The motivation is having something decentralized to be controlled by you without depending on any government or officials to help you or authorize your transaction. If the motivation is enough, then just as you said, the main thing is taking the responsibility to control your Bitcoin in your wallet because the wallet security which is the Bitcoin security is our responsibility after being motivated to go through a path of decentralization and financial freedom. No one will be responsible to keep our assets safe for us anymore, we buy Bitcoin and keep it safe in our wallet, this means we need to find a way to keep our seed phrase safe because it literally the safety of our Bitcoin.

There are lots of reasons to be motivated. If not for anything, looking back and realising that you could invest in bitcoin with the little capital you have, instead of waiting to make alot of money to be able to invest in gold, real estate and other capital intensive assets. If you talk about ability to control your wealth yourself without having a centralised authority, it is very true about bitcoin and decentralisation is one of its special attributes. Bitcoin helps to stay above the effect of inflation that happens every day to many fiats globally too. It's all these special attributes that motivates a person who understands them to go all-in in bitcoin without fear of loosing his money or funds. Motivation comes from believing in what you are going into and believing comes from discovering something special about it.

Am so much impressed with the invention of Bitcoin, before now, when Bitcoin was initially invented, investors were not so much motivated about Bitcoin investment but as the Bitcoin asset keep growing, many have seen the need why they should embrace Bitcoin investment.
Obviously, one thing that motivates me about Bitcoin is having Total control over my finance, and investment, we have faced many difficulties in the cause of making use of fiat currency, facing problems of inflation, and depreciation in our fiat currency, but Bitcoin has helped us to recover from some of these challenges.

Bitcoin itself is a big motivation.. for me what actually motivates me about Bitcoin is the ability to give people total freedom over controlling their wealth, money, walking without obstruction or relying on a central authority like the government or banks.

You didn’t lie, so many people have hopes for the future with bitcoin. They believe once they invest and be able to hold over time, they make good profit and the good part is that it help build wealth overtime. I was just watching a video from my local news, a link was posted how someone invested millions in my local currency into a bank, bought their shares in 2007 and today, the share is worth below the price the person bought it and I wish if this person knew about Bitcoin then, he would have been able to buy at least 20 worth of Bitcoin because our economy was better that time and value to usd was even stronger, he should have retired today but living in regret.

Bitcoin is a wealth builder but I don't think you can use small amounts of money to build that kind of wealth you want again, but better than holding cash sitting on your bank for 3 years with a minor small interest. It's not the attention not to mention about the inflation that you at going to have to deal with, the purchasing power of fiat decline each year, you will have to deal with all of these even if you make interest with banks but Bitcoin, you will always be at the top.
