I'm helping out QubitCoin (Q2C) by building a new wallet.

Orginal thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=411065.0

My update:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576815.0

That's it, I'm qubitcoin from the outset.

After disappearing devs. We had many messiah talked, talked and that was ended.

willowrose has balls of steel. These coins need.

Glory him for it!

I'll add a +2 behind Qubit, because you're they second person supporting it

Technically, Qubit is very clean, very fast. It has no dev now, and a low level of activity, but good distribution.

Also Thor is inactive. Fast function, well conceived and a PoS coin.

Added a +1 and Thor Smiley

Anybody knows where to store our rapidcoins?
I still have a little hope with rapidcoin if someone may rebuilt it.
Therefore, I want to find out a way to to withdraw my rapidcoins from coinmarket.io to a wallet?
Or at least the cold wallet.

Any ideas?

I believe this is the best way to strengthen the community and counter the speculative whales. We can select the best coins and work together to let them grow! Grin

Please consider adding 66 coin, not really dead but I've been trying to revive the comunity for the past 6 weeks, we have been screwed by cryptorush twice (we were listed there), price was on the rise and so was network hashrate, now some of us have coins stuck there, we'll see if they get restored! Interest is already on the rise and hashrate is slowly getting restored, development active (I have taken development over a while ago, after seeing that the coin was abandoned), we're running polls, giveaways, had a new forum and a new exchange added in just the past week!
What we need help with is marketing, advertising and getting accepted as a payment method somewhere!

That's an interesting coin, indeed. Would you be willing to contribute to the foundation in general with your revival skills? Your coin might be one of the upcoming coins selected. Do you have ownership of the github?

Smiley I will see that as a +1 for 66. Their new dev posted on this topic, so maybe efforts can be combined Smiley

It is pretty clear that I've struck on a sentiment here Smiley

The poll came up with these results:

Do you think we need an independent foundation for this?
Yes   - 25 (71.4%)
No   - 4 (11.4%)
Maybe   - 6 (17.1%)

New coin to revive the market?
I also posted this in another part of the forum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576602.new#new) and got the response that it would be better to use a combined effort to create a new coin with the best of all coins.

As we've seen, the only way to succeed is to have a coin that continually updates (to counter SSL heartbleed and KGW leak for example), is asicproof and does not have one central owner. The Coin Revival foundation will revive the coin market in general by having a reliable altcoin that is run by several people and is controlled by the people.

Maybe we could use this topic to start to get the best kinds of people together and create something truly great!

Old coins
Next to this, we could use the knowledge of the foundation to select certain coins to fix them and patch them up. These coins should be chosen by the community and an independent team should continue with the coin further on.

I will create a new poll, so we can see if we should have a foundation that solely focuses on repairing altcoins, create one innovative coin or both.
