Hey it just says as an example. It is not going to go to 10GB soon lol. The size will grow as more blocks are found. It is not the wallet size, but basically the blockchain size. It will remain a few MBs for a long time. Btw, bitcoin's block chain is much more. |

sgminer.exe -k myriadcoin-groestl -o 127.0.0.1:19716 -u so -p many -I 19 -g 4 -w 64That is your basic .bat file startup. You will have to change as you need. Assuming you using the GPU miner |

IMO totoy is trying to mine with ccminer, if so, he should set -a myr-gr, because its written that Saffron uses myriad-groestl algo? BTW still looking for help how to make solo-mining groestl to work It seems my wallet is not supplying work to miner my conf file is rpcuser=user

Thanks, mining now Has anyone managed to find any blocks using myr-gr or groestl solo mining? I've yet to find anything I got 1 orphan block. My internet went down right as they finally decided to release the wallet, so I couldn't download it through my phone but could have been mining through my phone connection. Oh well. I might leave it on overnight but not sure yet. I can't connect my 3rd rig to the wallet for some reason even though i can access and ping my host pc. It might be something in the conf, i don't know, my other 2 rigs are connected just fine. Definitely could have been a smoother launch. |
