blocked if they try to access such kyc from a restricted country using VPN, but in general is not a safe idea to access casino via vpn when your country I restricted. But if your country of origin is not restricted and you want to use vpn then you may not have any issues with that highest is that your access may get denied if your vpn setting places you in a restricted region by the casino. What are the reasons for using a VPN from a country that is not restricted by the casino system, apart from trying to have more than one account in the same casino, which is intolerable? There are different ways of not following the rules exactly, that is, breaking the rules. If you are using a VPN and you’re in a restricted country, or if you’re from a non-restricted country, your bad doing raises a lot of suspicions. It doesn't have to be stated in TOS to be understood well by any honest person with the minimum of intelligence.

There are reasons aside from abusing the casino that some can use VPN for. It could be in cases where the person forgets his VPN is on and then accesses the casino, or it can also be in situations where the person values his privacy very well and doesn't want to get it exposed to the casino on cases where KYC is not mandatory, and the person also don't have to come from a country where gambling is prohibited or banned by the casino itself, people have different reasons to use VPN aside from abuse, but it should be only when the casino is VPN friendly.

When we buy new electronic we are given a manual for guidance on proper usage to avoid a wrong use that could damage the electronic or even cause us harm. That's exactly how a casino's aToS functions for us gamblers and it's very important not to neglect it but to spend time to go through it to know to an extend how to use the casino and what things not to do so we don't get to fault it's policy. If I can agree to register an account with a casino then I should be willing and ready to go through it's ToS because it's for my own good and not the casino's.

There is no requirement to read all things in ToS because with searching, you can use key words and find such terms, and know that whether you can use a site safe or unsafe. Then make your decision to join it or ignore it, and prioritize your fund safety first.
Yes, but it's better to just go and read as much as you can. Maybe you can search using terms as "VPN", or "KYC" if that is what you wanted to see. But then, for me, why not go over and read it. Might not take you all the time in the world. And it might save you in the long run if you know and understand what is written in the KYC. Instead of you might be caught by a surprised later and then you blame them. We have our responsibility not just to register and think that there are no KYC. But instead go in the ToS or everything you wanted to check with the casino including their license.

The reason you gave about someone obliciously accessing the casino with VPN is not valid beause there is no way he can convince anyone that he forgot that the VPN was on. If the casino suspects violation, then someone who forgot that VPN was on and someone who deliberately use VPN will be regarded as commiting the same offense. Since most casinos forbids the use of VPN, before opening any casino, I ensure that VPN is off to avoid problems which usually comes when there is winning.

There is nothing surprising about the use of VPN in a casino because that is a very sensitive issue, so casinos always make their position on VPN usage very clear in their TOS, it is then up to the player to read and understand or make assumption and pay the price. VPN hides the IP address and then make it possible for people from restricted countries to use the casino especially if KYC is not mandatory. This is why casinos generally forbid the use of VPN although few of then still allow it.

Whether a casino supports VPNs or not is completely up to them. Sometimes users use a Vpn to hide their privacy but I think this can be foolish because they can ask for Kyc at any time if they detect any suspicious activity. Yes it is true that because of multiple accounts KYC related issue, cheating, money laundering a casino can restrict an account even outside of the TOS. However I think all the rules regarding the things for which a casino will take action should be included in the TOS. This keeps the casino's rules transparent If a casino takes any action outside of its TOS it can sometimes be problematic for them.

It is the user's role to protect his own privacy, not the licensed casino who will take care of it. What other reasons beside abuse that force someone to use a VPN in a centralised licensed casino? You care about your privacy, go look for a decentralised casino. But looking for a VPN friendly licensed casino is an illusion.

Gamers uses VPN because they want to be able to have access to a particular site from a restricted area, that's why I don't by into the idea of casinos banning or blocking the account of users that makes use of VPN when trying to gamble on their casino, because majority of these guys mean no harm, they just need access to gamble without restriction. No, I do not think that making use of VPN is because user wants to stay private, because kyc might still be asked, as you have said already, so I believe that it's more of switching locations to avoid restrictions from a restricted geopolitical area, than trying to stay private.

If they are just using it for privacy matters and other legitimate reasons they have. The casino would provably let it pass and allow their players to gamble.

Most gamblers are smart enough these days, no one will be risking their money by violating the rules consciously. I'll use myself as an example, I do use VPN most of the time but I do not use it to bypass the restriction implemented by the casino but I use it to bypass the ISP blocks. Of course it does not mean that I recommend others to do the same, but in general most casinos will not allow gamblers to bypass countries restriction.

It might be suprising to those who use it without checking the TOS of a casino to know whether they support it, but ignorance won't be an excuse when they get caught, cause it's required of customers to know and understand the TOS of a casino before agreeing to patronize them. I know that lots of people barely have time to read the terms and would hastly agree then register but they'll have themselves to blame if they violate any terms knowingly or out of ignorance.

Many times there are some users who decide to use a casino even when it is region restricted by using a VPN in order to claim bonus rewards and later they often get into trouble and blame the casino. They should never use that platform by using a VPN. Just because of some rewards their deposited capital could get stuck with the casino. In my opinion for playing normal games a better option would be to find another casino that support crypto and those restricted regions, there are many trustworthy casino in this forums and that may support those restricted region.

Ignoring Tos doesn't mean that a gamblers isn't ready to use the casino service, rather it entails someone preparing to start making use a service blinding without bothering to know if there are hidden rules of the casino that can be used against him in the future or overtime. the Tos is like the survey plan of a building, a civil engineer that refuses to read the survey plan before opening a house foundation will definitely make mistakes that might cause him that job and he might also pay damages if charged to court, it doesn't take much for any gambler read the Tos of a Casino to know these things you outlined here, but because of individual gambler nonchalant attitude, they prefer ignoring doing the needful.

If gamblers uses VPN to bypass the restriction because their country is blocked by the casino, I have to say they are stupid gamblers but what is the real fact? Most gamblers are smart enough these days, no one will be risking their money by violating the rules consciously. I'll use myself as an example, I do use VPN most of the time but I do not use it to bypass the restriction implemented by the casino but I use it to bypass the ISP blocks. Of course it does not mean that I recommend others to do the same, but in general most casinos will not allow gamblers to bypass countries restriction.
That set of gamblers whose regions are restricted but option into using vpn to bypass such restrictions has a lot at risk because, when anything happens is impossible to get the account recovered. They already know the risk, and the only reason they keep violating the rules is because their have abuse intention towards the casino and the bonuses. Most no KYC casinos also have this restriction mentioned clearly in their terms of service and even go ahead to list out the names of restricted countries to avoid any form of mistakes for their clients.
