This is a short glimpse, this is such a mess all transaction are split into 100 tac subtransaction... very painful to study... if dev had wanted to cover his track he couldn't have done better... except he has become very sloppy:  

We just found out that the chat fee which were supposed to be destroyed in the genesis block are in fact sent to a wallet of talkcoin dev (he has so many   )

Talk to exchanges, wtf. Team got evidences, post history, thread history, etc. It's legit - kicking out old dev, it's not even fukin takeover. It seems like you just didnt talk to exchanges. It's not a takeover since this team already done few releases by itself

We already know that the spammers aka takeover team were paid a sizable chunk of that dev reward. Have *they* published how much they got? I would like to see that. The dev has already said that TalkTeam got over 100k and he doesnt deny it.
That is about 25% of the spent funds! How can he possibly complain when he got 25% of it? And for doing nothing except a few janitorial tasks.

Big whoop. I dont care if they got 25 % ... what I DONT LIKE is the fact that every BLOCK instead of being the "voted" amount, the balance of what...50 coins went into a secrete dev wallet.

THAT is what I am pissed about. To be honest, any miner, if they had known that, would have laughed their asses off at this coin and walked away and it would never have gotten off the ground.

I dont care about this or that, only that matter. The dev most likely has profited nicely off the backs of unsuspecting miners.

We need to explain them this situation - dev left this coin a while ago, like 2 month or smth, 1 month ago he have posted smth about - communty blamed him in stealing. Now, when you have found out that "dev fund" and wanted to fork without it, he have written smth to exchanges like "i'm here, don't support fork". Everyone knows it's bullshit, so please... Everything is in thread, his post history, you've already made some good analysis, djim and Talkteam(with links, details and shit). It's clear as day to everyone who have at least half of brain. Don't give it up, just fucking have a close talk to exchanges, maybe Richie

Talkteam got 100k tac to distribute as bounties for various activities linked to the coin and I got some as bounties but a lot less than 100k.
I have in total around 40k tac (some from mining and donation from bounties, donation from miners, gui developpment etc...).
I really have nothing to hide, you are barking at the wrong tree since the beginning  
And also I haven't spent a single one.
