well a solution could be: offering currently existing wallets a certain % of the yin/yang they hold, before the public distribution. Kind of like a POS reward. These coins will be given to those who invested in and kept their coins after the (second) relaunch announcements, meaning:
-no dumpers will be rewarded
-coins will be given as a reward to those who actually did something good for the coin/community (read: those who didn't dump)
-result: these coins will more likely be well-handled since they're in the right hands
-this will increase the reliance in the future for newly investors
Afterwards you could implement the public distribution to grow the community and nothing else has to change to what's planned already at this point. The two public distributions can just follow straight after.
Just an idea.

My internet has been down all day and I'll post a more elaborate response wen it's back up later, but current holders will be rewarded. I think the distribution will take effect as such. Each one of the 500 members who receive coins will receive half up front and half two weeks from the first distribution if they can show they did not dump. This is key to ensure as few people sell as possible.

I have a strange problem. I've downloaded the wallets so that I can generate a wallet address for the form. When I click to add a new address, I'm unable to generate a valid address. I provide a label for the address and click OK. I get a error that says, "The entered address "" is not a valid Yangcoin address". Same error for both wallets.
What's up with that?
I had posted this earlier but hadn't seen a response.

The probable cause for this is that your wallets are not completely sync yet with the network, once they are , then try again to add address. |

I just hope this relaunch will be more successful then the previous one and that is not just an attempt to rise the price again in order to dump coins. Hope I am wrong but the previous relaunch looked like this. However I am getting more and more confidence in the 2nd relaunch and it is definitely nice to see that community is growing.

Thanks for suggestions on coin destruction. I am looking into destroying the coins, and will relaunch when I'm sure of how to destroy the coins. The best way it seems to do it would be to generate a "bad address" that can not have a private key, but has a public key. I am trying to make sure this is ready for the relaunch tomorrow. Great to see so many new members in the thread today, and a much more active community.
