Write to the support not here. If you sent to the address it is there and will be transferred to your new address... The only thing that might be a problem is the mining fee and how long will it take... Well ,understand me correct , am not teh stupid one , already wrote to support, tehy ignoring me. Transaction already completed , more then 20 confirmations , but they didn`t deposit to me. As u know yesterday NH changed all adresses for deposite , but Why didn`t they do that from the start ? Why only after halph a day or smthng like that ? I had old adress where I deposited funds. After that I see new one , but in history I have my old. Now no funds and I think they won`t deposit it. This is teh scam lol understand ? If they did from the beginning , I mean changed adress , ok no question. But I went to my wallet section and I saw OLD DEPOSITE ADRESS WHERE I DID TEH DEPOSITE ! Why do such thing ? To still funds . Easy. |

Just wait for a few days. Even exchanges like Bittrex make mistakes. I sent ETH 15 days ago and they still didn't add funds to my wallet and all was confirmed in 1h... If I check etherscan it shows they are on that address, but when I go to exchange there is nothing... So everybody has this problems, a lot of people are investing and mistakes happen... Also if I were you I would't use BTC as it is lagging and fees are too expensive. Just mine directly... |

I've got same question I'm waiting for almost 24hrs now but still i don't have email for instruction how to change my password keep checking it inside my spam and inbox but nothing is showing, how I'll be able to use my NH account again and begin to mine coins. |

Well unlike all these noobs ranting and raving, I seem to be doing fine.
Then again I am only speaking for selling. I've never bought on Nicehash..not my gig.
After hack, I tried mining another coin directly but my 2nd rig is an old pos and refused to stay on.
Saw Nicehash back online so double clicked my desktop Excavator icon and bingo! Almost like hack never happened.
Oh yeah and my "old balance" shows up too, exactly, though will wait to see if refund happens.
I think it will and if so, will re-point my main rig there once again.
(main rig is currently mining another coin directly, with approx same BTC equivalent payouts as it was pulling on Nicehash, over a 2 week average, as it turns out)
I notice a lot of equihash buying and that's all I sell with configured Excavator running in
command line window that tells me everything I need to know. Its worked flawlessly for almost a year now.
Maybe why no issues, idk...

go into the menu on the gui that shows your cards. click the card, it should drop down the list of algos unselect blake2s you will have to do it for each card (its the menu where you benchmark) |

Anybody can help me? |

Anybody can help me? Good eveining. Your problem quete probably is misconfiguration in .bat file script settings. Check GPU settings before restart mining process. Or it could be cause driver failure. Need to reinstall fresh GPU driver version. Very often in GPU mining edition hardware.
