Hashrate growing nicely, but difficulty is still reasonable. Nice website and launch, but I want to hear a little more from the dev about the direction of this coin.

Hashrate growing nicely, but difficulty is still reasonable. Nice website and launch, but I want to hear a little more from the dev about the direction of this coin. i agree, we know now that the coin is going to actively support the mentelity foundation which is founded by bibian mentel, a dutch snowboardster who as won gold @ sotsji during the paralympics. She lost her leg because of cancer at the age of 27 and has recovered her sporting career and started this foundation in order to help disabled people do extreme boardsports. I think it is nice that a coin is dedicated to such a goal. However, we need more adoption of the coin. Grow it, feed it. Exchanges are necessary but as agreed with MarketNeutral i would like to know something more about what is being developed next, are there contacts with merchants for instance, can we spend the coin somewhere. What is the short and middle-long term goal of the coin and so on. The launch was perfect. Now the rest must become perfect as well. If you need any help from me in promoting the coin, i might be of assistance. Keep up the good work.

We worked hard to launch this coin smoothly, the preparation time was long. We are glad that went so good and still is going good. Hashrate is growing and growing and more and more feedback comes in. ★ BitStar is here for the long stay! More info will follow.... so much work has to be done right now .

Can you please provide us with your mac details? it was tested on both 10.7 and 10.9. We actually have 2 wallets running right now on these systems using that dmg, and there running fine. If you can provide us with some more details that would be great.
We are also planning our first giveaway tomorrow - starting with 5k and our next giveaways be bigger. More details to follow soon.

10.9.2 It appears the wallet starts to run & then closes before doing anything. No errors graphically. I'd need to run the binary from the cmdline to see if it presents an error. I've compiled one that works on all my systems 10.5+ http://pcmerc.com/files/Bitstar-Qt.dmgPlease test that & report any issues to me so I may address them. pcmerc~ http://kryptochaos.comhttp://pool.kryptochaos.comBITS: BG2xe82QmDzQMPctveojxwhhbCDeaP5SJx
