Warren Buffet is a long term investor, not a short term speculator.
And if you think AsiaCoin has a long term future, you're pretty delusional

At the moment we are at block 11457 this means 8703 will be need to mine until we are done.
This are around 43.515.000 Coins roughly 43 Million coins.

We still got people that are buying the dips but no one is willing to buy higher, what is reasonable when you know that miners will just sell the next time they get a block.

So the only thing you can do in these 1 - 2 weeks is trying to buy more coins of just forget about it. After this coin is fully mined then the real usability of this coin needs to be spread to other people. Marketing or Threads will do.

I still hope that we get some responds from the devs soon.

What happens when all the mining is done?

Fluttercoin just started moving up, bit by bit back to 2k.
This coin is indeed low because people dont want to buy high cozz then the miners just dump it on your ass again!
Coin really cant get much lower then this. You should all buy now stock up and wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks is long term in Crypto lol

I did like the coin from the start and i did buy a LOT, i am not gonna sell as everything was perfect until now. The dev's deserve some trust and support. The POW will end and then we will see what is going on, right now its just waaaay to early. After all the coin is 1 week old ... come on, give it some time.

+1. To be honest it's also one of the few coins I trust to buy into. All the other coins don't seem to have anything going for them and just end up as pump 'n dump.

+ everyone is moving on to Cinni for a few days now making some profit and then going on Fluttercoin this weekend and next week its Asiacoins time

DoctorG, I have one question for you. For how long do I need to keep my AC in my wallet for them to start minting? 2 weeks? Or they will immediately mint after two weeks from the start of the coin?

Well, then i stick to Litecoin it seems... Litecoin never going down you know.

You are right. Litecoin is feeding the POS coins with a MP. Best choice!

This is not a coins like pow coins that you mine the whole time.
Once all coins are pow mined then the POS kicks in and the coin holder bag will get bigger and bigger.
So keep selling...

I've been mining for a week and picked up 35K today at its lowest.  Not looking for a quick buck, just a decent ROI

Dumb question for the thread, does the PoS clock kick in as soon as coins go in the wallet so that if you put coins in your wallet day 1 of PoW (mining) you would start to mint coins at 2 weeks or does the PoS clock start when the PoW phase ends.

Thanks,

Guys, we're rising up bit by bit. Support the efforts of the people on Poloniex, and help to create a "Buy" wall, which will counter the sell orders of Multipo0. I already did that and baught me some coins.

I'm not trolling, go and see with your eyes on Poloniex. Also, WC is rising, so we must too.

Anyway, want to congradulate the guys who are building the wall, very interesting to watch how they troll the sell orders (which are getting canceled and changed every minute lol).  Grin

Is it correct that with AC there is 1 week left of POW stage and POS starts with 42 million total coins?

Not sure on the price performance but chart looks like the price is hitting a floor with buy support around 700.

so does anyone have any reeasonable explanation why this coin is doing so poorly while Yellowcoin is doing so well?

This coin had so much more hype too!

I believe that is correct.

AC kind of got screwed hard by MPs so we're just waiting to see if there is recovery now.

yellowcoin will have 1 billion coins after 7 days vs 150 million asiacoin. Also yellowcoin pays something like 3% annual stake vs Asiacoin 100%.

I predict yellowcoin is going to get dumped to the low 10s satoshi.
