My yellowcoin wallet is using 1% of my CPU, 100Kb of RAM, and the entire mining rig it is open on has about 1 Mbps combined upload/download.  You sure you aren't running your yellowcoin wallet on a toaster right?

No problems here! Maybe he is running it on a 486?  Grin Grin

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

10000 here we go!

+1

that is very possible because it is very difficult to know if current holders will sell due to the 10% POS, and new investors will want in on that. a whale can invest 50btc and get 5btc a day. hold your seats people, i have a feeling 10k could be a understatement

They will all sell the second the 10% POS ends - anybody who doesn't is a moron. If it were me, I'd sell a couple days before to beat the flood and also to lure in idiots that think they'll get rich off the 2 additional days of 10% POS - the price will drop much faster than the extra coins will make up for because there just aren't enough people THAT stupid to buy this coin. It won't take long for people to realize this thing is completely worthless. 10k an understatement? You must be holding a HUGE bag full of pisscoins. 10k!? Funniest thing I've heard all day. I predict 1-2 satoshis within 30 days if any exchanges are even still running this buggy wallet.

let's vote on mintpal, the votes of yc catch up itc soon

Before you waste too much time you might want to Email MintPal - it sounds like they don't plan to add this coin no matter how many votes you get. Don't take my word for it but that's what they told me (and I was glad to hear it).
Go back to your own coins and keep your negative energie for you and it seems you are scared that CleanWaterCoin loses it's place on Mintpal...

I don't actually. Every coin in the top 10 is a joke although YC is probably the worst of the bunch. I'm telling you the truth - MP has no desire to add YC to their exchange. The highest coin on the list that isn't a 100% certified piece of crap is Vertcoin and you can already trade it at a high volume on Cryptsy.

so mintpal not adding YC is your opinion not fact

No - I emailed them and asked them if they actually intend to add YC. They replied and said that after reviewing it, it didn't meet their requirements. I'm assuming they would have to refund any donated BTC? How did they handle Goddesscoin or whatever? It was at the top of the list and then they just removed it. Did they return the BTC? If not, that's a bit shady. If they don't want crappy coins added they shouldn't put them on the voting list in the first place.

here you guys here he is saying mintpal said they will not add yellow coin, yet several investors contacted mintpal and they replied if yellow coin is at the top they will add it

I have 2 questions ...
1. why is yellowcoin market frozen on poloniex ?
2. why does the new wallet lag my computer like its working a program in the bacround or something?
Something is up!

I haven't investigated it in detail so cant be certain what it is uploading, but remember that the PoS uses a CPUminer, so when you have coins valid for staking your wallet will be mining blocks and submitting them to the network for verification. You can disable the CPUminer but that of course will stop you receiving any PoS rewards too.

From the way the PoS works I believe it will be spending a lot more time mining if your coins are held on multiple addresses and received in lots of different amounts (e.g. from mining). You could resolve this by sending all your coins to a single address in your wallet, but you may lose a day or so of 10% interest in the process if you have received a payout recently.

lol and for this reason you say they lost coins, come on man. i transferred 40k it hasn't showed up yet. the reason was because the wallet wasn't updated. the coin is frozen once it has been re-synced your coins will show. speak to busoni he was online a hour ago.
