I guess this is just a big screw you guys with farms. Not nice at all.

This makes no sense, why would they not like big farms. Big farms mean there is lots of hash power available and can thus go through orders faster which means more profit for them. Orders that sit uncompleted make them a little bit of money (one order fee) but then those buyers never place new orders (additional order fees.) Right now I wish there was more big farms because that would mean my order would get completed and I would happily refill or set up a new one but unfortunately there isn't enough hash power to reach my order while we also have massive buyers at the top.

Well I have a 500mhs X11 farm and I messaged the owner to white list my IP but he says its gonna take a week for the new feature for big farms to be ready. So untill then, I have to connect all my rigs 1 by 1 (big pain in the ass) and then after a while they all get kicked off. Have to stop miners on every rig, and turn them on one by one. not very practical.

Special access will be available for big miners next week. We are working on that.

Thank god for this good news, cant wait to see it  Grin

My rigs total X11 hash rate ~650MH/s, hope this can count as big miners so I can sleep well and no need worry about connection anymore (now I have much headache with it).

Dittos here, I'm at 600 MH/s and miners are having issues today. Switching pools until then.

I agree that it isn't practical nor fun for you but their actions are in no way a "fuck you big farmer." If anything the fact that they got back to you and told you that the new system for you isn't going to be available because they don't think it is ready shows that they care about you. If they didn't care or wanted to say "fuck you farmboy" they wouldn't be implementing a solution for your problem.

If it is that big of a problem you can always send me some of your machines and I'll take care of them Wink

Edit: Just wondering if you know what is going on with the jump in price per gh/day, did I miss something?

I never said they're saying fuck you, but as a system/network admin I am aware of how easy it is to white list an IP address. And now instead of enjoying high prices per GH I have to constantly pull my rigs off and put them back on one by one.

I just can not believe it!

What kind of ddos protection is that when it also filters the legit traffic?!
Last 24 hours I haven't been able to get any pool alive for my farm,
which is not that big - about 35 miners.

And especially now when profitability is through the roof....
I am moving to other similar "pools", maybe for good...
This is just not serious...

Our server provider has blocked all traffic because of the attack - in case you are wondering why all is offline. When more is known, I will let you know.

To the fucker who keeps knocking Nicehash offline, Fuck you.

I'm just wondering why. Your service is great itself. You're the best provider for wholesale hashpower.

In the end, you will be caught.

Nice Ezo, I mean nicehashdev.

Posting the source code to lrp / nice hash so anyone else can build one?

You know you getting attacked and us getting attacked on the same day doesn't really point to being enemies?  I would think the common threat and maybe working together would be a better solution?

?

Edit: our server log analysis and offers for assistance were sent to NH and our cooperation as well as mining rig rentals offered.

Site up, greet work  Kiss

There is another problem I forget to tell you, I checked and it seem happen to everyone (this problem happen when one algo stay in best price for very long time, I cant check if best price change from this to that too fast):

- No matter which algo is the best price, all my rigs are mining at "best price algo" but sometime your system "think" another algo is better price and move one or some my rigs to another random algo, but because another random algo isnt the best price - the move is wrong - so those rigs moved to anther random algo stay for 3 to 5 mins but didn't mine anything and move back to current best price algo.

That why when you check everyone you will see diff total online time in some rigs.

Here's my quick review of the site: It is the worse ever place to buy hash. I set it up to use 1GH.com pool (a rather stable pool and which works on other sites like betarigs etc) and it showed dead for over 12 hrs. When I canceled, I got a partial refund which ate quite a lot of my initial order by way of fees and what not. Finally I had to ask to withdraw my money back, which again is not instantaneous as the site will have you believe. Takes 24 hrs. So quick in taking money but not letting you withdraw.
AVOID!!

Just logged in to the site.

Wallet says "you dont have an address- generate a new address"

While i have been using the site for a couple of months now also had a btc address to depsit- which is missing now.

My wallet balance says 0 btc - while i check on blockchain for my old nicehash btc address- it still has some btc there.

Any reasons for this- how to fix it!!

thanks
