The server shows the same issue as yesterday's one. Exactly identical, We're trying to get in touch with the owner, he is located in Japan and hopefully we will get a reply soon, the datacenter itself is located in germany and we might have to wait again a few hours for this to be solved.
We sincerely apologize for the issue and will be switching to another host tomorrow, as this is unacceptable.

You hosting with kalyhost by any chance? Tongue

Do you know any other websites that host with kalyhost?

It's incredible, AutoVPS does not offer support, there's no ticketing system on their website, nor an email to complain. Unbelievable how can they leave a business alone like this.

Mark Kerples (MagicalTux) does not reply anymore on IRC. Does someone have a phone number ? the one listed on the whois info for autovps.net does not work.

I'm not sure if you mean this phone number?
Tel: +81 (0)3 4550 1529
If so, what exactly does not work? Does no one pick-up the phone?

It's nearly 1am in Japan right now. I'd call Mark myself but I doubt anyone would answer.

For the record, I've called Mark at that number on a Sunday even and he's picked up, so don't give up. Ring it off the hook all day tomorrow if you have to.

Yea, and let's not all become conspiracy theorists here and start saying that he did it on purpose. *cough*

In all my time on these forums I have never heard one single positive coment on KalyHost and have read seveal very negative treads similar to this one.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Once again, I'd like to reccomend BitVPS, they offer excellent services, and accept bitcoin for payment of course.

They are also always on IRC, and have answered any questions or concerns I have had within minutes.

You should check them out.. http://www.bitvps.com/

edit - clarification, I have no personal connection or interest in BitVPS, simply a satisfied customer, and I'd really like to see bitscaper back online Smiley
