Nicehash for renters its just a big scam, full of bot

Hi,

NiceHash is very well designed for both casual browser-based users as well as automated scripting via API. Please see here for more details: https://new.nicehash.com/help/how-does-order-sorting-work and also make sure to checkout Fixed orders: https://new.nicehash.com/help/what-is-the-difference-between-a-fixed-and-standard-order which are only available through browser-based usage (API is disabled for Fixed orders).

Keep calm and hash on!

Best regards,
NiceHash team.

Nicehash seems to be siphoning off more hashing power than I am being compensating for. Sometimes half the megahashes of what my rig is telling me it is producing. can you explain the discrepancy or do you need screenshots?

more then 0.1MH/s it never manages to get placed. I manually refresh the page and try to tinker with the numbers but nothing works, just frustration and wasted time
The nicehash devs installed some buggy software around 6 weeks ago and never bothered to solve this issue, see

Multiple Nicehash servers are down: Brazil, USA and India, are they on maintenance?

I've rerouted to Europe - Amsterdam server, it's fine untill now.

Is there a chance to upgrade the latest Legacy miner 1.8.1.1 to support XMR GPU mining in the future?

Cheers

Then why make a browser bases for users, if the whole system is managed by bots? . just try to place a order manually on scrypt and you will know what i mean, the entire hash rate is controlled by just one person and its unable for anyone to place a regular order. of course we can place a fixed order but payinh a ridiculouse price

can somebody share experience with buying hashing poweR?

for example if i buy 50000h/s cryptonight for 1 day and mine monero, calculator says i would earn ~1,005 Monero/day if i mine it myself
im just wondering because u pay @ nicehash for accepted shares and i dont know how to calculate profits
my question is would the result be the same by buying the hashingpower ? ~1,005monero?

thanks for help

Thanks for the response

Can nicehash chime in about this  Huh It's becoming a real pain in the ass setting orders in fixed or standard. Half the time they mess up and I still get charged for an order.

Nice hash miner 2, main window closes on its own after 20 min but it keeps mining as the other 2 black windows are still open.
It is  strange.
And I had  problems with my Kaspersky .

Looks like they do steal from your hashrates. Miner says 114MH/s and 4GH/s but the wallet says 88MH/s and 3GH/s. That's $2 a day lost... Huh

Doesnt look that way to me.
After 3600 minutes of mining (since my last restart)
my overall average hashrate at Nicehash reports exactly what my miners report plus or minus a few sols.
As it always does (well for me anyway)
 Nicehash doesnt steal hashes imo.
If I had any inkling they were, I certainly wouldn't sell my hashrate there for 3 plus years now without any major issue.

There is a difference between your mining programs shown hashrate and the hashrate you get on a pool. Your miner program will typically show a fairly steady and consistent hashrate, but the pool hashrate will be based on shares accepted within the last ### minutes (usually the last 5 min, but it varies depending on the pool). Your amount of accepted shares within 5 minutes can and will vary greatly based on luck, difficulty, etc... You need to calculate how much you think you should make in a 24 hour period based on the current average difficulty and then compare that to what the pool says you made in that 24 hour period. If your results are close to each other then you have no need to worry. If the results are not close then you need to double check your math and make sure the difficulty hasn't risen greatly due to a boatload of miners switching over to the new coin of the day.  Some pools do steal hashrate, I do not believe that NiceHash does that... if I did then we would not have any of our miners pointed at them. Wink
