I've just thrown all my mining weight behind this coin. It took me a while to successfully configure sph-sgminer+conf on my Lubuntu. 7 days of Pow left... merda.

Shitty forum. you can see pos ( proof of stake ) like an interest stage. the more coins you hold, the more coins you get as interest. it is also safer against a 51% attack since you need to own 51% of the "stake"/coin in order to do the attack. pow is proof of work and is the hashing we are currently all doing. with pow you can more easily do a 51% attack, especially when the network total hash is low. please refer to these documents for more information: POS: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_StakePOW: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_workhappy reading. |
