I really liked Heavy and im keeping an eagle eye on this coin.

A proactive dev that is open to suggestion and addresses issues as they come up is a +!

MNR -    "                                 "

Do we have a tag line to put in between the quotes above!
Millionaire god?

I was thinking of something with less ego... lol,

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

whats wrong with his name and why does his post order matter?

Because the person who had posted right before and right after your question is Reorder.

Reorder is the author of that software (or person who added Hefty1 to CGMiner to be more accurate) as well as one of the pool operators of 1GH.

Unfortunately with the slightest bit of effort with some parties things could have been a lot different in the past, maybe it will be a little different this time  Wink

Great to see pool operators around here. Great  potential in this coin. I'm happy to see that they took the best of hvc and dropped it's liabilities. Great work from the devs! looking forward to the launch, I'm ready to hammer out some coins

Today we decided to go ahead and release part of the source code. This maybe a controversial step, but the genesis block and nodes are all taken out thus the Wallet will not run.
Releasing the sources early will give us a chance to have the code reviewed and perhaps it will take away some doubts that people have on Mjollnircoin

In our github repository you will find the sources of the mjollnircoin cpu-miner and of Mjollnircoin.

Code Reviews and feedback will be appreciated,

There are 5 more days until the release; After the IPO ends (and the bookkeeping is done) we will start building password protected binaries

About 3.5 days to go!.

Got any "progress reports" you can give us?  Any pools lined up?  Any GPU miners? Any talks with pools? Any talks with exchanges?

Need help with any of these?  Need help with anything else?

"enquiring minds want to know" Smiley

Carlo

PS I volunteer to solo test the first 500 blocks.  Shocked

Me like the "pretty graphs" you do!  Very good sets of information you can quickly look at to see what is going on.

OK, come on Reorder and Nonce.  Time to make an announcement so we can put TheRealSteve to work  Grin

Well we could only assume we might have a working pool without the actual source code and/or a miner beforehand
but curious and smart folks could probably find what they are looking for now.  Wink
